Nice stuff. I like the kitty tent. When we go camping my dog has his own camping chair for CHillin' around the fire. He's not a big fan of getting nature all over him.
I like to think all creating, viewing and commenting on this blog have the ability to appreciate the form of a woman without committing a crime against the fairer gender, which so many men in power are apparently unable to do. I was thinking of joining the #MeToo brigade by bringing a very important fact to light. You see, to men of a certain generation (say a Trumpish age +/- 10 years if you will) the # sign means "Pound".
I am with St. Pad on the "Pound" meaning of the # (I was born in the early 60's). however I am pretty up to date on social media - I tweet to a following of 8.5k and use Instagram facebook and Snapchat regularly as well as Linkedin. I live in the UK and when reading it we say "Hashtag MeToo"...is that not what is said back home? (please note - I have not been back to the homeland since 2001...) Enlighten me...
It's known as "the pound sign" universally on this side of the pond. But in social media parlance (exclusively) even Americans have come to say "hashtag"
If my mother ran the world I would be your fucking king. I have a daughter and I support 100% the me too. In Europe they have mostly eliminated economic rape at the median level. The top level seems to have many old white men with hot girls. There is something there more than exploration. The Steve MUcsihan, and the Scottish attrses. Many very rich men have captured the hearts of women who dont need money.
just listening to Marinano on 690, epic and funny rant, he is talking about the superplexxe playstation control. No matter what button you press he shoots and hits the crest. Man its going to be a long time until the draft. If we pick at five or six its not a gimme.
I have to pile on and say this is the worst I have seen from the Habs in my lifetime. Granted they are missing 3 key players.
I don't like making predictions but I've got this funny feeling that Price is going to a Western conference team (with his blessings) and Max to the Blues or Pitt. I don't know if they can move Weber but that troika are probably ready for a change in locales. Scorched earth in the near future...
Great SF Moeman - as always - NOAR! Lee and Farrah - what a couple!! So I read today that the new bosses at F1 have now "banned" the models from escorting drivers on stage at each pre-race ceremony. Firstly - I am annoyed they use the word "banned" - when really all they have done is change the format. Saying "banned" implies that it was akin to an illegal drug to have a woman in a bikini walking down a runway (do they even hold beauty contests anymore?). The world is going mad! Are cheerleaders still a thing? Leftie liberals are slowly taking over the world and it is killing all the fun (apologies to any of the FHF ensemble who might identify as leftie liberal - no offence intended) And as it's Sexy Friday, let me ask you all this (well - mainly the guys I suppose - but in the interest of equality and fairness to all, everyone can play along)- and be honest here - think back to when this all began - beyond the current incarnation of FHF back to the days of the original 4 (29,31,4,10) then think about the last year or so and about how the world around us has changed - then ask yourself this one question - "when was the last time you said (either out loud or quietly to yourself) "Nice Rack!" - I miss those days...
I went to the games on Super Bowl weekends many times over the years. I remember going during other down periods ... late 90's, early 2000's ... even then I never lost hope. Now, holy crap, I wouldn't spend 5 cents to go see this bunch. At least Reggie Houle's teams could score goals. This bunch is beyond bad and boring as fuck. I think a lot of it is julien's defence first shit, same as the last two numbskulls. Can't they find somebody that preaches scoring goals for fuck's sake? Anyway, Boston fans sure are glad jabba the hutt is gone. They're having fun again. We can only hope.
We just finished watching The Losers, a cool action flick with Jeffrey Dean Morgan (pre Negan), Chris Evans (pre Captain America) and Zoe Saldana (pre Gamora). Also Idris Elba. Black Panther looks good, we'll go see that when it comes out.

ReplyDeletePretty good stuff.
Loved it! Never heard of him before.
DeleteI caught some of the first period, then moved onto 'Dirty Money' on Netflix.

ReplyDeleteFarrah! Her death was overshadowed by passing on the same day as MJ back in June 2009.

ReplyDeleteThink about it.
I hadn't thought of it that way before, but you are correct, if you discount that British/European bloaks would see it as "hashtag me too" rather.
Delete£METOO

I would trade PatCHes and Superplexxe to Isles for their 10th pick and get Joey Velcro.
