  3. I hope that everyone had a Merry Christmas. The best gift that I received is this SF on a very very boring day at work. I am missing my grandson playing hockey this morning but I can get off work to see him play this afternoon. (Tournament time over Christmas).

P.S. I live in a suburb of Halifax called Sackville and we have the three coldest rinks in the entire ------ world. In one, not so fondly nicknamed the icebox, it is usually 5 or 6 degrees colder inside than it is outside. Brrrr.

Hi soperman, I have to disagree, coldest arena in the Maritimes has to be the old Border Arena in St. Stephen, N.B. I hated going there, yeah it was always warmer outside even if it was twenty below.

    2. That may be so, but before the coldest recorded temperature (according to Guinness) was set in Antartica recently, the previous record holder was the Dome in Badlands between Sackville and Bedford. The stands are litttered with Brass Monkey Balls. :o) I hope you had a good Christmas, Maritimer. And good luck to your SeaDogs in the second half of the season.

  4. It only takes one beautiful geisha to put me into full Zen. Its a gift. I am going to fix my motorcycle now, but I do not have one, how Zen. I shovel snow gardens of serenity.(now)

  5. My New Years Resolutions

I will not pollute the comments sections like an Apostle from the tar sands

I will not dump reality on Juce when she cheers despite the fact we are are small outclassed team

I will not wear my Nike wrist thing on Sexy Friday because that action is so localized.

I will not drop a puck every time I hear Mumford and Sons

I wlll learn how to play the guitar, because if 29 can do it how hard can it be.

I will finish my novel no matter how stupid and lame it might be. The reason being all entertainment now seems to be financed first on how lame and stupid it could be. Tom leaves Jerry for a drone controller of a checkout girl, but they reunite in a central park concert where Jerry proves, infrastructure is all in the pipes.

Your hf29 guitar playing: http://truebloodhockey.wordpress.com/2011/08/22/i-was-drunk/ . It's harder than it looks! Unless youre drunk

  6. You know, it's the Friday of Xmas week and there's a game tomorrow. No one is working (for the most part) and everyone is CHillin'. I, myself, have spent the day buying booze, and drinking it. I think I washed my dishes, and that is the most I accomplished today. I am now watching Iron Chef reruns, and it is a lot of effort. I can barely make my way to the bathroom to get rid of the alcohol I've drunk.

The point is, moeman, you rock. You're dedication to providing a SF when no SF was expected is truly wonderful, and inspirational. I raise my glass (a significant effort, mind you) to you.

And a killer SF to boot! Looks like #6 is Jennifer Lawrence, who, if I was 20 years younger, would be my bride. Gah. She's the best. Personality and hotness. I love that.

    Happy SF everyone.

I echo 29's drunken thoughts, a great and unexpected SF. Definitely Jennifer Lawrence (check out the trailer for the new X-Men movie with a brief appearance of Ms. Lawrence as a nude Mystique) and a shout out to the still hot Catherine Zeta-Jones. Looking forward to a hockey day tomorrow, Canada vs. the Czechs, the Spengler Cup (if you wish) then the Habs vs. Tanker Bay and then the Philthy Phuckers vs. Serial Killer Eakins junior team. I'm going to have to drink all day and try to not pass out.

Oh yeah, as a practitioner of the martial art of karate I've always had a soft spot for cute Japanese girls, sigh, maybe in my next life.

  11. The 7:00 and 7:30 starts are great you can watch 1 period and alternate and get to see just about the entire games of each team.

    1. Makes it fun.

The once honourable Chris Cuthbert has drunk the blue&white kool aid. tsn's sick fuck crew are looking for corn in the(ir) leaf shit. To them all is right with team Titanic. So much unprofessionalism. There can be no doubt these wads get a bizarro song sheet pre-game.

  12. tsn keeps harping on the '3-day rested leaf'. Um, all teams got the time off you sick fucks.

    1. Talk about brotherly love. Well I can tell you as a dysfunctional family member and the baby of 7 - 4 brothers and 2 sisters, my father always said I would go further than all of them - I say that's only because I was the only 1 who got a high scool edumacation and mostly that I AM A HABS FAN!!!!!!! (don't think he knew that)
Bless his soul, turned 76 on Dec 19th and boxing day was the 26th anniversary of his passing.

The leaf is about to have a huge boat anchor tied around it's collective neck with a 7yr/7mil contract for Princess Pylon. Yesterday, I put on Prime Time Sports....Fried Man was filling in for Bobcat....a caller said if the leaf signed Dion he would switch from being a life long leaf fan to become a Habs fan. Welcome aboard new friend, your Subban jersey awaits you.
