Down here in scenic New Brunswick, we have black bear issues and certain factions want to increase the bear hunt and issue a two bag limit to thin out the herd. I'm OK with fewer bruins around.
ReplyDeleteI see they put in Tarnasty to keep Lucy and the the other nutbars honest.
I'm watching the last few episodes of Breaking Bad, Walt is fucking kookoo.
broon bear cub in ney might want his mamma bear if brother bear bruises his broon ego.
Delete1. LOVE the new banner, moe!
ReplyDelete2. Between last night's Breaking Bad, hockey starting up, iOS7 on Wednesday and the iPhone 5s on Friday, I might die from all the excitement!
3. Speaking of Breaking Bad, holy. freaking. shit. I literally had to pause it as Skyler was running after Walt because I was so overwhelmed with shock/anxiety/sadness. So far, every episode has gotten more intense than the next and I can't wait to see how it all ends for Mr. White.
4. Now, I know this is just preseason and all and I'm sure Malcom is a nice guy but I still hope they crush him!
5. GYFHG!!!
P.S. Missed you guys & gals!
Thx iRiRi.
DeleteR.I.P. Hank.
I hope Steve doesn't see that spoiler, although it wasn't a big surprise how that went down.
DeletePersonally, I think Jesse takes Walt out. Not sure how, but that's my hunch.
Price makes a save on Iggy. That's a start.
I think Flynn has something coming.
DeleteI think Walt comes back (flash forward shown in season 5 premiere) to save Jesse but somehow doesn't make it out alive.
DeleteAm I evil I read the spoilers today before watching.
DeleteI think with a bit of counselling Skyler and Walt could have gotten over killing a DEA fuck brother in law, and Jesse, once a narc live in hell Bitch.
Ah, the first broon cheap shot.
ReplyDeleteAck.
ReplyDeleteMOEmaN!
ReplyDeleteNice play by LeBrow.
Delete2-1 beaners.
ReplyDeleteTFS should've had that. Fire Waite!
Get used to it.
Deletechill, TFS is just making us think he has not changed
DeleteI am feeding directly off RDS, way better than a Euro redirect. Maybe now I will be able to discern the small differences that make someone a Hab instead of anything else.
ReplyDeleteYo! Bitch!
ReplyDeletePFK! 2-2
ReplyDeletePFK is going to double his points this year just for a start, other than that, this game is boring, somebody has to go all Walt on pretzel.
ReplyDeletePatCHes ties it up at 3.
ReplyDeleteMeh. I'm not really into it for some reason.
ReplyDeleteI gave up watching after the first period. Like Moey, just can't get into it.
ReplyDeleteDid we win?
ReplyDeleteSo what'd I miss?
Nothing has changed at the Tronna Sports Network. Habs and Leafs both lose, so Habs get the front page banner, while the leaf story is buried about 6 deep.
ReplyDeleteWatched a bit of the third. meh.
WTF is up ( or down ) with Louie Louie ??
ReplyDeleteFirst guy cut. Is he still hurt ?
I thought he was an up and comer ?
I'm confused.
Holy Fuck Batman
DeleteI'm afraid Louie has been by-passed in the organization by many other prospects. He was chosen in the 2009 draft which was held in Montreal as part of the over-hyped and failed (by team expectations) 100th anniversary, mainly because he was francophone. The better pick would have been Simon Despres chosen 30th by Pittsburgh. I don't think he was ever going to be more than a decent 3rd line guy, which is where Bournival is probably headed. Louie has had too many injuries, starting in junior to properly progress. Unfortunate for him.
DeleteNot sure the CH has given Lou a complete (and maybe deserved) look but the new mng't doesn't seem enamoured with him.
DeleteProbably true, I'm sure Dudley has watched all the prospects down in Hamilton and he's supposed to be a pretty good judge of horse flesh....or hockey players.
DeleteIts obvious Louis can not skate, its on the Habs that he never learned how,
DeleteHire Barbara Underhill yesterday.
