Re-invention, my FHFriends, is 93% team perspiration, 6% PFkelectricity, 4% Kaka evaporation, and 2% butterscotCH and Ripple ~ Habs vs. Canes Game Preview and Open Thread

There's an earthly way of knowing
Which direction the Habs are going
They're showing and we're crowing
Of whiCH way the team is flowing
It is raining
It stopped snowing!
Is a hurricane a-blowing?
Not a speck of (P)rust is showing
So the G-Force will be growing
With CotU fires of HELL a-glowing
And the grisly bear still blowing
Yes, the trade deadline will be boring
'Cause the mediots keep on ho-ing
On the Habs they're not bestowing
Cuz there's no signs that GYFHG is slowing!!!

  4. I am starting to worry about the Iron Curtian, its looking like steel plyons far to often in the past couple of games.

Our man Ben gives a glowing review about Count Frozen Toes, which I heartly endorse execpt about his puzzling disapproval of passing out in a snowbank, whats more Canadien than that? I suggest he stay with Ryder so he does not have to waste drinking time finding the best Bars.

  5. That Steve - what a comedian! Back to a five hour time difference and I am still on holiday so might have to follow the comments only again tonight. Saturday it was actually a lot of fun following the ramblings of a lost soul (and Steve's relentless pursuit of ice cream ). So I might have a go again tonight. I have the tablet working again too, so if anyone has a stream I can watch on a PlayBook, please share.

Outstanding holiday efforts everyone (especially you Mr. Moeman). Happy Easter Monday everyone!

    Go Habs Go!!

  6. It was N31 that came up with Honey Boo Boo. I hope tonite we can come up with a nickname, I was playing with myself and thought about F40. I find playing with my scale model cars helps me re connect with my inner child. Its also very endearing in a Hanson Brothers way. I thought them playing with the trains was the funniest scence in the movie.

Hey! Throwing out a spoiler like that....It was not what I expected, Carl has turned into a mini version of Shane. Some big unresolved issues and of course a little sadness at the end, you know.

If any of you needed further proof that Boston has knuckle dragging fans and radio/tv hosts, google Mike Felger vs. Conor McKenna. McKenna fills in on TSN690. Wow.

I won't be disappointed if MB does........nothing. I'm perfectly content to watch this group play in the playoffs. I certainly hope MB does not give up nay prospects or picks for a lumbering oaf like Clowe. Guys like Orr and McLaren will get little ice time once the regular season is done. Even CHeese has more value, he can at least skate.

I won't be watching tonight, will have to go the old-fashioned route, radio.

    2. Experts agree!!

Moen-Dumont-Prust : No offence to Colby Armstrong and his two-game scoring streak, but he has not brought a particularly useful element this season and Ryan White seems to still be figuring out the right balance of toughness and responsibility. Travis Moen remains one of the team’s better penalty killing forwards, even if his physicality is not what people wish it was right now. Moeman may be on the bubble but Cheese is blowing tiny ones.
