Good morning folks. I'd like a hattie from Patches tonight. Even though my hold is a bit tenuous on 3rd spot in my pool (which gets me my entry fee back) and the 4th place person has him. I built a bit of a cushion with a good night last night. Now up by 11. So go Patches!
Why even bother with the formality of having a hearing for ratface? How will either side benefit from it? A rat is a rat is a rat, so just suspend him already. But I guess Jacobs will see to it that if he even gets anything at all it won't be during the playoffs.
Should be a 2 gamer, which gives him the last 2 games off to rest up. In the end it won't really be a punishment other than his donation to the players' fund.
His mother was on the local radio this morning crying about how disappointed Brad is that he might not get the chance to go to the Olympics, figuring he would be a lock to go next year. Cry me a rat river.
I was going to ask about the beauty but St. Pad saved me the trouble...and I heartily agree the sentiment sir!
So we have a couple of meaningless games coming up...except they are not meaningless and the Habs can't afford to take their collective feet of the gas. hey need to go steaming into the playoffs with the Rags knowing that they are gonna get a whuppin' 'cause the Habs are on fire. CHe needs a couple/3 goals to reach 20, as does Leko and Patches needs ...what?...5 to hit 40 (i'm too lazy to look it up)- surely the boys should be looking to fill their boots while playing the game they way they need to if they are going to advance and be playing hockey in May. Go you fucking Habs Go!!
So Flynn and Mitchell are in tonight. That means only one of McCarron, Ott, King and Martinson will play...and the winner is...KING - to me the least effective of all the acquisitions on trade day. While none of them have added any offence save for a few points from Ott, I've found King to be downright bad. I don't care about his playoff experience, if you can't get up for important games down the stretch, enjoy the view from the pressbox and enjoy your new club next year.
I'd actually forgotten about Flynn and didn't miss him a bit. I think McCarron Ott Mitchell should be the starting 4th line for the playoffs.
The Kodi migration is like global warming, sites will just stop working and then you will realize Trump is President and sign up for a tremendous Rodgers package.
Thor is the best of the deadline deals, we did have the best fourth line in hockey and now its all meh. I dont know the grind ratio when it makes dust, but four line scoring we are a bust.
Hey Hydro Qc, you wouldn't wait for me to pay you if I owed you money so screw your tarriff rebates, just write a check for the $350. you owe me and stick it in the mail.
Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!!!! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go! Go Habs Go!! Go Habs Go!!!!!
Haven't really been watching... saw some of the first, took a break to watch the season finale of Legends of Tomorrow... nothing to see here guess I'll move on.

'The Leafs need two points over their final two games — against Pittsburgh and Columbus — to beat out the Lightning and New York Islanders.'
With the Habs already clinCHing and taking the division, let's just say it wouldn't break my heart if Tampa wins if that would break the hearts of the SFU and shut them up.
The SFU have been calculating and scheming how to get their leaf into the playoffs. How's it working out for them so far? Squirm you fuckers. Maybe the Habs will do them a solid and beat Tampa tonight. Maybe not.
Hoping for gCHuk to get a few goals to boost his confidence before the big dance. GYMFHG!
ReplyDeleteNothing like a little early morning CHarlize.

He'll probably only get a fine.
DeleteThe Russian Hockey Federation wants to keep players away from the NHL and wants to bring back their UFA's this summer so they can go to the Olympics.

I've liked Thor's play.
DeleteHRH has been mostly meh but his last game was good.
So has some redeeming qualities.
I'd love to see McM do very well in the playoffs, hopefully riding cryder really really really hard.

ReplyDeleteCHeeseburgers, (Kraft slices).
DeleteI'm never out of Cheese slices. Velveeta 16s.
DeleteRDS often has me shaking my head. Brunet et al are idiots. Now gCHuk is 'pouting' because of his ice time and that's why he doesn't play well.
ReplyDeleteMorons. Brunet says McM has hit his ceiling. Morons.
DeleteThe other FHFun thing about RDS is they step ever so gingerly over the MT2 firing and the team's new success. (shout out to the great Danny Gallivan)
ReplyDeleteDanny Gallivan and Dick Irvin... now we have to listen to the likes of old bob cold, gary galling and paul romanfuck.

scott moore is an embarrassment to the city of Montreal.

ReplyDeleteThe SFU should do an in-depth story about why there are so many Habs fans in every NHL arena.
ReplyDeleteWas that the refs yelling to move the puck?

ReplyDeleteor was it the 3rd? I was on the phone, got sidetracked.
DeleteOh well, on the the next.
ReplyDelete*to* the next
DeleteI non-chalantly fell asleep.
ReplyDeleteYou didn't miss a thing. I bailed before it was over and wasn't paying attention anyway.
DeleteThe SFU are trying to figure out how to get their leaf away from playing the Capitals. I hope it blows up in their face.
Go Tampa.
