Almost lifeless Habs head West to face a Squidless non-playoff team. Will they p(l)eck the Flames or (p)lay for a Fabergéish Russian egg? Breathe deep 4HFers.

The yolk is on us. Go broons.

    1. I'M SO UPSET ABOUT THIS NEWS even if it's only for a few months.

C'mon Columbus. Pick him up on waivers!

  4. Maybe the other Kraken will decide to play to nite. Lose for the Huberdeau.
    Go Huberdeau or go home.

  5. Different thing to discuss...I think that Markov needs to take the rest of the year off - why risk another injiry for what are now, more or less, meaningless games

    1. Totally agree, nothing to be gained and we might win a game by mistake.

    2. Bring him in only for last game against leaf.

    3. He needs to play now, can't go into a new season not knowing. Been there done that & that's why we're last in the East.

    4. As usual, Moey - you make a very valid point. Thinking about it longer, probably makes sense to give the knee a good run out to see if he is part of the solution going forward.

I probably meant to say "Gomez" when I put in "Markov" by mistake. Because same thing applies for him. No need risking his eye on these games. He should just rest.

  7. Can we take up a collection to buy Gomez out? I have $37.25 from a bake sale for that purpose.

I was just reading that Tampa is 14-5-2 for their last 21. Since their defence sucks as badly as Montreal's and they have shit goaltending there can be only one answer. Steven Stamkos. What would it be like to have a player of that caliber in the Canadiens' line-up? Hopefully we'll find out.

    1. Hey 29! With games out west this week, do you think you could contribute with highlight packages for us "out of towners" who cna't be up until 5-6 am?

    2. Or direct us to wherever you find the best clips?

Also, too, my lame excuse is I don't add them as I don't run Flash, at all. Yes, I know, Chrome has built-in support.

    1. Weber sucks ass.
    2. Bourque seems indifferent. Still bigger player, less money = good trade.
    3. Fabergé also seems to not care. And he's scary bad on defence.
    4. I think I miss Darche. Weird.
    5. Eller needs to play big minutes. PP minutes.
    6. Pleks needs wingers.
    7. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I don't miss big Tits.
    8. I like the Gomezless lineup.
    9. Markov needs to play a few games (as mentioned above) if he can.
    10. I confess to enjoy watching curling. I faked sick at lunch and came home to start drinking early. GO NEWFS! Hang on, gotta order Vince's SCHTICKY. "Problem with that shedding pussy?" Ahh Vince you crazy bastard.

AWwwwww PHuck! I'm back from serving a 3 day sentence in the big lemon.

CHrist you'd think that beating the worst Habs team in 40 years was an accomplishment of some sort...sick PHucks they've got their heads up their asses.

Bad food and ugly women what a town!

  35. Would be fantastic if Rene Bourque scored goals the way he used to do while he was a Flame when playing AGAINST the Habs...

    ReplyDelete
  36. Wow, it's almost like they're actively trying to lose.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Seriously. I have never seen a hockey team where the players WAIT for the puck to come to them instead of actually putting the extra effort to GET the puck.

You know. Go for the puck the way Eller and Cole do?

    It would help Price out...

  49. a) I love Pk and everything, but I honestly don't remember the last time he hit the net with a shot. That's not an exaggeration.

    b) Why the hell is Kaberle out there for the final minute?

    c) Why take a time out when their guys just iced the puck for the second time and are really tired?

    d) I don't need this stress in my life.

  51. Watched the "highlights" and from what I saw, they really looked disinterested (at least on the goals I saw. And why is TFS playing aall these games? His confidence doesn't need the battering it will take playing behind the likes of FULC and Campoli.

While we are on the subject, where did Campoli come from anyway? Why was he heralded so much? And why is he still here?
