  1. I do not have the Gorgon Stare necessary to make an evaluation that can cover the full battlefield. Montreal and the Motor City are two franchises that have really tried to play hockey in Buttmans NASCAR universe. So I do not expect a repeat with the Red Army, but tonite for sure we will see the good old hockey game.

and at the head of the leaf orgy is the locker room cancer. No I never named the fucker because he fucked me yesterday with another name.

I normally don't read the comments on tsn's web site. I find reading them make your more stupider.
I just can't believe the slobbering for Oar.
What a useless classless hockey player.
He will be out to maim somebody.
    We better sit TFS.

    1. The Habs have gotten way less PP time this year compared to the last....decade. Also, you have to make room for DDD. Well, YOU don't have to, but MT certainly does.

  17. I don't want the Habs to lose tonight, I'm just saying it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world since that would do a lot to set up a Habs-Wings first round. Then again, a Habs win would do a lot to set up a Habs-Wings first round, too. It really just depends what everyone else does tonight and this weekend.

  22. Gonna be one of "those" games. 2 straight non-calls against the Wings and then a random call against the Habs to show the fans who's boss. Good thing this game doesn't really matter.

    ReplyDelete
  23. We all know it'll get worse in the playoffs, especially if they meet the broons, or, GASP!, the broons don't make it at all. Jacobs and his buddy Gary will be out for blood.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Nice kill. Ferraro is Ray Ferrao's son, McSplooge said he lead the AHL for shots on net for the last 3 years.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Another shift of great possession...and absolutely no shots.

  31. They have a gif on Habs twitter, when Vodkov raises his stick after a goal there are Russian dancers in the background. lol

  32. Reading comments about Orr coming back for the last game. Love it.

"The Ducks honour Teemu Selanne, the leafs honour Colton Orr." (you could stick in Jean Beliveau in there, too).

And now leaf fans think it's a brilliant move to keep Price out of net. Like Carey was ever going to play those losers.

  84. If you care about the west, Flames up 2-0 on the Kings after 1. More Cancon the better, with only one exception. I'll even accept the turds. A Flames regulation win clinches it for them and the Jets, regardless of whether the Jets win or lose.

  90. And the broons have lost. Smiles all around.

    ReplyDelete
  91. They were all so happy for TFS. Poor Lego seemed to be left out in the cold.

    ReplyDelete
  92. New record in Habs history by TFS on home ice.
He should have tossed a whole bag of pucks to the crowd.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Watching the Sens hi-lites. I just realized I dislike them less since the removal of the FBEW.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Imagine being at the game and getting TFS's record breaking jersey?

    ReplyDelete
  96. More pucks for everyone.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Somewhere Bob Gainey is smiling. Again.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Well said Moey!

      Delete
    2. Whatever people say about Gainey as GM, he went through some personal nightmares during his tenure. We'll never know how much that affected his job. Still carried himself with class.

      Delete
  98. Also important to stay ahead of Tampa, Habs need home ice advantage, Tampa is 31-8-1 at home.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Wings still clinched.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Just caught up.

    LEGO!!!!
    TFS!!!!!

Theeeeeeeeere's the Howard we know and love.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Of all the SFU on-air personalites where it comes to doing hi-lites, I can generally stomach SN's Osmak/Read combo. He's a good NS boy at least (realizing they're still leaffools). But tonight they're arguing over which team will be "Canada's Team"...Winnipeg or Ottawa. Fuck off. Neither, btw, have even clinched a playoff spot yet. That 20 second conversation alone makes me change my tune. Fuck it, let the Kings and Bruins in instead.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. ... and if OTT barely gets in, they will praise their leaf for beating them. All SFU are paid to pump all things hogtown. They have zero integrity. None. Nada. ZILCH! Sip!

      Delete
    2. I just keep hoping there will be some inkling of professionalism show up on the network, where they have even, unbiased reporting. Nope.

      Delete
  102. Too bad PatCHes couldn't be there tonight.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. +67. I'm sure he will be seeing the boys very soon.

Loved the shaving cream prank on TFS!

      Delete
  103. I am going to spend my night tonight making a spreadsheet about all the possible matchups, depending on what happens this weekend. I'll report back with my results.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Some bad news, if you care. Hawks go ahead of the Habs by 1 goal to lead in the GA department. It's not really that important, but it's another trophy that could go to Price. I don't even know it's name, though.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I'm a filthy liar (again). They are tied now.

      Delete
  105. So they swept the Wings, the broons, I know there were a couple others but can't remember who.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Islanders I'm pretty sure. BJs? Phlyers? Canes? In the West, Avs I think. They have a chance to sweep the leaf on Saturday.

broons, Isles and Wings. All teams they have a good chance of facing in the first round. Not assuming anything.

      Delete
  106. So Dreyden passed the torch to TFS at the start of the season, and now in G81, #81 scores to give TFS the record over Dryden.

    IT'S THE CCCCIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRCLE OF LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIFE!!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Wow, it must be a sign, all the numbers tonight? 3 x the shots and the scores matCHed and now G81 and #81.

      Delete
  107. And they did terrible against the Bolts and Turds. Playoffs are a new beast. Gotta beat 3 east teams to get to the final. All will be difficult but winnable.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Ding dong the Kings are dead! Which 'ol Kings? The SC Champion Kings!

Jets and Flames are in. 4, possibly 5 Canadian teams are in the playoffs. Gary must be fuming!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I can just picture his nostrils flaring.

      Delete
  109. Barely a mention on TFS breaking a record.....pretty disgusting how this team gets disrespected.

    ReplyDelete
  110. By my calculations *pushes glasses up nose*

Definitely VAN v CAL in the first round (home ice is up for grabs).
Jets will face either ANA or STL.

    ReplyDelete
  111. We also know that only one of these things can happen:

    1) Bolts move past the Habs
    2) broons make the playoffs

They play each other, so both cannot happen. Of course, neither could happen. The point is, either way there's something to be happy about.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If Habs win vs leaf and Bolts win vs broons, Habs stay ahead of the Bolts

      Delete
    2. Right. What I meant was, no matter what happens in the Habs game (or others), the Bolts can't go above the Habs while at the same the broons make the playoffs. But neither can happen, too (Habs stay above TB and broons don't make the playoffs).

So whatever happens on Saturday, we can be happy that either, or both, the Habs win the division or the broons miss the playoffs, or both.

      Delete
  112. Another sign - score of 4-3 to give TFS his 43rd win...gotta be another sign.
