Great job moe. Love the pics of the old Fords. My father, who passed away last week at age 87, was a Ford man through and through. It's basically why I drive a Mustang. If I ever sell my '04 GT, I think I would like to find a '66 Fastback with the High Output 289. Probably out of my price range though.

    1. Sorry for your loss theM.

My Dad was a Buick guy. His best was a 73 Wildcat with a 430v8.

My Mom did almost the same pose on the hood.

Sorry for your loss M but at 87 you had many good years. My Dad was a GM guy and he had some great cars and pickups. A 448 Bonneville, a 72 GMC pickup that was my wheels when I turned 16. In later years his loyalty was betrayed by pure crap.

Thanks FHFriends. Dad loved his Fords. His favourite I think was his '66 Galaxy 500. His last car was a full-size 2000 Mercury Marquis. He also has a 2007 F150 4X4. My brothers are going to inherit them.

    4. that Merc Marquis I believe is the luxury edition of the Ford Cop car. Probably the best land yacht ever built.

Very sorry to hear your Dad passed away the M. Lost my Dad in 87, he was 76. He was also a mechanic and I always remember hearing him curse whenever tinkering on his car(s). I can still hear him say 'f'n Fords'.

  6. and the words of the prophets are written on the Subway walls. This quote tells us nothing has really CHanged. (from ETOP)

"This off-season that lack of personnel earned former General Manager Larry Carriere a demotion to AHL Director of Player Personnel. Carriere’s sole responsibility will be to scout the AHL and ECHL for talent, which is ironic, since this was the task that he failed to do the previous season with all the power of his position at his disposal. But that is beside the point."

  7. Anyone see the irony in the slimefest that is sportsnet has Huwaei as their main NHL sponsor?

'Ottawa sees Chinese-owned Huawei as major security threat'

Somebody had a great quote the other day ... sportsnet is the Fox News of Canadian hockey. Pure fucking slime and a leaf cesspool.

    2. I love my Huwaei phone. The reason for the fear is they already know what a spy in your pocket the Apple and Android American/Korean phones are.

My P10 is arguably as good as a Apple 8 or similar Galaxy but $200 less.
