In the midnight hour I can feel domi’s power
Just like a player you know I'll take you there
Like a sfu child
Haharudey whispers softly to me
You're in control just like a ref
Now I'm dancing
It's like a dream
No end and no beginning
You're here with me it's like a dream
Let the CHoir sing !
When cuthurt calls my name it's like a little player
I'm down on my knies, I wanna take you there
In the midnight hour I can feel simpleton’s power
Just like a player you know bieksa’ll take you there
When you call nylander’s name it's like a little player

ReplyDeleteGreat parody Moe. Leafs prove you can re virgin winning the cup.
ReplyDeleteI was feeling something else
Passangers
Nothing more than passangers
Trying to shave my stash
Teardrops
Rolling down on my face
Trying to forget the passangers
Passangers
For all my life I'll feel it
I wish I've never met you Billie
We will never play to gether again
Passangers
Wo-o-o Passangers
Wo-o-o Passangers
Again transporting my team
Passangers
Passangers like I,m on the subway
or the bus going off the cliff
And Passangers like I cant carry any more
They wrinkle my Guici suit
Passangers
For all my I been a bus driver
I wish I've met Billie and have
to carry him a passanger
I will never win again
Cpt PJ will walk
Knives will cut out
because of Passangers
nothing but Passangers
all over the ice
Feeling like a loser
in a Guci suit
falling on the ice
Applause to both of you for the great parodies!
ReplyDeleteThat picture of Galley shows what you have to do, even though he didn't win that series.
The greatest photo of all is the Rocket bleeding profusely shaking hands with B's goalie Sugar Jim Henry after the Habs beat them in the playoffs.
To funny TSN 690 talking about Marnier Hair being dry in the middle of the second period. " do the leafs get their hair done between periods? Do they have a blow dryer on the bench"
ReplyDeleteNarco comes clean finally

