Actually, it's Wet Wednesday juce, you're a couple of days ahead of yourself.

Fucking crazy, the Goat ending up in Chicago, watch that organization implode over the next couple of years.

Everybody is hoping that MB will be able to unload Gonemez and Kraperle on them but I don't think Stan Bowman is that stupid is he?

I see the language fireworks are lighting up again with the demise of TSN990, some things will never change. We have a bit of that down here but the Acadians aren't as wacky as the pur lainer's.

    3. I wonder if all this management does not get in the way of good decision making. Team by committe as in Toronto, they had three GM before Dudly left, and they produced an unpolished turd.

OK, off to do some karate training, then a round of golf. Got a nice roast beef in the slow cooker for dinner. Later, bitches.

    1. At the right price, and short term I'd take him.

But I wouldn't commit huge, longterm money to a guy who doesn't get it done in the playoffs.

3 of the last 4 years the caps lose a 7 game playoff series (Pittsburgh, Montreal, New York)... in 21 games Semin scores 2 goals.

    2. What do you think about bringing back AK46 better known as big TiTs?

      Delete
    3. Another, at the right price (cheap) and 1 year type move.

Not someone I'd commit big money or term to, as he is also enigmatic.

  10. Floating boobies! Happy WW everyone.

This TSN Radio thing is bothering me. Not because of the anglo / franco crap (whatevs) but because I feel bad for Ted Bird. He signs on for a new job and then he gets fucked

    1. Yeah, that too. I think it's something with a CRTC rule, but you have to know that the new owners knew (ya know, lawyers and all) this well in advance and planned it all along because it's la belle province.

    2. We have like 4-5 fucking English stations. CJAD is so "old", like for the 50+ crowd. Now they're going to deal with all community events, Concordia/McGill, Habs, Impact, and Als? And what about the QMJHL, or AHL? I think not.

Idiots. All of them. Why don't they just bring back CKAC as RDS radio?

      Delete
    3. 'Cause an all traffic station is important 'ya know.

    1. Moeman - as usual a wonderful WW. Helps bring some warmth to another cold, dreary English afternoon...

Steve, you can flog the Eller horse all you want - until I see some real heart from him I'm not biting. Someone has suggested that he should be played more with Cole, which might be just the thing - if nothing else, Cole would grab him between shifts and tell him to get his head out of his own self important ass and start playing for the team instead of himself...I have no issues with his skill level - what I have issues with is his heart. Someone else (might have been you?) put up some stats about is passing completion rates or similar. Apparently he made loads of successful passes in his own end last year. Good for him. If he wants to impress me, he needs to score goals consistently, set up his teammates and show me (and I believe everyone else as well!) that he understands what it means to wear the CH on his chest. This has to be his make or break season. I hope he makes it!

    2. as soon as he starts shaving you will see a differance

    3. When you look at your linemates and see you've been left with Blunden and Bourque after your perfectly fine line of AK46 and Moen got traded/hurt, you tend to take matters into your own hands.

The 3-4 times he was on the ice with Patches and Cole (by accident on line changes 'cause he was busy forechecking or by injury when DD had an ouchie) they scored goals.

Too much money and I don't think he wants to come east being an Edmonton native, I believe.

I still have a hunch if there is a big deal in the works, the Blackhawks will be involved. MB and Dudley both worked for them so lots of connections.

      Delete
    2. Plus the goat. Now that we've traded for DGMB, it's almost like one big happy (Hawks now disfunctional) family.

  16. PleXXXe said this: (well I guess it's translated) http://www.rds.ca/canadien/chroniques/343695.html

"J'ai parlé à Jaromir avant le 1er juillet et il me disait qu'il était excité à l'idée de venir jouer à Montréal. Il aimait l'équipe et la ville."

Not that I wanted him, but that's fascinating.

  29. The truth is out now, not that it's really a surprise to me, that Bell is the fucktard who wants to shut down the station because they couldn't be arsed to ask for an exemption.

There's a reason I refuse to buy any of their services. DOUCHETARD of a company.
