  2. Price now 6-0 in elimination games over the last 4 years (really the last 1.5 years, but it still goes back that far). He also has a crazy record at home on Saturday nights. TB was sub-.500 on the road this year. Just keep doing what you're doing guys!

Stevie Y sure looked sad for a guy whose team is up 3-1 in the series.

Just as a side note: we've seen pics like this from fans in Ottawa and Tampa now, but what city has gotten the most press about bad fans? Uh-huh.

    GO HABS GO!

  18. To answer your question above, juce, about how many times Bishflop has been pulled this season, I can't seem to get stats at NHL.com anymore. I can't access the regular season for some reason.

  20. late to join but here goes: ALL of u should be ashamed of yoursleves!

in particular, i'm calling out you: orangeman, HabsFan29, Maritimer, SaintPaddy, and Steve. u guys are the guiltiest of ALWAYS finding fault with what's best of this team. when i say that, i am speaking directly of DDD. when he gets going, this team wins. period. full stop. MT knows this; that is why he plays big minutes. DDD is not big, but besides kidG, is there anybody else who plays bigger than his size?

guilty to a lesser degree are: steve, iRiRi, kmaxxx, and moeman. sometimes i agree with what you guys say, but then and again, you follow that other crowd and find any/all excuses in blaming the cbc and/or the refs and/or the conspiratistsists... it's a bloody game and all sport is based on who makes the biggest mistakes at the worst times. sometimes these are made by the third team (the referees) and as athletes and as fans, we must adjust and react to them. this is how champions are made. no excuses, no blame. if it ain't called right, have faith that it will eventually even out (quick whistle gm6 vs sens).

juice, of all our comrades, i find your opinions to be the most balanced and fair. thank you for not tossing in the towel and crying about what MB coulda shoulda done, what MT should could shove, what injustice was suffered by who/what/whenever...

i just want to finish this rant that the majority on this board are my brothers and i am equally inflamed each time the boys lay an egg, but i am equally mad at you (the collective) for so easily 'looking ahead to the changes next year...' shame on you and your claims to bleed red/white/blue.

winning this game was not difficult. they played this game no different than games all year. you've seen them play this way before. you know they can do this. you are right to expect this from them, but you must also allow them the opportunity to be human and win ugly when somebody stands on their head (i'm not saying bishop is btw...)  the difference tn, was that a few bounces went their way this time and like gravity, what should happen, will eventually happen: things eventually fall into place if nature is left to sort itself out.

the habs will play again next thurs. like orangeman said: TFS is 6-0 in elimination games since that heartbreaker vs da broons. keep the faith brothers. some things will never change: DDD will continue to play big minutes, lego will continue to be our CHicken this yr, PFK has not begun to play, plexxx knows he is underperforming, but thankfully kidG is playing like the mexican't, PA doesnt realise why he was brought in yet, i have a feeling gCHuck will turn into squid and TFS wil continue to earn his keep as THE F-ing SAVIOUR.  he saves our bacon time and time again and that is why he is called TFS!

end. sorry for pissing everybody off.

    1. great rant oleg and guilty as charged. No offense taken.

We may express our love differantly but the point is lovers of the red white and blue are not known for their patience, wisdom or lack of snark. The reason I landed on this blog is due to the leaders and followers enjoyment of the anti code ireverance. Love you cant start it like a car you cant kill it with a gun.

Its all good FHFun. In my defence you nailed my split personality in paragraph one I am the guiltiest, and in paragraph two I am guiltly to a lesser degree, :) I believe this makes the case I should be re instated as a Habs fan of good standing, now that I am back on the bandwagon.

Hey oleg! I'm guilty of trashing DDD and eMpTy as well... and will continue to do so. There are 29 other teams in the NHL who DDD could NOT play center for let alone get the #1 gig. DDD is a great AHL player and would have a long productive career anywhere in Europe. But being pur laine gets him to the head of the line in Montreal.

I don't care about eMpTy anymore, he will be replace eventually. All coaches are.

I am extremely happy that the Habs managed to beat those miserable fucks at least once, just like 29 was screaming for last night. Can they beat a team they lost 8 straight games to four consecutive times? I guess we will find out.

  21. Personally I never had a moment of doubt. I knew that MT would figure out eventually TFS cant score goals. He must be on a diet, because watching him publicly bawl out Lego, I could only think he must hate Danish, because all Lego does is yummy.
A stick in the slot is dangerous, someone could have gotten hurt. Lego should be commended for taking the safety of his fellow players seriously.

Vodkov's goal was a beauty, lets see more of that. I still think he should be on the second pair, he can not match ice time with PFK.

Win one more Saturday Go You Fucking Habs Go.