DeleteJust too funny
The core four spunk trumpets were beside themselves on the toronto sports network
I'm sure the dimwit o-dog went home and cried
The only one that wasn't emotionally crushed was Diane drag-her
He was pretty much well, yup, another fuckup, another year, yup
And they still call the core fore extremely talented
Game 7's. 0 for 7
As in zero nada nothing
Failure after failure after failure and yet the expectation is always there
So sad
Sad bunch of bucket mouth spunk trumpets
Hang this on dumbass and shanaban
Both belligerent stupidos full of themselves and too arrogant to step back and admit that maybe 14 large is too much for a non performing useless americant and maybe 12 large is too much for little disappearing mitchie the crybabee
Washed up Jonny toronto in 7 years has done nothing but go to the bank
The only one that did anything is The Conehead
He scored a few I'd keep him
The rest, adios muchachos
Too funny
The hilarity will continue into the summer
What will they do now?
Stay tuned to as the leaf turnes a Canadian comedy!
Go Habs
Fucking hilarious!
DeleteYou know, nobody had any blood on them.
DeleteNobody was run like The AC Man was by Tom.
We just didn't have the horses but we went for it and when it was over we were good cause we gave it everything we had, it's just that we didn't have enough to give.
And so in cotU the belief is that, WTF we had the greatest team ever, WTF.
They are inundated by a relentless onslaught from no mind media spunk trumpets who fill their empty heads with trash. The leaf fan is told in no uncertain terms that Captain Underpants is the greatest hockey player in the world. And they are told that over and over again by the media machine that controls hockey in English Canada. It's like watching Goebbels all over again. Sadly Evil CHester wishes this doesn't stop as the entertainment level is unmatched. LED is something to be marked on the calendar and anticipated, preparations made and hoopla executed.
Life is good.
Go Habs
Happy LED everyone! Go oilers I guess...
ReplyDeleteHappy LED
Deletewe may have problems but this si not one
I'm back on this side of the pond. I'm sad I missed the LED festivities but have enjoyed enormously reading all of your comments! It's like I was there. So like everything on this site, it is much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteBravo on the parody as well Moe.
I did not google it our AI it, because I am smarter than AI. Things that would have killed AI i have done and lived. Anyway that is Wonder Women Linda Carter
ReplyDeleteLovely parodies! LED never gets old.
ReplyDeleteThe angst and agony of SFU and their fans is delicious! I can't read enough about it. It's almost as good as The Game for entertainment value.
ReplyDeleteFirst thing they should do is fire Shamaplan. I hope they don't.
They're all shitting on Marner and assume he's gone, but I'd pay him and give him the 'C'.
Then I'd trade Narcos Underpants for a boatload. I'm sure there is a team willing to take on his 'mammoth' contract. Hint hint. Without pornshache, and a new group of players (including a defence) and prospects from that trade, I think MM would perform better they would be far better off.
Fortunately that organization is dumb as shit and will continue to rot for years to come.
I'm pretty sure mitchie is done in tranna the way they were booing him...
DeleteIt would take big balls but I would get rid of Underpants, he is the bigger problem. They would get enough in a trade to do a soft reboot.
I'm sure Little Mitchie the cry baybee is gone. But you can never under estimate the stupidity of the leaf. Brenda Shanaban is as beligerent and as hard headed as they come so maybe he'll just resign Jonny toronto and little mitchie to long term contracts and give them a raise and a pat on the back. WTF I mean they made the playoffs. What more can be expected.
DeleteGo Habs
Congrats to the Moncton Wildcats on winning the Q.
ReplyDeleteIf the Habs don't use their first round picks to get a veteran #2C, maybe they use them to move up to the 6ish position to try to get Caleb Desnoyers.
There is a rumor that Briere is willing to move the 6th pick for the right package. HuGo should be in on that.
DeleteGardiner Macdougall, all that guy does is win...
Bah! Have to listen to Bozos cuthurt and simpleton during the Oil games. F U leafnet.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to stay strong and not get my tv back until football season.
DeleteAre they going to adjust the western conference game times to suit the sfu?
I wouldn't put it past Rogers to make them play at 6pm local time so the Ontarians don't have to stay up too late and can watch some real hockey.
I think it's more to accommodate the american't networks time slots. Gary will always bend over to bow to the whims of the people who don't really give a shit about hockey.
DeleteSN I sort of get. They own the leafs.
ReplyDeleteBut TSN(Bell)? Why pander so hard to your rival's team?
On their front page today:
Tavares 'very optimistic' about Leafs return lololol
Berube praises Marner lolololololol
'We lost our structure': Rielly discusses what went wrong for the Leafs in Game 7 now it's just sad...
These are the three top stories TSN decide to put on their front page, above all else.
They're so f'd up. I kind of wish i had TV so I could watch the post mortem on Overdrive.
Sounds like management wants to run it back again. I say go for it, keep on losing Habs fans are laughing at you and enjoying all the schadenfreude.
DeleteYou don't need TV to watch OverDrive or Real Kyper, the whole program is on YouTube a few hours later. Then you can watch at your leisure.
There is a lot of truth in this statement:
ReplyDelete"Carry Canada on your back McJesus. Remember, you’re playing against the refs and the commissioner too. Be prepared to play through a few unpenalized headshots. Expect to call up your 3rd string goalie after they are taken out. Kicked goals are allowed for Dallas, so watch for that too!"
Habs fans can attest...
The leaf and the sfu are nothing but agitation and propaganda, both perpetually stunned organizations.

