I remember listening to the album a couple 100 times;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_OMrvt-r7Q
I would like for them to at least try...I know that some of them do try but I would like all of them to try to score a goal. Stop a goal being scored. Try scoring a second and third goal...maybe even a 4th goal because sadly the way TFS has been playing they will need at least 4 to even have a chance of a win...
Gotta say, the team uni for the Montreal pylons is pretty cool. Wilde explains it on Global news.https://twitter.com/BWildeRecrutes/status/964465828052787200
You know what the worst thing is? The current management has made it so I don't even care when they lose.
Been feeling that way for a long time now. It Probably goes back to the PFK trade for me. I'm glad if they win, still have that 'yes' if they score but I no longer have that 'something' in the pit of my stomach when they lose. Toss in how they treated Vodkov who was only a few games away from reaching 1,000 with the CH. So disrespectful to players who were Habs at heart and wore the CH on their sleeves. And Che.The narrative is players won't come here because of taxes and Che left for the same money because he'll earn more. Taxes may be a small part of it but I think players won't come here because of how this organisation treats their players. When they hear BBB publicly say that Francophones will always get priority, see Drouin sign his contract during a press conference then later saying he's not a centre yet he still gets the entire season at the position. The media shares some blame too. Maybe other players don't want to be 'outed' (if it's true) like that POS Tremblay did with gCHuk. Speaking of that POS, you know those segments where they ask players what was your last social media search, what music do you listen to etc...I think I heard when Hudon was asked who he talks to the most he said Tremblay, they've been talking for a long time now. Yikes.I just don't care when they lose anymore.
When bergevin comes out with quotes "If you want loyalty buy a dog", does he not think the players hear that as well? No wonder Markov's wife was so pissed at bbb. Arrogant and full of hubris. Looking forward to the day gmgq is turfed.
Just watched the highlights. Auntie just blew any chance of being a fourth or fifth round draft pick. PatChes is playing not to get traded. Who is going to take him the way he is playing. gCHuck blue line dangle, draws three Knights, pass to Nikta, goalscores goal, repeat often. If I could chose between winning the 60 million, and the Habs winning the lottery, I would take the 60 million and move to Vegas and watch a professional organization ice a team.
'Hockey is for everyone' Well not guys like PFK, DSP et al. Last week it was 'monday', last night it was 'basketball', It made me think about the time the in-game guy on TSN said PFK should get a penalty while he was actually on the bench and DSP was on the ice. Pang also comes to mind.
A couple of Habs fans left the game with bags over their heads.
I only watched a couple of minutes of the game, but it seems the boys didn't impersonate a hockey team so well after all. It's hard to accept, but they are better off losing at this point. Too bad Sam Pollock isn't in charge of things. BBB is barely fit to shine his shoes. I know Bergy has pulled the odd blind squirrel move, so here's hoping he puts on his blindfold and cracks a few acorns by next Monday.
I have scouting reports from Montrealer friends in the SW USA:My Habs fan friend in Arizona reported from the game he attended against the 'Yotes: "Habs have no defense, and the Yotes have Hjalmarsson, Ekmann-Larson, and Goligoski. Yes, that was obvious tonight (last night). Price looked frustrated and defeated. He has no defense. And even though the Habs out shot the Yotes, 95% of those shots requires Raanta to do nothing more than stand there. They were all shot right to center mass. Habs deserved to lose."Another Habs fan pal of mine was visting in LV:"T-Mobile Arena is fantastic. Best sight lines in the NHL. There are soooooo many Habs fans here. Crazy."At times the Habs played well, but mostly they were pretty awful. Their defensive coverage was horrible and, at times, they looked scared of skating the puck out of the zone. Way too tentative. Also, they didn't have much chemistry. They weren't out-paced, they were out-played for long stretches. The 2nd period was so awful.REPLY FROM THE ARIZONA HABS FAN: " I hear you. At one point in the second (in AZ), when Price was at our end (we were Sec 116, row H), as play had stopped at the other end, Price turned around and looked at the audience behind his right shoulder. He looked right in our direction. There were a LOT of Habs jerseys in the arena. I swear that I could see the expression on his face. It was apology and disappointment. He’s going to be the best goalie to have never won the Cup."
I still say the only asset bbb has the gets any return is TFS...its coming people...sorry!
It would be a mercy trade.
Fiver just signed for the next two years. The Journeyman Cup is ours! I do like Fiver, especially since he has heart. In other news, Julien wouldn't confirm if BBQ will ever get fired up again this season. Looking like not.
Bargainbin.... the master of 5th liners and #8 dmen, saves his boss a tonne of money in salary. Who knew Molson was such a fucking cheapskate.
Meanwhile Sherbak gets sent to Laval...WTF is going on in their fucking heads?
They're hiding him from pro scouts. He was making PatCHes look bad, and GCHuck look good.
