Frampton is in town in November to do a concert for the Saku Koivu foundation. I watched the Habs/Bruins last night, very enjoyable. *sigh*. The good ole days.
While I was enjoying a nice Portuguese steak for my brother's birthday, the Bulldogs won their season opener in a shootout. Beating the BabyWings? Even better.
Is there a particular game from your career with the Canadiens that stands out the most? Obviously there are a lot of them. The New Year’s Eve game against the Red Army in 1975 was special as well as the Game 7 against the Bruins with the infamous too-many men-call.
Enjoy moe. It's ironic, after the hostages were released, the US sicked Saddam Hussein on the Iranians and supplied the Iraqis with all the weapons they needed for 8 long years of war. Then almost 20 years later they (Americans) were hunting him (Saddam) down like a mad dog. Crazy place over there.
