  2. So...does that letter mean that the leaf are definitely out of the playoffs then? Or is this wishful thinking on my part?

That montage of Princess Pylon's descent from promising Flames' D-man to leaf pylon is fucking awesome!

Love that prophetic letter from Mr. Tannenbaum.

The leaf have started playing the blame game.
Who gets to shoulder the responsibility for the mess.
I almost feel sorry for them .... not quite tho.
Big game tonight. Playoff preview. Do we develop some hatred?
Vinney, the midget and scarface are gone. Who's left to hate? Stamkos?
    Go Habs

  5. Lego back on wing, OMG, I hope Vampire Danny Beer has found his playoff legs.

Here’s how the lines and defence pairings looked at practice:

    Pacioretty-Desharnais-Vanek
    Galchenyuk-Plekanec-Gallagher
    Eller-Briere-Gionta
    Bourque-White-Bournival
    Parros

    Markov-Weaver
    Bouillon-Subban
    Murray-Tinordi

  7. Further proof that the leaf only made the playoffs last year because it was half a season. Still they stayed true to form by choking in game 7. They never disappoint. *claps hands with glee*

    ReplyDelete
  8. Just think of the money the Laff organization saves by not having to hire someone to re-write that letter every year. That is why they can afford to pay mediocre players those big salaries, he says conveniently forgetting Gomez for the moment :o(

    1. THere's always something to make you feel better about everything.
      Regarding the Mexicant for example:

      Scott Gomez - FLA - 43 games - 2 goals 9assists 11 points - $900K cap hit (for this year only)
      David Clarkson - TOR - 54 games 4 goals 6 assists 10 points - $5.25M cap hit (FOR ANOTHER 6 YEARS!)

The leaf will save money not having to print all those playoff tickets.

  9. CHester, it's hard to hate on Stamkos, such a skilled player...that is until you hear the mediots constantly talking about him being a 'hometown boy' from Tronna. FUCK OFF - he will never don the wretched leaf sweater! But maybe another five years in hell that is the hockey hotbed of Florida and he'll want to play with his ol' buddy PK?

    1. the Maritimer11:02 AM

Loowickie thinks he will be able to pull a TFC and sign Stamkos as a UFA. Stevie Y will never let that happen despite all the mediot fantasies and wet dreams. Kinda like we were with Vinny back in the day.

Really? It's JUST starting to set in now? Delusional fucking hacks right from the players on the team to the coach, gm & president and onto the mediots carrying the blue and white jockstraps. Most fans are (finally) starting to waver in their beliefs.

    2. See, it's started already. YOUR CALL: DO YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AFTER JAYS' LOSS?

What the fuck is that? Do you feel uncomfortable? I'll tell you what makes me uncomfortable. All the ball licking (NTTIAWWT if that's what you're into) the national, er I mean, tronna media does with ANYTHING to do with sports in that shittown. I don't follow MLS, but watch sports enough that I noticed they had on a one hour documentary about the arrival of that guy from the EPL - some saviour or other who's going to take TFC to the promised land! Then there's the non-stop coverage of the wretched team of course, which will blend right into the wretched ball team instead. I don't hate the Raptors - don't really watch much b-ball, but just because of who owns them, I hope they fuckin' bomb in the first round of...what's that? Oh yeah, the PLAYOFFS.

Despite his falling out with the Habs and I blame the stupid french media reporter who "translated" a quote to suit his story and the Goat who swallowed the bait hard for it, I still like the Squid. He and Jaro gave Habs fans the most fun in a long time in the 2011 spring. Squid was no fucking dummy to take more cash to play for his (maybe) hometown leaf and endure the constant shitstorm that hangs over that city.

You have to laugh at the mediots who constantly make up shit that all these high profile players are being traded to the leaf or that the leaf had a better offer for said players. Like the other day, numbskull Kypreos said the leaf offered "more" or had a"better deal" for VonT but couldn't make it work because of lack of cap space. Fuck off, tell us who they offered, how do we know if it was better....c'mon name some names! Right. You can't, so fuck off with your stupid speculation.
