Start today a long slow clap culminating with a Standing ovation imediatly post game Saturday. All in all nothin to complain about.(except Cheese, Moeman, Vodkov, TFS, DDD, Gorges, and a player yet to be named.)
Yeah, overall we have nothing to complain about this team compared to last year's clusterfuck. The problem is we have been spoiled by dynasties, even though those days are long gone. I never complained about any of those players overmuch, TFS pissed me off at times 'cause I didn't think he was ready some nights and DDD shouldn't be a first line center, that's a joke.
Not unhappy about that. As important as it is to have a player named Travis on your local sports team, he in my view, has lost a step, or some mojo, or something. I dunno. I'm a Travis fan, but he doesn't look great these days.
Back in the day I used to be a snotty Habs fan. I didn't bother with the regular season and only watched the playoffs. Could you imagine being a leaf fan? Holy shit.
They're running around like keystone cops in their own end again. Ugh. Meanwhile my two boy cats are trying to kill each other, now that's entertainment.
Sure, they looked better in the last half of the game. They were also playing a team that was recently dropped from the playoffs instead of Pittsburgh and Washington.
I've come to terms that this team was playing over its head most of the season. This was supposed to be a rebuild year, the playoffs are just cake (ice cream cake). Just please, PLEASE, dear gracious lord, when they get swept out of the postseason please don't let it be to the leaf. PLEASE.
Actually, with the way the broons are playing maybe it'll be BOS MTL first round with the leaf swooping in to claim 2nd. That'd actually be preferable at this point.
Kid G doesn't look much shorter than P.K. in that picture.
ReplyDeleteIf I was that cat I wouldn't leave those boobs either.
Richie Havens, first time I ever heard/saw him was in the Woodstock movie, wasn't a bad singer for a guy with no teeth.
Have they got the parade route mapped out in Tranna yet?
disappointed the Count does not seem to add up to an a NHL player.
DeleteDon't need another smallish perimeter player at the moment.

ReplyDeleteThis promises to be an epic game, the muggers will outnumber the fans. One team is dreaming of golf, and the other is dreaming of a closed five hole.