hey guys... sorry havnt been around since gm5. im still getting over it. leaves losing like that was really helpful, but it still hurts after doing a deepdive into how they boys lost vs WSH.
ReplyDeleteanyways, just wanted to say hi and to ask if u guys noticed MM doing pretty good (by that, i mean no boneheaded plays) over in sweden(?)
also curious how nick was snubbed again. very difficult for me to believe this, but was it his choice to stay home?
ReplyDeleteIt was his choice. If I recall he took a hard hit in that final game and I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't something he (or the Habs medical team) didn't want to aggravate. Not to mention he hasn't missed a game in his professional career so probably needs a break.
DeleteNot sure how/if it impacts his potential to join the Olympic team but I have less than zero faith that Hockey Canada will select the correct players, so shan't hold my breath.
The Czechs must be happy to see Willy Nylander join team Sweden just in time for the elimination round.
ReplyDeleteI had an early tee time this morning so I have been getting caught up on all the inevitable Mitch Marner to the Habs chatter. The consensus seems to be thanks, but no thanks among many commenters. He's a play driver but not a center. Too small and can't produce in the playoffs although Marc Dumont made the case that isn't true. I've already stated I believe he will head west to SJ or maybe Vegas to escape the spotlight which burns as bright in Montreal as it does in hogtown. Another possibility could be reuniting with Boy Wonder in Pittsburgh to play with Sid. I trust HuGo to parse this situation in conjunction with Captain nature. I think Steve mentioned that it wouldn't be good to introduce Blue and White disease into the Habs culture although I believe Nick, Powerhorse and Lep would make sure he has been decontaminated of that before letting Mitch near the locker room.
ReplyDeleteGo Rocket Go !
No way he goes to Vegas, they can spot a CHeater from Toronto big time
DeleteMaybe Shamaplan will take Mitchie with him to Long Island.
DeleteThe most powerful world cup team for Canada loses in the quarter finals to Denmark? ??? ???
ReplyDeleteThe last time Canada won a WC their goaltender was ... Samuel (Monty) Montembeault !
DeleteGood omen for habs fans?
The sfu’s puckered lips around shannie suddenly popped. The tranna media hypocrisy this week could make someone go blue in the face.
ReplyDelete~moe
Poetic justice would be Shanaban and mitchie going to Long Island, making the playoffs, facing the laffable leaf and ELIMINATING them.
ReplyDeleteGuess who is the GM of the Canadian team? LOL!
ReplyDeleteGM Dubious
DeleteAs much as I dislike FLA and Marchand, I love it that the Carolina Asshats are on a 14 game ECF losing streak. Sounds like something the leaf would do...you know if they ever made it past the 2nd round.
ReplyDeleteWe have a pool at work. Just pick the winning teams and # of games for each series. After a slow start in round 1 (7 of a possible 16 points), I picked up 6 more in round 2 to leap into a tie for first. Winner's name goes up on a banner, no $ involved.
DeleteI've picked FLA in 5 and the Oil in 6. Edm/Dal was the tougher call. It was more strategic, knowing at least one of the guys I'm tied with is an Oiler fan and would pick them for sure.
Congrats to former Hab and chockula favourite Mathieu Darche (Vader) on successfully being named GM of the New York Islanders over Bargainbin Biceps Bergy. Now, do us Habs fans a solid and trade Noah Dobson and Bo Horvat to fellow GM Kent Hughes.
ReplyDeleteThe Isles made a very good choice.

ReplyDeleteGot to keep the leafools interested.

Not that I like Florida in any way, shape or form... but hearing about the troll kings from Carolina being embarrassed is always a good thing.
ReplyDeleteNot that its his fault but Kid Ko story is nearing its NHL end. He walks away with 20 million.
DeleteThat pick was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. No way was he a 3rd overall pick. Kid KoHo MAY have had a chance to succeed under HuGo's management because I don't think they would have brought him in as an 18 year old when it was clear as day he wasn't ready physically or mentally for the NHL. Funny, Grant McCagg still defends him to this day.
DeleteThat's 15 ECF losses in a row for the jerks. Love it.
ReplyDeleteThe leaf would love to know what it's like to even play in a third round and would be happy to have such a streak.
Hoping the Oil can end the Canadian drought though. There couldn't be a better time with all that's going on.
Yes wonderful to see
DeleteHope The Oil are spooling up cause the cats are looking strong
Cats made a couple smart moves at the deadline
That Zito guys a smartie
So the funny guy with the blue glasses has decreed that the leaf shall not be complacent with just anything short of the cup cause that's what toronto deserves cause toronto ...

