Have a pop FHFers its Sexy Friday!
Glad I'm not a beaner.
ReplyDeleteLeaf lose playoff dreams are evaporating, we win Cup dreams are reborn, Jack Bauer is saying I told you so and its Sexy Friday.
ReplyDeleteMy My...Moeman! You start your Fridays with a hell of a shot! Nice one all 'round!
ReplyDeleteAt times like this, with the Habs generally sucking (even in a winning format) I really appreciate how much work you put into this blog. It reminds me a bit of this pub I just came back from at lunchtime today. It's small, not too busy but populated by a host of regulars. Each of us is quirky in our own way but everyone knows who we are and we are all friendly. Every now and then it gets busy but when it all levels out, the same group of regulars spend varying amounts of time "ensemble". I visit it, on average, 2-3 time s week, mostly at lunchtime. Some weeks, it's every day, some weeks, don't even get a sniff. But regardless of how much I visit or drink, I am always welcomed and made to feel at home. So I make a point of visiting whenever I can. I ocassionally try other pubs in the area, but when I do, I spend my time wondering what's going on at Anchor and Tap. This blog is exactly like that pub. The only difference I can see is that I never visit this particular pub on weekends, as it's right at London Bridge and I live quite a ways away from there. (it's my work local!)
SO have one for yourself Moeman! You do a cracking job and I'm looking forward to a weekend in my favourite "alternative" pub, as the Habs move closer to the promised land.
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs GO!! Go Habs Go!!!
CHeers mate.
DeleteDitto everything KmaXXX said! Well except for the pub part. I go to my pub 7 days a week.

DeleteHey - Has 29 got himself a new "Oven Mitt"?
ReplyDeleteMaybe ...
DeleteGreat SF - and - Long form highlights. Life is good. Hopefully Boston and Pittsburgh will beat the crap out of each other tonight! (I particularly like the hairwhip girl in the pond.)

ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying my clubhouse and rings from across the street. I hauled out a loonie from the change I received to purchase a Coke Zero from the machine at work because it's 25¢ cheaper, and it's a 2009 Habs loonie. I think it's some sort of sign. I didn't drop it in the coke machine. I'll hang onto it as my 'lucky loonie'. If they win the cup, I'll send it to DGMB. Not the HHOF because we know where that is.
ReplyDeleteI miss the post 2012, pre-concussed Bourque.
Sorry, WHEN they win the cup...
