ReplyDeleteI think Jaro 2.0 is being misquoted, honestly.
ReplyDeleteYou are right, he is not going to kick the CH, it makes no sense.

ReplyDeleteWelcome back Captain Kirk! My favourite Montreal Canadien of the 90's. I was despondent the day he was traded for the Tin Man.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update N31, I didn't know Weber got hurt. Hope White and Sgt. Schultz get to play against Bettman's Bitches on Wednesday.
Am also still basking in the glow of the leaf shit kicking on Saturday. I may feel good for another week or so.
Even if they don't make it, I can see light at the end of the tunnel. Play the young'uns and let CC continue to mold them into something good. Fuck Gagnon and his cronies.

DeleteI did see that interview somewhere, but cant't remember where. He also said that RC would ask how's the girlfriend, etc...
DeleteI think it was played on HNIC.
DeleteHalak also said a while ago that when he played for us the Coaching staff (meaning Count Peckerhead) never spoke to him at all. No encouraging words, no critiques, nothing.
Thank god that big eared toad is gone.
No star of the week for TFS™. Can't have two goalies get the nod.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited about tonight - not because the Habs are going for 5 in a row (I've been let down too many times this season for that!) rather, like others have stated, I'm still basking in the afterglow of Saturday night. MY GOD THAT WAS GOOD!
ReplyDeleteSo let's all get a hold of ourselves and remember that the Habs need to play this one game at a time. The afterglow of Sayrday will disappear pretty fuckin' quick if they don't put this one away in regulation.
So channel people! Let's get behind our Habs again tonight and make sure they know that we are all behind them. They need us to do that. After Saturday, they deserve that much from us.
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
KmaXXX, I will be out cheering the game tonight, I know you can watch the kiddies and keep them motivated and in positive form. As good as we all still feel about the losing leaf, I am sure the HABS feel just as great as well and will carry that with them tonight. I think we might even see some free wings!
DeleteGO HABS GO!
GYMFHG!
Juce and KmaXXX, cheerleaders par excellence and the eternal optimists. Never say die attitude. Carry on.
ReplyDelete@the M - Kevin Costner said it best (as Elliot Ness in The Untouchables) when he said ..."Never stop, never stop fighting till the fight is done ..."
Deleteand if you know the movie you'll know that there is one more part to that quote - but I won't use that part (hopefully) until much later on in the season.
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!

ReplyDeleteSaturday's game was just great and I hope we can do that to the Bruins on Wednesday. Fuckers.
ReplyDeleteIt was awesome humiliating a team for once instead of being the ones humiliated. It warms my cold dark heart.
If we do make the playoffs after all I hope they take this attitude with them. Go for broke and see what happens. I bet we could surprise the shit out of a hell of a lot of people.
I wonder if Martin is sitting somewhere steaming about this.
We win tonight, we have hope, really looking forward to Wed against those Fuckers! G Y F H G !!!!
ReplyDeleteWednesday, bring it on! I am so looking forward to that one! I just hope we get decent, honest refs.
DeleteOnce more before I go.
ReplyDeleteGO HABS GO!!!!!!
GO HABS GO!!!!!!
GO HABS GO!!!!!!
yeaj mitta seen the gunfighter moving in motion, not like a digital slow motion, and what is going down on that screen, I mean what was Whitney Hustons dream, it was a cup for the habs or I take more xanC and you have to admit the lads left her in a panic with our blanics, but the tribe will survive and we will kill off the manic that is cotu and buttman making a crossfire annex. Now I say to my hommy get up and stand down, get up and stand down, yeah that makes no sense and that why I say it, cause if you make sense today the press will betray it, so if they cant find our soul they cant kill our reason ,and that my FHF friends is why we will win that second season.
ReplyDeleteunlike Chris Brown, I did not beat anyone to reach that level of inspiration, no I just did what I have done my whole life, I beat myself.

Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
Gonna say it wernt special but not nonsensicalness that we can cycle and broken tires likal, when hits go viral and goals are sterile, its a plague of mediocrity and we are in a lock for Socrates of the goal posts when every shot cost the most, and Bob Cole sees ghosts and Canada salutes the team that mounts the most, cups.
ReplyDeleteWe are still alive thank you TFS, you make this team thrive, like jungle plant that has no reason, to find a way to win in a difficult season, so stay behind drought this team wants to be ahead of the Leaf win they fall and take a long spring to bash Bostons balls.
ReplyDeleteGo Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!

Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!! Go Habs Go!!!!
They are sitting in the dressing room, listen to McSplooge and thinking about Sam Mcgee, and how he was a rouge, and they dont want to be frozen, only find some good ice, and put that biscuit by the opposition one more time than they find Price.
Oh Lord, Steve is off on one tonight.
ReplyDeletebut that's when he's the most fun!
DeleteNa Na Na, Na Na Na, Na hey hey goodbye, why do I sing the goodbye song down one goal, cause I love to be in Carolina in the morning, and Georgia too, in fact all the girls named after Google Maps.

ReplyDeleteNot that the Habs are playing well at all, but it makes it harder when you're penalized every time you even look at the other team the wrong way.

glimmer of hope fading, fading...
ReplyDeletefaded
Delete@orangeman, its almost like some higher power did not want them in the playoffs
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of which, an interesting fact I learned while listening to the leaf/Habs game on the weekend: The Habs ended the leafs' perfect PK for 2012. But the leaf only had 27 PKs in 18 games this year. That's only 1.5 penalties against per game! And leaf fans complain the most about unfair reffing.

ReplyDeleteGOMEZ and Kafka lose the puck, wTF
ReplyDeleteJesus H CHrist!
ReplyDeletepuck not bouncing for us...
ReplyDeleteWell, they didn't score, but Gomez got 1 min+ of ice time. And the Habs have made it obvious that's more important than winning.
ReplyDeletethis is the fucking season
ReplyDeleteFuck this team.
ReplyDeleteWell, can't win by playing 10 minutes of the game.
ReplyDeleteThey sure ain't the 1993 Canadiens with the extra man advantage. Fuck this shit, well for tonight anyway.
ReplyDeleteIts over, sell tank I never want to see Gomez or Kaberle again in a red sweater
ReplyDeleteImagine, if these guys could have held onto a lead (FOR ONCE) in the 3rd against the worst team in the East, they could have been within 5 of the playoffs.
ReplyDeletedid TITS play, Gomez sure did
ReplyDeleteBring on da broons!
ReplyDeleteURGE. TO. BEAT. KABERLE. WITH. THAT. MINI. STICK. RISING.
ReplyDeleteGo Flames!
ReplyDeleteI wanna say that there are still 3 games this week and that anything is possible. I also wanna start sobbing.
ReplyDeleteNo! Just listen to the Pretenders!
Deletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zzlROBMTlo
That or blow off some steam at Zumba ;)
DeleteNice one iRiRi!
DeleteWhy can't this team just tank and stop giving up these glimmers of hope? Why can't they just lose from the beginning, instead of ALWAYS blowing it in the 3rd?
ReplyDeletewhat a night even Kate looks off,
ReplyDeleteLet's be realistic. Terrible 1st. Terrible first half of the second. Some good PPs for 10 minutes. Terrible 3rd. Against a better team it would have been a blow out.
ReplyDeleteI haven't watched many games this year but what I saw was some nice plays by the young guys on offence, skill I haven't seen in a Habs sweater for a long time in Cole, and terrible, sub-NHL level defence. I would even cringe if I saw that D in the AHL. Thank goodness Price was solid.
