As always, an exquisite SF moeman.
Looking to see some interesting stories coming out of training camp - funny though I can't seem to find anything on TSN, Sportsnet or the CBC Sports page?!
What a terrible football game last night - but a win's a win for my Pats! U-G-L-Y. I think they might be missing Welker, Gronk and even Hernandez. Speaking of Hernandez, he might go into prison as a tight end, but he'll come out a wide receiver.

PST Gabrielle paying Halifax a visit today. Gotta haul out the Sou'wester.

    It's time. GYMFHG!

  2. Great SF Hello everyone, why is the Queen song bicycle in my head?

Two stories everyone is watching closely, BB and Montreal training camp. TFS is already off to a rough start, but Yo Bitch Chill, DDD do not tread lightly. If things do not turn around fast I see TFS working for the Calgary brain trust in exchange for two firsts and a second. DDD off to St Lou for STOP Halak. I am the one who knows!

You know, that actually makes sense, Price going to Calgary. I don't see him finishing his current contract in Montreal. If he sucks all year and the Habs are in the basement, he's gone somewhere west. Bergevin will find a stop gap goalie until Fuckalleee is ready.

  3. The shit weather has started with a vengeance over here - rain for the next month predicted! Time to start thinking about hockey mutherfuckers!!

I'm looking for The Gallys and Eller to make a huge impact this season. I am hoping that Briere isn't a huge bust but sceptical - PROVE ME WRONG MUTHERFUCKER! And I want Patches to lead by example and take home the Lady Bing at the end of the season.

Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go Go Habs Go!!

Oh...and I want Juce back and cheering along side me. Someone get her a laptop!!

Wicked SF Moeman!! Stunning efforts as usual!

  8. In what should be good news for Mtl regarding PFK. petra nemcova has signed with the Blues 7 years and $6.5 per year. Dont hate me because a little part of me hopes Petra beats PFK for the Olympic team. Just to keep PFK from breaking the bank.

PFK is making the Olympic team, barring injury. Why would you leave a skater like that off your team on the bigger ice. He can cover a lot of territory.

I'm sorry if I seem a little negative lately. I still have a really bad taste in my mouth from the ousting out of the playoffs by Ottawa. The whole Lego getting his head taken off, the Paul MacLean verbal ass kicking of Therrien, the allowed kicked in goal, plus the general shit kicking Ottawa's defence put on Montreal's puny forwards (minus Prust) left me feeling lousy. I'm having a hard time building any enthusiasm towards the new season and the newest version of the Montreal Canadiens. I am aware that the Habs have a few new building blocks who are of the elite variety like Subban, Galchenyuk and maybe Beaulieu. I'm hoping Bergevin is the answer to finally assembling a winner. I thought Gainey would do it, but too many personal tragedy's derailed his tenure.

The team as currently assembled does not seem like one that can challenge for a championship. First, I have lost faith in Carey Price. The final straw for me was a game in Toronto late last season when he gave up three weak goals in the first period, all 5-hole. I don't think Price will finish his career in Montreal. The "Hobbit in a hole" comment was telling to me. I think Carey wants out. He may say otherwise, but I don't believe it. Secondly, David Desharnais, a nice story, but a number one center? Not a chance. Therrien is deluded if he thinks he's going to win by constantly playing a 5-5 player against teams like Boston, Philly or even the wretched leaf. Lego and gChuk have to be 1 and 2 with Pleky spotting them occasionally.

George Parros brings an added element that was needed. Douglas Murray is an upgrade on the Cube. Briere? He might help, but another marshmallow forward is not what they needed. Especially one 35 or over.

I still don't like the Therrien hire.

My main interest in the Habs this season will watching the development of Galchenyuk, Gallagher, the younger defencemen and maybe a surprise like Collberg or some other out of the blue draft pick.

Despite all my bad feelings......Go Habs Go!!!!

    1. TFS problems are all mental, he can overcome. DDD problems are all size, he has not got a chance. MT2.0 seems better than any other frenchie out there. There is a little chance we should be planning the parade.

That might be part of Price's problems, coaches trying to change too much in his game. Never mind all this coaching shit just go play net and let your instincts take over. I hope Carey proves me wrong and has a strong year. Heh, must be the booze dulling my wits.
