Just gotta give me and Steve some credit from the previous thread.

Saint Paddy9:55 PM gCHuk is invisible. Among the many gifted young 22 and under players in this playoffs, so far he has been underwhelming at best. Time to change that in OT perhaps?!
I doubt he starts. Apparently he's sort injured (a "bone bruise". A microfracture, if you will). And he's only played 4 games since January 1st, and I think he's lost them all. Hammond wasn't actually bad all game, just let in some bad goals.
PFK said mme Beliveau told him last game that he would be better tonight and she is wearing his jersey. When he said that the camera panned over to her and she blew him a kiss.
The Bell Centre rafters had some high class helpers tonight, Le Gros Bill, Elegant Elmer, Dollard and TeaCHer Ruel were all looking down on the sainted flannel and would not allow scum like stone and the greasy zinewhatever win this game.
The song may Change (sip!) but the Pic o' da day and the ♥ Habs ♥ and the Merci Mr. Beliveau sidebars hang like banners in this FHFucking playoff place!
Off topic, but it's pretty hilarious to me that Karlsson gets Norris consideration when he doesn't even kill penalties. How can you be the top defenceman when you can't even...defend?
HabsFan4 paid tribute to one of the finest gentlemen to ever don a Canadiens sweater. His legacy as one of the pioneers of the Gangsta Rap movement has always been understated. His Jaro posts will be recalled fondly by all.
I watCHed sip! that Tim Thompson video again before the game tonight and it still gives me CHills sip! I'm going to watch that puppy before every game now!
"After I had my press thing this morning, I talked to him (Stone) and he told me that he felt he could contribute tonight so he was put in the line up".
My two favourite 'Numbers' from canadiens.nhl.com from tonight's game:
1 – Number of times Ottawa netminder Andrew Hammond has now lost consecutive games since making his NHL debut on February 18 against the Habs. Never the losing two in a row while compiling a 20-1-2 over the final stretch of the regular season, Hammond nevertheless heads back to Ottawa on Friday with a pair of losses in the first-round series.
91.6 – Percentage of playoff series which the Canadiens have won after taking a 2-0 lead, boasting a 55-5 record when perfect through the opening pair.
Our old pal CHris sip! Higgins just scored for the Canucks. I always liked him. I'll bet Komisarek regrets ever signing with the fucking leaf, it destroyed his career. Playing with Vodkov would have extended his playing days.
Yeah, always liked him too. Whenever I see him, I just think how the Habs could use another big 30 goal scorer like that. He's from the NY area, too, isn't he?
Before i hit the sack, you should know it's not PK, according to the CP it's "Subban, who escaped suspension". this is how he will be known henceforth.
Preds explode late in the 3rd to take G2 6-2. Keith absolutely undressed right in front of the net on the 4th goal. If that was PK TSNCBCSN would be showing it on repeat on their homepage.

DeleteWhat are the Sens going to whine about after this game? Can't wait for more acting lessons from Stone.
ReplyDeletehe has a Sean Penn face
DeleteAny relation to Oliver? Probably not considering the overacting he did a couple of nights ago.

I read that and I tip my hat to you guys. My throat is sore from a sudden, strong shriek on that goal.
DeleteAnderson starts in the Crappy Tire center which is ironic because a Turdburger should start in a Crappy center

ReplyDeleteTwo big PFKisses tonight!

DeletePK & Mme Beliveau are the best ♥

ReplyDeleteno other team has that edge
DeleteDon't forget Gilles Tremblay.
DeleteYes, Gilles! Thanks moe!

ReplyDeletewe have now officaly broken that little girl
DeleteI've wondered the same thing...that said was PK on the pk much a couple of years back? I honestly don't remember and might look it up.
DeleteMT rarely had him on the PK, wouldn't endorse him for Sochi either.
DeleteAgree with the M. #4 and his companions are going to help guide PK, Carey, Patches and the gang to #25. It just feels right.
ReplyDeleteHF4 (I can't remember who that was) must be feeling it.

ReplyDeleteLove how the Habs called out to him after he was shunted by snet.
DeleteI watched the Bell Center intro from last year approximately 54 times last week.
DeleteI did too.
DeleteYou win the Stanley Cup when EVERYONE contributes.
ReplyDeleteWe are seeing the effort put in by this team.
Ottawa traded for Booby Ryan and Chaison, two guys who make Vanish seem solid.
ReplyDeleteJesus Price, Cameron still talking about the slash after this game.

Delete"After I had my press thing this morning, I talked to him (Stone) and he told me that he felt he could contribute tonight so he was put in the line up".

It makes his goal and 1st star all that muCH sweeter.

Love that second one. I like those odds.
DeleteOur old pal CHris sip! Higgins just scored for the Canucks. I always liked him. I'll bet Komisarek regrets ever signing with the fucking leaf, it destroyed his career. Playing with Vodkov would have extended his playing days.
ReplyDeleteYup. Also really like CHipCHura.
DeleteYeah, always liked him too. Whenever I see him, I just think how the Habs could use another big 30 goal scorer like that. He's from the NY area, too, isn't he?
DeleteThe change in DSIP from the regular season its RBQ like
ReplyDeleteHe's a beast. Had the second most scoring chances behind Patches.
DeleteJust needs that little extra bump and put some pucks in the net, then I'll forget all about cakeS.
DeletecakeS scratched in Anaheim's first game. DSiP is a wrecking ball on that line with Patches and DDD. He'll pot one sooner or later.
DeleteBTW, there's a reason I posted a few SF pics with goosebumped gals.
ReplyDeleteGinette is 2-0!
ReplyDeleteand don't forget...kitten power.
ReplyDeletewho I'm regretting not calling Bella (short for Beliveau).
DeleteMerci Luna!
DeletePatches and PFKisses were huge contributors tonight. Ottawa knows their chances decreases with those two in the Habs line-up.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the long weekend FHFriends.
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking it's Sunday because that's usually how it is. But I still have the whole weekend left! And it's sunny outside!
DeleteI'm going to take a nap.
PFK should show up for practice in Ottawa in a toque and lumberjack shirt...
ReplyDelete,,, or women's clothes and tell the mediots he doesn't care ...
DeleteBefore i hit the sack, you should know it's not PK, according to the CP it's "Subban, who escaped suspension". this is how he will be known henceforth.
ReplyDeleteI finally finished my scotch, so I'll say goodnight and leave this final thought I ripped off.....
ReplyDeleteOh, and now all the media and the Sens fans know a microfracture is not a bone fracture. #GULLIBLE #BIT #MICROWHAT?
Goodnight!!
The really funny thing is, Anderson is listed as having a "bone bruise", yet Stone has a "microfracture". It was all theatre.
DeletePreds explode late in the 3rd to take G2 6-2. Keith absolutely undressed right in front of the net on the 4th goal. If that was PK TSNCBCSN would be showing it on repeat on their homepage.