DeleteI should also mention nice job spiffing the place up moe. Nice header, and I am sure I am the only one who noticed the new HTML title and favicon. Well done.
ReplyDeleteMerci Monsieur 29.
DeleteIts never to soon to panic or tank, except in 2014 there is no franchise player, what a bulimia.
ReplyDeleteSid the Kid (born a Habs fan), says TFS is the best;
ReplyDeletehttp://www.rds.ca/hockey/lnh/price-le-meilleur-selon-crosby-1.661059
Yeah, but this is a guy that has to watch Marc-Andre Fleury on a nightly basis.
DeleteI'd trade Price for Sid straight up.
O Brother is one of my top movies and soundtracks. Nice.
ReplyDeleteHockey blah blah blah. It starts counting in 2 weeks. THEN we can all panic.
Maritimer, if you're not caught up on BB, STOP HERE.
So what 'couple of things' does Walt have left to do. I assume it's take care of Todd and his uncle and get his effing money back for one. Not sure how it's going to end, maybe his saving Jesse's ass. Best thing about this show - you just don't know.
No worries Saint. I'm up to date. To quote Jesse: "Mr. White is the Devil."
DeleteGotta hafta start watching BB if you lot are going to continue to go on about it.
ReplyDeleteWent on Netflix and burned thru the first 4 seasons with Mrs Chester lickety split. Awesome show.
DeleteGo Habs
http://www.couchtuner.eu/
DeleteIt smarts when our number one draft pick is not worthy. Who is at fault, lets blame someone. The fact is picking an 18 year old to be a market leader at 22 is not easy. Everyone thought that by 22 I would be ruling the world, and look how wrong they were.
ReplyDeleteSo apparently they're having trouble selling tickets to Friday's game up in Quebec City. Well gee, it's preseason Habs vs the Whalercanes in NORDICKS COUNTRY. Maybe they should have sent the Avalanche. Idiots.
ReplyDeleteAlways said and will always say: Want the Habs to succeed? Bring back the Nordicks so all this "make the team French" crap can go up there and leave us alone.
Here here, seconded.
DeletePlus having the NoDicks back really spices things up.
Go Habs.
Moeman, and all 4HFers...today is my birthday. I've googled stuff and found out that nothing really significant happened on this exact date in the year I was born. Loads of shit happened in the year I was born, including the Civil Rights Act being signed into US Law, and the Beatles Holding down the top 5 places in the billboard charts.
ReplyDeleteOn the Habs front...At the age of 71, general manager Frank Selke reluctantly submits his resignation and Sam Pollock begins his term as the head of the team. Scotty Bowman becomes coach of the junior Canadiens. Habs coach is Toe Blake.
The Habs finish the regular season in second place behind Detroit. They beat the leaf in the semi-finals and win the Stanley cup in 7 games against Chicago!
I hardly ever make predictions but I'm gonna allow myself one today...All the stars are lining up for the Habs this season. Detroit is back in East and Chicago are the reigning champs. Mark my words good people of GYFHG! - It's gonna happen again this year!
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs GO!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
Happy Birthday KMaxxx, I like your prediction.
DeleteBonne Fête KMaXXX.
DeleteMerci Moe!
DeleteHappy Birthday KmaXXX! Go get drunk like 29.
DeleteR.I.P. Ken Norton.
ReplyDeleteThrilla in Manila RIP
DeleteThe Thrilla in Manilla was Ali vs. Fraser. Smokin' Joe was my favourite. Never liked Ali, the mouth who roared. I remember when Ali lost to Ken Norton who was fucking ripped (muscular). It was a big deal at the time.
DeleteThe heavyweight game is dead now. Lennox Lewis was the last great one.
I should learn to spell. Joe Frazier is correct.
DeleteBB need to know, last ep will be 75 min, pvr accordingly. What a bummer if you set it for 60.