While browsing Bluesky social media this morning I saw a post from SiM on Jack Todd's page regarding the upcoming Speech from the Throne by King Charles. I understand many people don't like the Monarchy or the Royal Family but in the current times, I am so glad to be a part of the British Commonwealth and a constitutional monarchy system instead of a Republic, where right wing kooks can take over a country and basically destroy it from within. We are witnessing the end of American dominance as the orange felon drives the American bus off a cliff.
ReplyDeleteAs an aside, regarding the Royal family I have an appreciation for how they function and the history of the House of Windsor after watching the excellent Netflix series The Crown. The first two seasons are outstanding with great actors (John Lithgow as Winston Churchill, Claire Foy as Elizabeth II and Matt Smith as Prince Phillip among many others) about the early years of Queen Elizabeth II reign. I highly recommend it.
My favourite PM on the show was Labour Party leader Harold Wilson. His meetings with the Queen were really well done.
DeleteIf you watCH game of thrones it has not been that well not done well. Sure they had a racist feeling that saw them treat indegious people like driftwood. Does the end justify the means.
DeleteThat is why Putin sent 3 rent boys to try the PM backdoor, and when that did not result in fireworks they firebomed the front door. Being trained Russkie spys they faked not being able to make a Molatov cocktail. Like every Canadian knows how to field dress a moose, every Russian knows, Cocktail Molatov. How stupid are the kids today they cant make a proper Molatov cocktai.
Back to hockey, lots of that on today, the Oilers/Stars, Laval/Rochester and the Memorial Cup tonight.

Pretty sure McD would spurn the wretched leaf, same as mitchie will. They are stuck with underpants.

ReplyDeleteTHIS DATE IN #HABS HISTORY
ReplyDeleteMay 25, 2021: The Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Canadiens 4-0 at Bell Centre to take a 3-1 lead in their first-round playoff series. Jack Campbell made 32 saves for shutout.
We all know what happened after that. Hee Hee!
Congrats Rocket.
ReplyDeleteWay overdo
DeleteI thought Charlotte Checkers were the AHL affiliate of the dirtbag hurricanes but they are now affiliated with the even dirtier Florida alleycats. Should be a good series.
ReplyDeleteI watched most of the Oil game then the rest of the Rocket game. They looked good. Not ready for prime time has found his level as a goalie.

DeleteThe View from Nebraska gets that 100% right. McLame is not worthy to even mention Beliveau's name. What a PoS.
DeleteNice Jack. Good for The View From Nebraska.
DeleteHe's written a couple of right on pieces lately.
Not bad for a mericant draft dodger.
McLame The Splooger is just bending over for his keepers and to whom ever watches and listens to him and his collection of stupidos.
I always snicker when I see that pen in HaHaHrudy's fat little fingers like he's gonna write something. Out of all the retired and probably available knowledgeable hockey players they choose him and that other idiot who's name escapes me. Must have to pass an on your knees and blow test to their owners. Sad really. Worse than the toronto sports network gang of blind bias spunk trumpets and that's saying something.
Anyway, makes having to listen to Maxim LaTurtle a little easier, not a lot, just a little.
On another subject I'm not at all liking the musings along the lines of giving up bathing suit for a shot at a 2C. This would be Eric Desjardins McDonaugh all over again. Hugo better stay the course when it come to The Future of The Glorious Habs and trading some of that for some yet to be named player is a no go in CHester's world. We add, not subtract. We don't have to choose between Rino and Bathing Suit, we will use them both. We could have used HondaCivic at the end of the season or that ruskie for that matter. Cease and desist this Dman toss in/giveaway. Fucking defence wins championships and we are building a formidable one. Don't touch it. Just go find somebody who scores goals and crushes people. There's lots of them, go sign fucking Tom The Wilson, or bring up Little Wiifi or that Harley Davidson guy. We're at the tipping point where small moves matter.
I should be in charge. CHester has sold his house and is moving and while cleaning out the crannies he found a picture of his son holding the '93 banner purchased at The Parade. Looking forward to the next one, I better not be in a wheelchair.
Go Habs
CHester has sold his residence, he must have decided it was time. The Maritimer is not ready for apartment living yet. I will hang on as long as I am able to. I almost gave in and hired a guy to mow the lawn but decided to do one more year. But, I don't move snow anymore. Done with that.
ReplyDeleteYes no more snow shoveling
DeleteI don't mind the lawn but I don't do hedges or snow
Go Habs
Has the SFU stopped obsessing about their leaf ?
ReplyDeleteBasiclly they were one goal post from the cup, but maybe not, who knows. Pal Hal is in Charge now. lets see what Mr Rogers neighouhood looks like.
ReplyDeleteWasn’t darren pang called out as a racist ?

