  2. Great math inspired SF. Viva la France
Why don't you be the numerator and I be the denominator and both of us reduce to simplest form? "Hi, I hear you're good at algebra.....Will you replace my eX without asking Y?" I'm like pi baby, I'm really long and I go on forever. I wish I was your calculus homework, because then I'd be hard and you'd be doing me on your desk. Are you a math teacher because you got me harder than trigonometery Guy: Do you like math? Girl: No. Guy: Me neither...In fact, the only number I care about is yours. By looking at you I can tell you're 36-25-36, which by the way are all perfect squares. My ex-girlfriend is like the square root of -1,.... she's imaginary. I heard you like math, so what's the sum of U+Me 1/3>((-1^1/5)/27U)^1/2 Simply this to know how I feel about you. i>3U I'm not being obtuse, you are being acute girl Why don't we use some Fourier analysis on our relationship and reduce to a series of simple periodic functions. "Hey, baby want to Squeeze my Theorem while I poly your nomial?" Are you a 30 degree angle? Because you're acute-y. "You must be the square root of -1 because you can't be real." The derivative of my love for you is 0, because my love for you is constant. How about you come to my place tonight, so I can show you the growth of my natural log How about I perform a sort on your variables, and you can analyse my performance?

  7. Best Habs related comment I have read in some time.

Successful season next year will be a top 5 finish in the East and at least second round of the playoffs.

With Price, PK, Semin, Fleischmann, Weise, Eller, and DSP we were considered contenders and opened the season on top.
    Keeping Price and substituting:
    PK with Weber
    Semin with Radulov
    Weise with Shaw
And Fleischmann, Eller and DSP with any of the young prospects Scherbak, Ghetto, Carr, Lehkonen, McCarron, Danault…

Seems to me we are better off going into this season than last.
Give a few hiccups to start with some new guys, but by the end of the season I hope we will have made a deadline trade for a deep run.
    No reason we can’t.

  13. Probably better than spending money on a new highway

"Just read Cal’s link to the Gazette article about the new Laval rink. Now this is something to be outraged about. First the government funds a rink in Q-City that will never see a NHL franchise. Now it is financing along with the City of Laval 84% of the 200 million cost of an AHL rink? Like a typical QC project, it was supposed to cost 96 but now it is up to 200 million. The only thing good about this article is that I don’t live in Laval who is funding 122 million of this. There are hundreds of students graduating from universities with no jobs but maybe they can sling some beers at minimum wage at la Place Bell. Way to invest in the community you idiot mayor. This is just another reason why I will never give another dollar of my money to Molson and the Habs ever again."

    1. The previous mayor of Laval was up to his eyeballs in corruption, the new regime has to hand out legitimate contracts instead of greasing palms. But yeah, it's kind of typical. If the Molsons the students sling cost what they do at the Bell Centre, they'll probably be as sober as a judge when they go home.

    http://predators.nhl.com/club/gallery.htm?id=63177

If you pine for someone, you desperately want to see them, be with them, or perhaps smother them with kisses. If you're texting your ex-boyfriend over 50 times a day, there's a pretty good chance that you still pine for him.
In Old English, pine meant "to torture or cause to experience pain," which seems quite fitting if you've known what it's like to pine for something or someone. The verb pine should not be confused with the noun pine, as in the evergreen tree. If you are from the Northeast and find yourself living in the Caribbean, you may pine for the sight of a pine tree, but the lovely weather should ease the pain.

  16. Molson obviously has the old-fashioned, old boys outlook.

'... but also be humble and not be different from anyone else.'

You knew exactly that PK was different from everyone else when you signed him to those 8 years, Molson. That foxhole is getting mighty crowded, but you can all climb out of it now, PK'S GONE, NO THANKS TO YOU OLD MAN MENTALIIES AND NOT BEING ABLE TO NURTURE THE BEST THING THE CANADIENS HAD IN DECADES.

"You never want fans to believe that the business is making a decision that overrides the hockey team. In Quebec and in Montreal, there’s nothing more important than a successful hockey team; business shouldn’t get in the way of that."

Sure, that's why you hire coaching staff based on language, your business has nothing to do with that does it? Why else would you limit the coaches talent pool for the team?

"My job as the CEO is to give our general manager everything he needs to be successful and to not slow him down. I need to work with two mindsets. One is that

*****I need to build a strong hockey team with the general manager, and the other is that I need to run a profitable business. The two cannot collide. Even though we’re managing the business, everything starts with having a successful hockey team on the ice."****

    What a bunch of crock.

"First, there’s more to life than just hockey; family’s important, communities are important. And, second, ***is to give them the environment that makes them feel like superstars and like they’re wanted and cared about. "****

More crock. I guess your coach really made PK feel like a superstar who was wanted and cared about.
Did you actually just say that????????????

"We have a responsibility to support our communities. Without a strong community, we wouldn’t be here. We believe that firmly, so we give back a lot. It’s a responsibility that is ingrained in our culture."

More BS, Molson, if you really cared that much about your community, you would have seen how much PK meant to them and how you just snatched that away from everyone who cared outside of hockey.

Seriously, this article made me sick.

There are times when there’s some possibility that there would be another side to the argument, but this was one of those things where it was so, so far outside what could be considered reasonable. I made a pretty strong case, but I made the case that the analytics made. This wasn’t a personal thing.”

As to Geoff Molson's G&M article, I didn't read it all, just kind of scanned through it, but I seem to recall he said something about superstars are "hard to handle". Not a problem, just get rid of them.

I'm over it, I just don't see how the Habs are so much better with Shea Weber or Andrew Shaw. Tougher sure, but they still won't score that much because they just don't have enough talented scorers. We have to get used to them being a middling team with above average goaltending. empty will always play defence first dump and chase so it is what it is. Oh, and Radulov will crash and burn under empty just like Jizz did. Just watch. I don't give a fuck who BBB trades for or drafts, empty is a fucking blockade to progress. When Bergy finally realizes this things will improve, unless he goes down with the empty ship as well.

The dumpster diver looks like he might know something but all eMTy knows is dump and chase and block shots. Price made him look real good until the wheels fell off last year. eMTy is an imbecile who wouldn't know a talented player if he skated over him. Hopefully Radulov gets pissed off enough to feed him some carbon fiber.
