So, Matt Duchene was a Habs fan growing up, his pere and grand-pere were Habs fans AND Matt wears #9 in honour of the Rocket. A subtle message to Bergevin: "Come and get me Marc"??
Maybe, when the Habs fly out of Denver tonight with their tails between their legs, Mr. Duchene will be on the same flight to Phoenix. Stranger things have happened, right Squid?
``Alex Galchenyuk has more offensive skill in his wonky knee than the other Montreal centres combined. The Habs are having trouble generating offense. They’ve taken a beating lately on the shot clock. So the solution is to move Galchenyuk back to the wing? This is insane.``
AF just wants to appear like he doesn`t have chou-chous. Alternating DDD with gCHyuk keeps may keep the focus off of Dano replacing him on the first line.
It occurred to me... this whole Duchene thing could be just a distraction, a smoke screen. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Bargain Bin came home with Tyler Seguin instead. One thing BB is good at it pulling the rug out from under the SFUs, just like he did with snagging Vanek and of course the PK move. None of those idiots saw any of that coming.
Maybe they would like a guy who said there was nothing in Dallas but steers and queers or the inference he made about the Sedin`s living together. #character
I can't watch the wee Davey show any more. It's pathetic. It looks like the team is mailing it in. Gallant is available. Empty should be out the door. Really Go Habs
We fired Harper when he was in first place. There is no there there, its like a bad sit com. Gallant is sitting there waiting to win with solar power and we are all like, its not coal.
Yesterday Melnick said what he's seeing with gCHyuk is similar to what he saw with PFK last season. I think they saw how good he can be when given the opportunity - which he never would have had if DDD wasn't injured last year - and don't want him to excel now so they can take him to arbitration and screw him over. Sorry, but I no longer put anything past this management anymore.
The best thing about being a Habs fan, no drama. History flows like lava until it hit a coldspot and cools, and the coolest thing to ever hit Montreal is eMTy and if BBB is his condenser it deserves to be fryed.
Wow, that kitty pic is so cool.
ReplyDeleteMakes me thing of the always CHillin' Moey.
DeleteI'll be CHillin' tonight after I get out of this hell hole AKA work.
DeleteSeems to be a lot of outrage that Clod`s firing and that it was announced on parade day.
ReplyDeleteA touch of jacob$ jealousy methinks.
DeleteBruins fans get an early Valentine, we should be so lucky.
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping da broons kiss up to mcsplooge.
DeleteCLOD
ReplyDelete@DavidAmber
ReplyDeleteWith Claude Julien fired. Now 24 of 30 NHL coaches changed since 2014.
We're very lucky to have one of only 6 coaches to hold his job since 2014. Phew!

When I saw his interview with the Montreal media yesterday, that is exactly what I was thinking too.
DeleteMaybe M.D. (possible preview to a nick) can play the 3rd period for the CH.
DeleteAF would play Duchene on the wing, he`s only a bit taller then DDD.

Damphouse says it`s his 5th year and he`s still making mistakes defensively.
ReplyDeleteIt may be his 5th year but not at centre. Put him back and live with it and let him improve.
gCHuk free of the deadwood. Will center Leko and LB. Flying Finns Russkies and Canadiens.
ReplyDeletePfffft.... that won't last 5 minutes. Once they're down 2-0, the Blenderizer will be on and DDD will play 25 minutes. Book it.
DeleteAF just wants to appear like he doesn`t have chou-chous. Alternating DDD with gCHyuk keeps may keep the focus off of Dano replacing him on the first line.
Deletecorrection looks like ghetto. Leko is wasted with Superplexxe
DeleteMelnick just tore down Damphousse`s comments made this morning.
ReplyDelete*this afternoon*
Deleteits his first year playing center fFFS. I see the AF picking winners and losers again.
DeleteKidG may be back soon, which is a good thing.
ReplyDeleteIt occurred to me... this whole Duchene thing could be just a distraction, a smoke screen. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Bargain Bin came home with Tyler Seguin instead. Heh, could be as the SFU is too busy genuflecting to Blabs and Sham and Looped.
DeleteMaybe they would like a guy who said there was nothing in Dallas but steers and queers or the inference he made about the Sedin`s living together. #character
DeleteI still vote for a trade in the second intermission, and the players play the third for their new team. It would be historical.
DeleteGo you fucking Habs go!
ReplyDeleteBLT with some sliced roasted chicken. Leffe.
ReplyDeleteJust roasted chicken here.
DeleteSo...yeah.
ReplyDeleteMissed the beginning....2-0??? WTPuck???
ReplyDeleteOuf, checked in at 2-0 and crashed out.
DeleteAnd what's wrong with Carey?
ReplyDeletewe are making the Av's happy fire AF already.
ReplyDeleteHow about Pat Roy as GM? He sure knew when to leave the sinking ship in Denver!
DeleteAnd of course GG as coach.
make it so
DeleteMr Molson gives BBB the ultimatim, fire AF, he says you have to fine me first, done
DeleteI was confused. Bartlett called Barberio's name a few times and I couldn't find him on the ice. Then I realized "Oh yeah, the other team..."
ReplyDeleteAvs are saying to BBB, "Yeah, you have nothing we need. Thanks anyway."
ReplyDeleteDuchene would be nice , but other than Mckinnon they got nothing
Delete690 piling on poor wee Davy.
ReplyDeleteI am going to pass on the third too painful
ReplyDeleteColorado 3 - Canadiens shite.
ReplyDeleteSuch leadership. Good night for Barbie though, good for him.
ReplyDeleteI heard a rumour that BBB has his eyes on Alexandre Burrows.
4-0 Avs, 4 straight losses, talk about coincidence. Next up, Coyotes, they should win that one...right?
ReplyDeleteAF is safe, they're 1st in the Atlantic.
gCHuck is in the blender and will be smoothed out
ReplyDeleteIt's going to get worse before it gets better.
ReplyDeleteHey, thats my line!
DeleteI've been doing all along that it will take 6 to get Mr. Molson 's attention...4 down...
ReplyDeleteI should have spent the evening catching up with the drug-smuggling Monnonites on the pvr.
ReplyDeleteI can't watch the wee Davey show any more.
ReplyDeleteIt's pathetic.
It looks like the team is mailing it in.
Gallant is available.
Empty should be out the door.
Really
Go Habs
Auto and McM called up and DLR sent to the farm.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what those two guys will accomplish with the 4 or 5 minutes fuckface gives them?
DeleteMarinaro says if AF is fired when the team is sitting 1st in the Atlantic, BBB will be obliterated by the media because he has many friends.
ReplyDeleteaka the beating drums.
We fired Harper when he was in first place. There is no there there, its like a bad sit com.

No French no prob. Its a Star Trek universe we can translate

Knuckles says gCHuck is a Trumpster
ReplyDeleteMelnick just, I guess you could say 'called out' Knuckles for that.
DeletegCHyuk is this year's scapegoat.

DeleteIf Alex Galchenyuk were on any other team he would now be a star. Montreal's management couldn't develop a roll of film.
DeleteThe best thing about being a Habs fan, no drama. History flows like lava until it hit a coldspot and cools, and the coolest thing to ever hit Montreal is eMTy and if BBB is his condenser it deserves to be fryed.
ReplyDeleteSeems like N8 and gCHuk are this year's version of PK and Lego. Hey! therrien has to have somebody to blame, no way is it his fault.
ReplyDeleteI read that Davey had more TOI than gCHuk, PleX and Danno last night. That's hilarious! I guess the tank is on.