ReplyDeleteHabs don't need another 5'9" player.
Agree 100%, too much money, too much term, too old, too small.
DeleteShocking observation but to win the cup we need a big center like Barkov and and big D man like Seth Jones or Eklblad. You just cant find those guys but Florida did.
ReplyDeleteTook Barkov 10 years to turn into the player he is too lead his team to glory. Nature is only 25, still needs time to grow into that type of player. Ekblad, drafted 1st overall, Jones 4th overall, as per bergy those types of D are hard to trade for, Florida got lucky with Jones who wanted out of a shitshow in Chicago. I won't mention ratface...
DeleteCongrats to Ivan Demidov on being named the KHL's Rookie of the Year!
ReplyDeleteHe should be RoY next year as well. I hope.
DeleteNope.
ReplyDeleteWithout their leaf/narcos hype, you can really hear how utterly pathetic cuthurt and simpleton are.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Commodore Perry and his Oilers for making it to another SCF. This will be Canada's team. Kick those Panthers' asses!
ReplyDeleteI'll echo SiM's congrats to Edmonton and 40 year old Admiral Perry, I hope he gets his 2nd Cup after winning as a rookie with Anaheim back in 2007. It would be quite the bookends to a great career. Just goes to show, a 38 year old Sid would still be an effective leader for an up and coming Habs team.
ReplyDeleteAnd, is there any doubt the McD/Drai duo is far superior to Narcos/mitchie even though the sfu tries to tell leafools otherwise. It ain't even close.
"is there any doubt"
DeleteNope. Never was. Never will be.
100 out of 100 fans (which includes the sfu) would trade Underpants/MM for McD/Drai every day of the week and twice on Sunday. If they say otherwise, they're lying.
DeleteLooks like the Rocket is fizzling out. Should see Fowler back in the net next game.
ReplyDeleteNot that most of the goals were Primo's fault from what I saw in the highlights.
From what I have read, the Checkers are a veteran AHL team, there are no Panthers prospects playing for them. They even have the failed Pooljarvie playing for them, a former 4th overall pick.

Rip Hot Lips- Mash was more than a sitcom and she was a huge part of that.
ReplyDeleteThe short hedgehog has our Bathing Suit listed as someone The Glorious Habs are looking at trading.

DeleteSo many foolish ideas for trades being thrown around, most is just nonsense. After the Crapitals ran roughshod over the Habs in the first round there is no way HuGo are going to make the team smaller.
ReplyDeleteI saw a ridiculous trade proposal this morning from the braindead SFU, Wool for Marshy straight up, sure, trade a 27 year old with one year left for a 5'-9" 34 year old with 4 years. Who dreams up this shit anyway?
Whatever HuGo pull off we (or the SFU) won't see it coming.

For the playoffs they must practice wtih pool noodeles duct tape everywhere. They need to do capture and kill drills everywhere until they feel brusis beneath all the plastic. Game day no noodles no plastic only real men in a real battle that you have to admit would not have appealed to William Wallace. What do you mean that guy is making more money than you and your an archer and he is just a meat forward?
DeleteI agree
DeleteFor the game you must be pillow free

The NHL is a crazy fucking league. Always hitting the self destruct button. Why wait a week before starting the SCF? Then ..skip the first weekend after you get back. I get that the break helps some players but this is too long a break man...don't they realize that all they have done is allow finicky viewers to switch their attention to baseball or other competing leagues. There is no need for anyone to be playing hockey in late June...
ReplyDeleteNow that the Memorial Cup tournament is over and the Rocket are a game away from elimination, my interest in watching hockey has plummeted to near zero. It's golf season and I'm starting to get caught up on shows and documentaries I've been meaning to watch. As the amateur draft approaches my interest will pick back up somewhat as HuGo gets down to business.

