Twist some limes FHFers.
Yay for SF! Thought it mighy be a NextGen SF but this is good too.
ReplyDeleteHabs finally got their own Cole Harbour Kid in Stephen MacAulay, plus another Halifax local boy Ben Duffy (no relation to the arrogant, fat Senator).
I don't know why St. Louis gave up on MacAulay? Kids got skills. Been a rough couple of years with his mom being sick before passing away earlier this year. He can be a good third line winger in the big leagues if he bulks up.
See ya later Kovy2. I wonder how much the owner of the Devils paid him under the table to say do svidaniya.
Hockey time yet?
60 some odd days or 8 SFs.
DeleteAs an avid Mooseheads' fan I watched MacAulay with great respect and noted that he was as important a part of the Seadogs as was Jonathan Huberdeau. When he came to the Mooseheads I felt this was the boost we needed to win a Memorial Cup. It was. Great leader and a great player, it is no accident that he has one two Memorial Cups on different teams.
DeleteHey Moeman - Great SF as usual! So what's with all the Chelios pics this week? Did he just become our new D coach or something? I might have missed a memo or two - the sun has actually been out in the UK this week so hockey is off my mind for the moment.
ReplyDeleteCHelios to the HHoF. Bonus, no leaf.
DeleteWell deserved! Another Hab who never should have been traded. Is he going into the HHoF as a Hab?
DeleteHe hasn't said what team yet.
DeleteI sure hope he picks the CH
DeleteThat last picture .... well ... ya.
ReplyDeleteK looks like a rip snorter Le Weekend.
Happy Sexy Phriday all.
Shoe dictionary! Nice.
ReplyDeleteHappy happy weekend. There's a yellow thingy in the sky. Yay!
Running Silent, Dark and on holidays is a real strain on the servers. I love the Chelios picture. Thats Elan captured, thats what we need, not nannies.
ReplyDeleteI am having perhaps the best SF in a decade. I continue to live under Snowden like canopy, but my better half has just got a CISIS job. Are they trying to control me or encourage me, time will tell.
I thinke the truth about the K deal in NJ is that he was pushed, did not jump.
I can not wait for pre season camp, most interesting is does Beledaiou make it?
ReplyDeleteBlanCHe is back for a year at $700k. SHould be a K.O.kadri bonus clause in there.
ReplyDeletegood investment, only an upside, and he plays with heart and soul
DeleteI wonder how many trips to the woodshed BlanCHe will take this year?
ReplyDeleteBad news on the doorstep

How do you divide 12 million by four when one wants 8?
I'd wager that when Brian Gionta's, Andrei Markov's and Francis Bouillon's contracts expire next summer, giving Bergevin just over 12 million dollars in cap space to get Subban, Emelin and Eller done (Diaz too, if he wants to keep him)
Get well et merci Lil' Boomboom.
ReplyDeleteAndrighetto might be nicked Indrighetto, thank you Elvis. Thank you very much.
Andrighetto doesn't need a nickname. His name is Sven!
DeleteThe new head of ml$e has the Stanley Cup parade planned for Toronto. Does he know something we don't or has he contracted blue and white disease this soon?
ReplyDeleteSays MLSE teams just need to suck more and make more money. Think they've got that market cornered.
DeleteWe absolutely need her on the payroll. I am looking at you Le Brow!
ReplyDeleteI think Jamie Sale (or is it Simpson now? Simpson eh?) or Katerina Witt would be better options. The Katerina Witt era was the only time I ever watched figure skating. Such....grace.
Deleteas long as they have the software to back up the fleshware
DeleteHappy belated SF!
ReplyDeleteBeen away for a while. Time served for meth distribution. You know the drill.
Can't believe I missed a Debbie Harry SF! Great work moe
Deb's Tee says Camp Funtime. Methinks 29 had some fun, time, at camp.
DeleteR.I.P. Alex Colville.

I have checked the HIO site six times and Brian White continues to be re-signed ...
ReplyDeleteMan and it's 43 with the humidex.
Go Habs.
The dog days of summer. I mowed my lawn at 8:00am to beat the heat of the day but I was still a puddle of sweat when I finished.
ReplyDeleteNo Habs news of late but the good folks at HI/O have been busy carving up DDD.

ReplyDeleteI am going to start a similar company called non violent gentlemen. It will feature the Mexicant, KaKa and BGL
A reason to check out Sportsnet: The Beauty of Sport Featuring our very own PFK and some other beautiful (and some not so) Canadian athletes.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, I had a large order of Donair Poutine at the local gourmet burger and poutine joint. Must. Nap. Soon.
