    Sorry about your cat, man. I'm not paying one cent more for other channels. I'm awaiting the time when I can pay for a very small and inexpensive basic cable package and a few other channels I know I'll get reamed for...and then have to pay a fucking fortune for high speed internet. The Canadian public won't be getting any breaks from Bell or Rogers.

  7. Happy belated SF everyone. Nice ones all round Moeman! So does anyone know if all these new television deals will affect the streaming I depend on so much? I went for the nhl game centre deal last year but ven then I had some games deemed to be "local" and therefore blacked out...which was laughable considering er where I live...

      PFK had crossed my mind when I read Ho Sang's comments few days ago, though I don't think PFK ever went to that extent, as far as I know, but both are pigeon-holed. OHL reduced a 15-game suspension to 6 games, shown at the beginning of the video.

  13. Although ever prospect on our Farm is not a superstar like the leaf system. We could make some giant steps on the D this year;

    sixth and seventh spots on the blueline from Jarred Tinordi, Greg Pateryn and Magnus Nygren; Beaulieu appears one of the favorites to grab a job in Montreal this season.

  15. If you go through my jukebox and did one of those math things you would find CSNY or variations of them are my thing, My wife bought me 1974 and it arrived today and although it has not fully jelled, I cant say it worth the money. Compared to four way street not a heck of lot of sonic improvement. I am disappointed because this was the showcase for the PONO player, all tracks Neil Young approved. It seems that to this date tech can not give old recordings modern sound. Thats not to say the old players did not have game. They still play for me and win today.

  16. Drafted 18th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in 2009, Leblanc was never able to crack his hometown club's lineup on a regular basis, scoring five goals and adding five assists in 50 NHL games.

    The 23-year-old, however, sees better days ahead.

    "I'm looking forward to this new challenge," Leblanc said, per TVA. "I am going there to win a regular position in the team and I know I can achieve it. My goal is to play in the NHL. It did not work with my old team, but I am hopeful of success with the Ducks."

    Leblanc added he has no regrets about his time with the Canadiens, but a change of scenery may do him a world of good.

    "I have no regrets about leaving the Canadiens, even though I'm from Montreal, he said. "It didn't work with the [Habs], but it can work elsewhere. I intend to prove it. And, honestly, there are worse places than California to play hockey."

  19. I think I have watched ever episode but never heard the Roadrunner speak. Today he has clearly come out against PFK as Capetian. But he does admit being capitian on an NHL team today is a job that most likely will be a bowl of spit.

  20. As we exit the dog days of summer and in southern Ontario we never really had one I wonder. I wonder about the future and our prospects. There are a few hundred thousand word worth reading about everyone. I would love to see some corsi freak make a web site that looked at history. Hype is interesting but not helpful in fulfilling goals.

  21. NHL expansion are you kidding me. We already have a ten team dedicated to boredom,. and the trap. The league should be cut by four teams to bring some kind of excellence;

  26. Philadelphia Flyers forward Ryan White, who was signed to a one-year, two-way contract this summer, has undergone a successful surgical procedure to repair his left pectoralis muscle, which he injured while working out last week.

    "His surgery was performed yesterday by Dr. Gerry Williams at Methodist hospital," Flyers general manager Ron Hextall said in a team release. "The injury occurred during an off ice workout in Brandon, Manitoba last week. There has been no time table established on Ryan's return."

    Though White was probably a long-shot to break camp with the Flyers, his loss does impact Philadelphia's forward depth. It's certainly possible that the club might feel his absence, particularly if third-line center Sean Couturier finds himself limited at training camp due to a multitude of off-season injuries.