ReplyDeletehttps://www.tsn.ca/nhl/former-montreal-canadiens-nashville-predators-forward-sergei-kostitsyn-officially-retires-1.2316881
Fun while it lasted.
DeleteMontreal is too much for some.
The TiTs bros and gCHuk could not handle the Montreal experience. I sure hope HuGo are keeping a close eye on Demigod, we don't want him falling off the rails.
DeleteI'll watch the first two periods, the 9pm Atlantic starts are tough for an old dude like me.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you guys think of this Jason Robertson trade chatter? He could be a heckuva pick up. Gorton said a winger can drive play too.
ReplyDeleteToo expensive.
DeleteI'm guessing fuckface cuthurt and simpleton are calling these games. Blecch.
ReplyDeleteShitty sound, CBC/Sportsnet!!!
ReplyDeleteHave they mentioned Narcos yet?
ReplyDeleteIf that was Lep the goal would have been called back automatically.
ReplyDeleteFucking refs.
ReplyDeleteWhy is there a botterill ?
ReplyDeleteFirst FL goal was clear goalie interference
ReplyDeleteMy subscription ended 2 days after the Habs were eliminated and I haven't seen a second of live hockey since. Just hi-lites. And I have a touch of FOMO if the Oil go on to become the first Canadian team to win since 93...but I'll live with the hi-lites. I'll get the TV back in Sept for football season.
ReplyDelete9pm starts are a touch late for a guy that gets up at 6am for work. Especially when there is OT.
That got me thinking, I believe up until (maybe the early/mid 90's?), I'm pretty sure HNIC started at 9pm AST on Saturdays. Does that sound right?
Bonus - my boss is a huge Oilers fan, so I'm unlikely to see him today.
DeleteI can't remember when the broadcasters made the switch from 9 pm to earlier start times but that was when the game started. If the Habs were still playing I would make the effort to stay up and watch. Coffee would probably be involved. If it looks like Edmonton can win I will watch it.
DeleteNo to Robertson. Too expensive (minimum $12m in 2026) . No to Rossi. Too small.
ReplyDeleteThe Captain CAP can't remain though. Internally, Fast Lane and Demigod (assuming he lives up to expectations) could both get paid more than Suzuki, so managing the future cap is the trick.
In HuGo we trust to do the right thing. And the beauty is nobody...not us, and certainly not the so called 'experts' have a clue what the plan is. So enjoy the ride and see what they surprise us with over the next month.
I would take Robertson in a heart beat for the right deal. If he can consistently put up 90+ points he would be a bargain at $12mil. I'm confident Hughes can get a better deal. That internal cap limit will have to change eventually anyway. Fast Lane will crack that barrier soon.
ReplyDeleteDisappointed in my Steelers.
ReplyDeleteWow, didn't see that coming. Pitt might be duking it out with my Giants for the #1 pick in 2026.
DeleteNoah Dobson a player I would not be able to pick out from a celebrity card signing signed for 7.5 mill.
ReplyDeleteThat tells me we sign DEVO today.
We are having the long talk with Maths. He is way better than Morgan Rielly. I say sign him for 8 years at 2.5. He was axed to do way to much and he cut through it, but some of the brush was shrapnel.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Money$hab for winning the Bill Masterton trophy for dedication to hockey. Couldn't have been won by a more deserving player. He would be a great 2C for the Habs, I always advocated for re-signing him.
ReplyDeleteAnnounce Lane Calder Hutson already !
ReplyDeleteDallas Dumps DeBoer
ReplyDeleteNot surprising, threw his goalie under the bus.
DeleteThat crowd in Edmonton might be as loud as the Bell Center fans.
ReplyDeleteUnlike the Morgue in hogtown.
Oil has more aggressiveness than I thought.
ReplyDeleteHabs need some of this.
~moe
Helluva game.
ReplyDeleteWatching these two teams, our habs have a ways to go
ReplyDeleteSo did these Oilers three seasons ago.
DeleteFor sure. It takes time...
DeleteMcDavid is our national poet. Wow
ReplyDeleteWhat a move by McDavid.
ReplyDeleteMatthews who?
Nice tackle by Jones but this ain't football
ReplyDeleteSkinner sucks.
ReplyDeleteCommodoiler!
ReplyDeleteRatttttttttface
ReplyDeleteWeekend off from hockey - not too disappointed in the series so far - double OT is what it is...shame it has to be ratface but whaddayagonnado...
ReplyDeleteWatching the RBC Canadian Open, the announcer mentioned that McKenzie Hughes is a Montreal Canadiens fan. He's my new favourite.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I've seen Mac with a leaf logo yardage book.
DeleteMaybe that was Corey Conners, he's a known leafer.
DeleteAs much as I hate Rats, I would say I hate rats way more the MJ in Ben. And was that not a dark message. I am in a deep coma in a starship, kinda like an aqarium where they grow new parts and you dont breathe like a human, you breath like a fish, they inject oxy into the most imprortant tubes at the correct ratio neccessay for survival. I talked to this Angels of Mercy and not one of them had ever heard of Lenoord Cophen. Even when they spelled it correctly there was no matcCH no musice
ReplyDeleteno stanley cup, and that is my explaniation, No more fish men,
No shot at the east coast. If we did not have a east coast and no west coast could we ask for a jacket back? I am saying the most intelligent people in the world looked a Brad Marchand
Deleteand conclded our Judge Dreads will look like Ratface. If he licks your face you might be in a good place. As much as I can not stand the guy I gotta give him props for the NHL career he has carved out.
So we need to assemble something else to disable Ratface 2.0 bigger stronger and more likely to survive a cross bow that missed the heart.
Snarl, who snarls anymore? Maybe the tough guy of the future will be picked up on waviers from the PHWL. We got a brother, not a brother casual, no a real genitic brother and sister playing on the same line. As a man I thought my size and greybeard would employ me until at at least 40. I just lost my job to a women.
Car washing music today. Saw them live twice in Barbados. Partied hard after the show.

