    1. You'll have to ask Moey.

    2. The guy in the suit is the same guy who plays in Sons of Anarchy - Charlie Hunnam - He's actually a Brit.

    3. Yes, he's delish isn't he?

    4. I don't know about "delish"...I'll have to take your word on that Moey. All I know is that I was really surprised to hear him be interviewed over here not long ago and having a British accent...I was just used to him being Jax from Sons...a bit like Hugh Laurie from House...

    5. I thought it was him, yes he is delish!

    6. I loved Hugh Laurie and was really surprised to hear his accent seeing him on a talk show, maybe Letterman.

  2. Great SF Moeman! Nice ones all Round!! I haven't had time to fully review the game from last night but my nioght was made early with that picture you feature - Ken Dryden handing the torch to TFS...as much as I don't like the torch thing any more - I was awestruck watching my childhood hero raising the torch high then handing it onto the the future! It was an amazing way to start the night.

    1. And is that TFS holding "The Mask" in the pic o' the day?

    2. Yup, snagged it from Stubbs.

The Dryden to Price hand-off was classic CH. I don't mind the torCH ceremony one bit. It ties generations together. I also liked the geographical mapping of player's hometowns. I'm sure the players appreciate it also and again a sign of class and respect. The crowd giving ovations to their respective favourites was FHFantastic.

    3. Imagine if the leafools tried that map (they copy everything anyways) on the ice projection. The old fool cherry would lose whats left of his feeble xenophobic mind.

    4. I can't stop laughing picturing cherry's tantrum.

I love the passing of the torCH form Dryden to TFS, I would like to know what he said to him as he handed it over.
I actually like the torCH cermony.

  4. Lucic: 'hey Marchie, I can't spear another player in the nuts again, think you can do it for me"?
Marchand: "Sure thing, Looch, let me see if I can get PK. Oh, I can't mime raising the Cup after that Vancouver thing, do you think you can do it for me?" Lucic: "Sure thing, Marchie, but instead of pointing to may ring, I'll make a lewd gester"

  5. "Boston Bruins forward Milan Lucic appeared to make an obscene gesture at Montreal Canadiens fans on his way to the penalty box Thursday night.

The incident is under review by NHL vice president of hockey operations Mike Murphy, according to ESPN's Pierre LeBrun."

  6. Funny stat, SekaCH scored his first goal in the Czech league vs Tuuka Rask and scores his 1st goal in the NHL vs Tuuka Rask.

  7. Apparently the fan with the laser wasn't thrown out of the building, security confiscated the pointer and sent him back to his seat. Management says there will be a zero tolerance going forward - rightfully so.

HA! 5g's is nothing to Lucy...what a fucking bozo. Somebody at HI/O made a comment this morning = "Lucic makes me happy to be a Habs fan." Yeah, just so we can watch him lose his mind.

Love the picture of Mother Earth by the way, and Marilyn Monroe always looked good in red.

  9. Fantastic SF once again. Fantastic (not really, but roll with me) win once again.

I was out with three good friends tonight. Two of them are in a fantasy football league and were discussing it. The other asked me why I don't do fantasy hockey. My response: "Because hockey is a beautiful game. I enjoy watching it, even when it's not my Habbies. I don't want to bring that world into it. Maybe in the playoffs for a few bucks, but I don't want to watch games needing something to be done to help me. I just want to watch the game."

This coming form the guy who won $400 in the "beautiful game" this past July. Thanks again Germany!

    GO HABS GO!

  10. Great SF Moeman, not even going to complain about our Elboa defence and Entorvirous fourth line. Both seems to be going around the league this year.

  11. There is something seriously wrong with Lucic. Crazy fucking neanderthal! I didn't see the 'lewd gesture' in any of the hi-lites but word is it was a 'jerking off' motion. Somebody on another forum noted that the Wiz got 2 games for his 'lewd gesture' and Avery got 6 for his 'sloppy seconds' comments. It's good to have the owner of your team on the BOG I guess.

Meh, who fucking cares about that team. They fucked themselves with the cap, then traded away a young stud dman instead of trading one of their nutcrackers or increasingly useless shaved ape.

4-1 record, facing a struggling young team in the Avs. Will either easily be 5-1 or they will finally wake up and kill the Habs.

Be fucking funny if they sign Brodeur and he as to work for Saint Paddy. Not me. The other one.

    1. It was that motion, it also takes a special kind of idiot to mime raising a Cup in a house that holds 24.

"Classy Bruins" is an oxymoron if I ever heard one.

    1. Wow, what a great, honest article out of Boston. Hit the nail on the head:

"Julien, the Bruins’ management and the Bruins’ players can repeat the word “classy” over and over all they want. It won’t make the Bruins synonymous with the term without a major change in mindset."
