    1. Come on now theM. I did drop a new post, so thats nice.

  2. I was just going to say the same thing...Although I might watch the game tonight - at least parts of it. If the kids are playing, it could be interesting. Guys like Reilly make mistakes but they are pretty quick and can recover quicker than the pylons that are Alzner and Schlemko and Benn. Anyway, whatever happens, just fucking Score! Go You frustrating Habs Go!!

  3. we are going to need a nic marathon. The new Russkie call him Puty for Putin's player.
Reilly has a pedigree. Hope we can find it.

I want a win over the broons fuck the draft.

    3. So the Habs play early so the fucking leaf can play an exhibition game outside in prime time...whatba fucking joke

  6. Fear the slaughter. Like the M says, thanks for sweet nothing, Bergy.

Oh and huge congrats to gCHyuk on the hattie. When Clod asked post-game how good he played, the first thing out of his mouth was 'don't forget, drouin had a good game too'. They just can't give this guy any credit, it would fucking kill them. Then there's Damphousse. He not a fan either.

With that, this gif is an ode to gCHyuk and a shot at the Bergy et al. Love it.

  10. Phew! Moving out of the cottage all day, and I'm beat! I was ready to move in a hurricane after watching the weathwr forecast last night, but it was a beauty of a day.

So Gawley couldn't get a flight out of Montreal, so they picked up a different broon schill to do colour. Nearly a disaster there...

I'm going to watch but am on pvr delay. Thanks for dropping a new thread moe. I wasn't bashing you as you well know, it's just that interest in the Habs has hit rock bottom lately. I don't listen to any of the tools who manage, coach (other than Captain Kirk) or cover (RDS and TVA) the Habs as they are so biased against certain players it's just awful. All gCHuk is doing, now that he is playing well, is driving up his trade value. Fuckface clod doesn't have any use for him or any Russians apparently so we will probably be bidding him farewell this summer as Dr. Evil prepares for another fantastic makeover.

    ReplyDelete
  14. At 19:58 bob cold says the Habs have 'the only goal so far in this period', then the horn sounds.

    ReplyDelete
  15. So I watched the last 13 minutes of the 1st - hnic fees but no sound. Looks like a good game so far. Good hustle and digging. KidA is the fucking bomb. So lapses on D but nothing too terrible. Should have been a penalty shot for LB too!

    ReplyDelete
  20. bob cold has no fucking idea what is happening on the ice.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Has bob cold cum yet? He must be close

    ReplyDelete
  22. Ok...so the Habs look pretty fucking awful right now...channeling my inner 29...hang on boys!

  23. A really good Coach could call a time out about now....just saying...

    ReplyDelete
  24. Fif you hear the big news?

Old crotch ate an oatmeal cookie this morning. Yep that was actual pregame news.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Funny they won't say that Patrick Roy won Ray Bourque his Cup, in Colorado, to then parade, in Boston. Bourque was completely useless in those playoffs.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Bob cold "and the penalty is on...BOSTON??!!"

    ReplyDelete
  27. The Habs haven't helped themselves this season but the SFU lives to slag and denigrate the Habs. They also gleefully cheered against the Canucks vs. the broons in the playoffs. Sick fucks.

    ReplyDelete
  28. BS call. It was late called after the fans start booing and the player looks at the ref from the ice. And it was a major fucking dive.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Great PK.

    eat shit bob cold.

    ReplyDelete

  31. That was a pretty bad period but they didn't give up a goal...which is good. Absolutely no one except Annnti looked interested. I know they played last night but wow...1/2 a step behind all period long. Moral period victory mind...

    ReplyDelete
  32. I know the likelihood is practically nil, but if the Habs win this they are only 7 pts out of that final spot. Bob Cold stated as fact that "the Canadiens will not be in the playoffs" at the start of the game. So for no other reason to have him eat fucking crow (not that he would remember saying anything more than a day later). But I'm saying there's still a chance!
Wnen math says we're out, we're out. So fuck off bob.

I think I'm caught up to you guys... man, cbc must be fucking desperate to keep using this old leafool to call hockey games when he has no fucking clue what's going on. He still loves his broons though can't talk enough about those bear turds.

I haven't watched many Habs games this year but one observation I have tonight is Drouin is a turnover machine, as bad or worse than Galchenyuk. I bet he's never seen the 4th line though. Or been benched. Nope, bergy and clod are protecting their pure laine prize no matter how many times he fucks up. clod wouldn't play favourites would he? Sure he wouldn't.

  61. Some time ago on AC, they started to discuss how many points gCHyuk had whatever amount of games it was and how well he was playing. Then Damphousse said that his points are mostly on the PP. Next day I was listening to Melnick and he said he was flipping channels the night before and when he does he'll take notes. He said he heard what Damphousse said so he checked back years and that it simply is not the case. Said while he respects Damphousse, you really need to be factual when you put something like that out there.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Here's the thing about that POS Damphousse...I never think of him as a Hab. He was a leaf - to me he will always be a leaf - FOAD!

I watched the Oil/NYR game on PVR this morning. If whoever is GM for the Habs going forward wants to upgrade at center, I would target RNH. He's not overly big or strong but is quick and has good skills. He is wasted in Edmonton playing third line minutes behind McD and Draistel and at $6mil per year not that expensive. The Oilers need fast wingers and the Habs have plenty of those. Let's make a deal!!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Good point. I'd take RNH at 6M over JT at 12M. Leaves you another 6M to either add top 6 talent or upgrade at D. But if left up to Bergy and Chiarelli they will manage to fuck that deal up somehow.

And regarding the Habs getting a top tier pick this year if shit doesn't change in the development years for a young player in the organization, well it's just a wasted fucking pick screwing up some talented young kid. So pick 12th and hope the kid figures shit out himself or gets traded for a 6/7 d or 4th line plug.

  64. I wonder if we will see Jake Evans in this year. He is a Hoby Baker short list at center. Like to see him with gCHuck and Druid.

Poeling is also looking like great pick, but he needs a least one more year before he plays mens hockey.

  65. Monday morning waking up will be as the Chinese say Opportunity crossed with chaos. The East India company is going mad. Its going to be a generational struggle for Canada to survive unless our billionares pitch in to stop the madness. Container agriculture can give us all the greens and in a few years printed meat. You can make beer out of my piss most days, what more do we need?

    ReplyDelete
  66. PatCHes looked like a broken man on the ice and at least now he can be home for his boys on March break, although with a gimpy knee. I feel for him. Here's a guy who has taken one for the team by signing a deal that leaves him underpaid (market value anyway), just to see his boss sit on his hands all year and leave millions in cap space on the table. Then, when he isn't afforded the reprieve of a trade at the deadline, after speaking from the heart to a mostly guileless media horde about how much he loves it here, and how much he wants to stay... Then, his boss goes out and throws him under the bus (damning with faint praise) instead of sticking up for him.

For my money, PatCHes would be about a bazillion names ahead of eMTy on my foxhole list. I do hope we haven't seen his last game as a Hab.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Agreee with you Scot - I would like to see him back next year. Besides - with a gimpy knee bbb will only get half a back of pucks, so he might as well hang on to him.