Congrats to Kelly Cup champs the Trois-Rivières Lions and MVP goalie Luke Cavallin, whose playoff numbers were killer. .948 save % and 1.53 avg.
ReplyDeleteEqual congrats to 18-year-old Summer McIntosh for obliterating the Women's 400-m world record by more than a full second at the Canadian trials.
Equal congrats and solidarity to every peaceful protester putting their lives on the line in the streets of LA to stand up for their fellow citizens, for their country's democratic norms and for the rule of law against authoritarianism generally.
A them fascists are bound to lose.
Courage!

Yes, congrats to the ECHL champs the Lions who had a couple of Sea Dogs alumni playing for them, Nicholas Guay and Vincent Sevigny. Well done!
DeleteI don't follow Olympic sports but congrats to the young lady swimmer.
As for the U.S., it's a mess, with the gangster from Mar-A Logo and his incompetent cabal of corrupt yahoos trying to screw us and the rest of the world over. I wouldn't step foot in that country if you paid me to, with the American Gestapo rounding up whoever they feel like. Drumph has destroyed the relationship between our countries, his ambassador to Canada is an ignorant asshole, we don't need them. The less we have to do with the U.S. the better off we will be.
Well said theM.
DeleteWell said SiM.
ReplyDeleteAlso stand up TO their fellow citizens, whodathunkdat ?
~moe
Maybe he changed allegiances after reading this?
ReplyDeletehttps://www.golfdigest.com/story/us-open-2021-torrey-pines-mackenzie-hughes-yardage-book-toronto-maple-leafs-nhl-hockey
Well, the - I'm assuming - Murican broadcaster got it wrong then. Sorry Mac, you're not my favourite anymore but I will cheer for you against any U.S. golfers regardless.
DeleteRory McIlroy is given a Toronto Maple Leafs Jersey, and proceeds to get knocked out in the first round. Can't make this stuff up.
ReplyDeleteHilarious!
DeleteWhere Norway went right and Canada went left and that was not a direction just a manipulation.
ReplyDeleteLYIN BRIAN i alledge a SEE EYE AYE person sold out the country and never even made more money than you can pick up in a plain brown envelope in a hotel lobby. Now we are here and its like we got a million cones paddling in differant directions, and the big boy who came to America under operation paperclip have us in a vice. RUN THE GOALIE
