  3. Ok let comment on the first lady. I love Jackie O, she as it turns out was historicly hot. Hit pause for a long time but now we have Melinina. Slavian beauties are out of this world for sure but that is what she is just me to you. She is hot like a great plastic PTFE.

  9. So at my drunken dinner fest last evening, I was with a semi-well know Montreal CBC personality. Montrealers would probably know who he is. We both agreed that a 6 game losing streak would purge the Habs of the toxic force that is eMTy, which we also agreed may be the source of TFS' issues. Then the Habs won last night. This is all off the record

I'd take a 6 game losing streak to get the eMTy stench out of the Habs dressing room. Make it so!

  41. its time to make Canadiens first.

  42. Whilst discussing (Y) only getting 2 mins for boarding last night on TVA, they go to Auger to ask if he should have had stiffer penalty and started their question by saying that the league called the Devils to apologise for the 5 min boarding they gave Stollery, that it was a mistake. Wow. The league sure must owe the Habs a few phone call apologies. Auger said no, 2 for (Y) was enough.

Wow, a new low for the Pats and their "fans". Somebody pulled the fire alarm at the Steelers hotel at 3:00am this morning. Was it Belichik or Brady?

  46. Wow - Pack getting crushed by the Falcons. Down 30 with 20 minutes to go...even Rogers can't overcome this with his Hail Mary's.

@the M - yeah Boston fans. Sometimes I feel conflicted for cheering for a team from that area, but when I was a kid and we didn't (or rarely) got to see the NFL on our 2 channels, the Patriots were just the team we heard the most about. Aside from the Steelers and Raiders - it being the 70's. Then when I really started watching NFL in the late 80s the Pats games were the ones on TV.

Also of note, when i was a wee lad of 4 or 5 in the early 70's and I had to decide which hockey team to cheer for, I had 3 older brothers, a Habs fan, a broon fan and a leaf fan. Gotta say, Bobby Orr nearly swayed me to be a broon fan, but my Dad was also a Habs fan and my oldest bro was the Habs fan and the other 2 were always beating me up, so in the end the choice was obvious.

Anyway, Go Pats! I'm sure we'll hear it was Belichick and Brady that pulled the fire alarm...

I remember the Raiders and Redskins teams from the 80's but when I decided to follow football I wanted a team nearby in the eastern time zone so you could see them once in a while. I didn't hate anything from New York so chose the Bill Parcells/Phil Simms NY Giants. Then Lawrence Taylor. And so forth. I think Eli has one more Super Bowl left in him and I think he has the weapons now.

I can't stand anything that comes out of Boston.

Should be a more even match later, as long as the Steelers drank lots of coffee or Red Bull this afternoon. It's got to be closer than this mis-match I'm watching. The Pack are playing like shyte. I guess their karma ran out last week in Dallas.

  47. @ the M. That's right. Grew up in the Miramichi area. Boy you're just a short ferry ride from 'home' then.

Terrible NFC final. Looking for a nailbiter in the late game. I can't stand 'most' things out of Boston, though it is a beautiful city. Tried tuning into the Pens/broons game earlier but it was a NESN feed and Jack Edwards is a giant fucking douche. But I see they got crushed so that's good. I don't think that will repeat itself this evening. I'm sure Clod is sweating for his job about now...

Of course I want the lucky/cheating Pats to fucking die!

      Delete
    6. Heh. Of course 'good luck' doesn't mean good luck! It means I hope your team sucks giant ass for the next 3 hours but since you're a good FHF, a bit 'o respect to you. Trust me, if the Giants ever make it back to the SB against the Pats, the same respect will not be shown :).

Too bad about losing Bell early on...

  48. the Maritimer8:51 PM

Not looking good for the Steelers. The fucking Pats and fucking Brady are just too fucking good, especially up in Foxborough.

Tom Coughlin and Eli Manning are one of the few combos that could beat the cheatin' B's.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Watching the Pats shred teams from the top down and on both sides of the ball makes me feel even worse about the crap we Habs fans have to put up with. The team should be able to hire the 'best coach available' and language should never be part of the equation. Maybe he or she speaks French, maybe not. I've heard Bill Belichick interviews and he doesn't speak Bostonian - he pronounces every one of his 'R's.

Looking forward most of all to see Belichick/Brady/Mr Kraft receive the Lombardi from Goodell!

  50. Speaking of NESN, during the game Jack Edwards was saying that NESN owns 20% of the broons but they keep a good arm's length distance and are fair.

  51. Surprised the SFU isn't all over this -
Steve Walkom called Devils coach about that 5min penalty on Stollery which really began 4 on 4 for 2 mins because they gave 2min roughing to MitCH.
