Getting a little ahead of himself I would think. Seems to me he called them Stanley Cup contenders a year or two ago. Weber and Shaw are that much better than Subban and Eller? I think we all need to stand back and let the season play out before making predictions that backfire on you. The only reason they will be any better is Carey Price and if he goes down again well, it'll go south pretty quick. I'm not getting my hopes up again to be dashed to pieces by fate and bad coaching. When I see a player like Crosby or Toews in a Canadiens uniform maybe I'll believe. Not trying to be negative just realistic. Cheers FHFriends!

2. Carey Price's knee. Even though he hasn't shown up for training camp yet, I spek he's riding a horse from BC so it takes time and dat's good for his knee. Keeps it loose. He should be here by game 1 and with his new knee, will win us an extra 20 games.
3. Davey will (no Davey, I'm not talking to you...stay down there)...oh sorry, as I was saying Davey will play key roles in all aspecks of the game with more first line PP time and 90 seconds per penalty kill. This will improve both special teams and win us an extra 12 games.
4. I know I said 3, but Marc says we also have another guy from BC to take the place of he who shall not be named. Carey is so nice, he's probably moving the guy in a stage coach so dat's OK.

But it is great to see Toews and TFS and BBQ - and the Crosby line too - play together with so much heart regardless. I have learned to respect Crosby more and more.
