    Happy SF y'all!
    Down with the Whalercanes!
Maybe it's just the perspective, but McCarron looks like a giant.
Not sure what one would catch with a 2-4 of Canadian?
And a very spoonable end shot.

  4. Holy fuckin' Jesus! Moeman - what an awesome SF you've concocted for us all this week! A cat playing fuckin' Jenga! - Fugeddaboutit! All kind of chicks and tatts and whatnot - Awesome!!

The kids all pitched in and bought me an Ipad for my birthday so starting from tonight I get a whole different way to look at SF and GYFHG! - that is...once the fuckin' ios7 finishes downloading! I am, by trade, a Blackberry man - so this venture into the unknown world of strange new fruit is...interesting...but when I went to download ios7 this morning I got a message saying it was going to take 27 hours! I have high speed mutherfuckin' braodband in my house - 27 hours I could write the fucking code for my own software! Anyway I had to get to work so I left it running when I headed out this morning. Hopefully the fruit service has improved whilst I have been slaving here at work!

More hockey tonight! Only the Whalercanes but so what - it's hockey! And it's Habs Hockey so Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!!!

  6. Looking at tonites lineup, its an all rookie show, should be interesting, expect gChuk at center. I would like to see Fireberg with DDD and Patches.

    24 – Jarred Tinordi
    26 – Josh Gorges
    36 – Magnus Nygren

    2. As I predicted the Gazette posted at 3:45

Swede Sebastien Collberg has an opportunity to shine as he plays on a line with veterans Max Pacioretty and David Desharnais. Alex Galchenyuk will be at centre between Brandon Prust and Christian Thomas.

Nice SF moe, although the young lady by the pool in the polka dot bikini looks malnourished to me. And tattoos don't do anything for me. That beer trap probably wouldn't catch me. There'd have to be some imported stuff in there. Other than that, another nice collection of vintage photos, Ms. Loren was one of my favs growing up.

I actually like that group of forwards, minus #51.

Only ten grand and change at the Pepsi Place last night? The Remparts draw better than that. NoDicks fans didn't show up obviously.

Reading the stories from last night sounds like Michael Bournival is making a strong case to stay. I like him, saw him a few times when he played for Shawinigan, he was always on the puck and had decent hands as I recall. Greg Pateryn may be a factor as well, they got him as part of the Grabitchski deal. They said IceBerg looks like the real deal as well. The next 5 years should be a good transition hopefully to a contender.

    1. the Maritimer12:05 PM

Steve, I was going to post earlier that if the Habs stumble out of the gate, look for a blockbuster trade involving Price at a later date. I think he's going to be on a short leash this year. Bergevin won't wait on him, he's not Gainey who staked his reputation on Price being a thoroughbred. I had high hopes for Carey to be the next star goalie for the Canadiens however, after watching him for the last 6 or 7 years I've come to the conclusion that he's not cut out for the job. I think a European or Russian goalie might be more suited for that environment until Fucale is ready, if he ever is. Price is probably better suited for a western locale, Vancouver would be the logical choice, could Lu hold the fort for a couple years? Anaheim has two decent Euros, Hiller, a Swiss and Fasth a Swede, maybe even get Saku included in a deal, Moey would probably faint from excitement. Hmmm.....I'm going to check the Ducks lineup and figure out a deal.

      Delete
    2. the Maritimer12:24 PM

Well, I checked out the Ducks roster and other than Getzlaf and Perry, they don't have a lot up front to get excited about. Any trade involving goalies would probably include some prospects being swapped, maybe. They have a couple of young defencemen that are blue chippers, but so do the Habs.

      OK, almost time for football.
