Brew up a win in St. Loo

I remember back when I was young, on one CHristmas Eve,
MmeM. and theM. tucked us in, and we drifted off to sleep.
Sometime through that snowy night, old Saint Geoff did appear,
To fill our blog with presents, and lots of CHristmas CHeer.
But morning came, and our own theM., he just stayed in bed,
Face down in the pillow, that’s what MmeM. said.

theM’.s really sick about what Geoff did this year,
He didn’t eat the milk and cookies, but he drank all theM’.s beer.

(same CHords for the next two verses)

Sister juce got a tambourine, and played it pretty well,
Me, I got a fire truck, with a shiny silver bell,
Little brother Pad got a cap gun, with a realistic sound,
Shootin’ all the bad guys, to save our DDD clown,
But our own theM., he couldn’t move, we thought that he was dead,
Groaning like a grizzly, covering his head,
theM’.s really sick about what Geoff did this year,
He didn’t trade for a Centre, but he drank all theM’.s beer.

MmeM. finally took her CHance, to get theM. on his feet,
She wanted him to help us out, with the CHristmas beast,
But as he tried to stuff the Pants!, he turned white just like The Ghost,
Still sad about what Geoff did, last night I suppose,
Poor theM. was feeling terrible, about the man in blue and white and red,
How could Geoff do this, does he drink and drive his sled?
But theM’.s really sick about what Geoff did this year,
He didn’t fire MT2/AF, but he drank all theM’.s beer.

Now I know you might not all believe what Geoff did this year,
He didn’t tell the SFU to fuck off, but he drank all theM’.s beer!

That's it, that's all ... I hope you enjoy it!

Go Steelers!

  1. The logical choice is to put CHe at center, so the trainers are putting new springs in the springboard because DDD will be launched more frequently as our new first line center. Donut line jokes please!

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    That is fucking brilliant!!

Yeah, Ol' Saint Geoff really fucked us over last spring, thus I am indifferent to he and his management team. I'll never buy Molson beer again. But, hey! I am a very patient guy and can wait out Bargain Bin, eMTy and his li'l pal Davey. They'll all be gone eventually. Unfortunately, so will their only chance to win anything, Carey Price.

    Go Giants!! Go Habs!!

  11. So if TFS finishes in top spot for AS voting that means he's captain which goes against NHL's 'Bill Durnan' rule. (NTTAWWT, I think he's more than worthy)
Brought in the John Scott rule and created another loophole. They should have forseen that TFS would garner oodles of votes. Not too bright are they?

  12. So PatCHes said DDD has had to overcome many things in his career and having to deal with the loss of gCHyuk is another. What? How is that something he has to 'deal with' he'll be getting back to being top dog again?

When asked if Sunday’s game was Desharnais’s best of the season, Therrien said: “I’ll go more than that. All those (first) three games (of the road trip) I thought he played really well. I thought he was quick on puck, feeding his wingers. I thought he played really well. It’s a good opportunity for him.”

Colorado, Arizona and Vancouver look like they are toast for this season. Can Bargain Bin pull off a Christmas miracle and get a legit center? I'd take both Sedins for the whole fucking St. John's team. Lefeb has ruined them anyway playing the emty system.

  56. MEDICAL UPDATE
Alex Galchenyuk and David Desharnais met with the team's medical staff on Wednesday in Montreal.

For both players, team doctors confirmed a knee injury, and the recovery is expected to be 6 to 8 weeks for each.

Galchenyuk currently leads the Canadiens with nine goals, including two game winners, and 23 points through 25 games in 2016-17. The 22-year-old centerman has also posted a plus-9 plus/minus differential in that span.

Desharnais registered two assists against the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday, before being forced to leave Tuesday's game early in St. Louis after suffering a knee injury.

The Habs won't miss DD even one little bit. If SuperpleXXX can be turned loose a little, they can hold the fort until gCHuk returns. AF's blender will be working overtime, big deal, nothing's changed there.

  59. Not that i think he intentionally fucked gCHuk's knee, but am I the only one that finds Kopitar's knee to gCHuk's knee more than just incidental contact? gGHuk was clearly in his vision and he made no attempt to avoid hitting him (and there was no puck to be seen so should have at least been an interference penalty). And hitting the knee on the anterior (is that right?) has potential for some damage even if his intent was to just slow CHucky down. Just interesting that there has been not a word on that possibility. I wonder if it was McDavid or Matthews or Laine would the play have been scrutinized to hell and back?

And was it Bouwmeester that hit ddd? Give him a medal.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. actually it was DDD in his first hit of the year bouncing off Bouwmeester. Che can get us to the playoffs and gCHuck will be back fresh and hungry ready to play a 200ft game. I hope DDD takes permanant liability insurance and retires.
