FHFans thank the NYIFans
Apologies to the dearly departed Mr Marley.
Ooh, yeah; well, alright
Pyjamas
I wear pyjamas with you
Pyjamas, jammies
And I hope you like jammies too
Ain't no rules, ain't no vow
We can wear them anyhow
I and even wear some see through
'Cause every day I pay the price
I am Rogers’ living sacrifice
Silk jammies for me and you
Pyjamas
To think that jammies were a thing of the past
Pyjamas
And I hope these jammies gonna last
No way to save my dignity now
We either beg or we will bow
Now that I’ve been bought and sold
We all defend the right
Jammy children must unite
For respect is worth less than gold
Pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas
pyjamas in the name of the sfu hoard
Pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas
Pyjamas right straight from Shannie’s yard
Singing How I’d like to Mount Dubas, Mount Dubas
Jah sure would Mount Dubas, his jammies with no ass
Yeah, pyjamas, open up the tra-aap door
Pyjamas
I wear pyjamas with you
Pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas
And put your hand down your jammies, too
Jah knows how much I 'ave tried
The truth cannot hide
To keep me satisfied
True love that now exists
Is the love I can't resist
My jammies are my new bride
Pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas
I wear pyjamas with you
Pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas
Pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas, pyjamas
Hope you like jammies, too.

DeleteBrilliant, SP!
DeleteTFS, one of the classiest, most caring, ever;
ReplyDeletehttps://www.facebook.com/636206310/posts/10156620903676311?sfns=xmo
That's really making the rounds. Wore my #31 Price to work today cuz that's the kind of leadership he's all about: setting the example.
DeleteI did the same!
DeleteSo league-wide player voting puts TFS as the #1 goalie you want in front of you. 28%.
ReplyDeleteAnd PK as the most overrated, *snicker*.
DeleteNice catch.
DeleteMost over-SELF-rated perhaps
DeleteThat TFS bit with the stricken lad was heartbreaking. Such class! Now...in NYC...J F W!
ReplyDeleteIt killed me.
DeletePowerful.
DeleteNYI should offer sheet Marner.
ReplyDeleteGood idea. The Habs should too.
DeleteUpdate on the young Habs fan that met TFS;
ReplyDeletehttps://twitter.com/CanadiensMTL/status/1101542071201120256
He looks so happy! God bless him.
DeleteDomini is the Molson Cup winner for February (in only his fifth month playing for the CH)! How many times did gCHuck win that again?
ReplyDeleteOh, right, gCHuck won it for being the least dismal part of a total disaster of a season in April 2016:
"The 22 year-old forward is one of four Canadiens players to play every game of the 2015-16 season thus far. He established new season highs in goals (28) and points (53)"
Oh right, he also won for January 2013, when this was his incredible feat:
"The 18-year old forward appeared in six games in January, including his first career game in the NHL on January 19 against Toronto, recording five points (1 goal, 4 assists) and a +3 plus/minus differential. Galchenyuk served four penalty minutes while playing an average of 12:24 per game."
In today's announcement on Domini: "In 13 games in February, the 23-year old forward matched his most productive month offensively over the course of his career (after March 2018 and November 2018) with 15 points (6 goals, 9 assists). Domi led the team in points and differential (+9). On February 26 at Detroit, the Winnipeg native set career-highs with five points (2 goals, 3 assists) and a +5 differential."
DeleteDomini also has - in just 64 games - one more point (59) than gCHuck got in all of 2015-16 winning the MC for the season (and is +15)!
Maybe Max was born to be a Hab.
DeleteLb to take part in the warm ups.
ReplyDeleteWith or without a bucket?
DeleteNo word. He might be done puking.
DeleteBetter get a bucket
DeleteOne of the best movie scenes.
DeleteAbout 2 years ago, one of my fellow keeper league hockey pool buddies offered me Domi for Clayton Keller (both with Arizona at the time) in a straight up one for one trade. I, of course, accepted because I remembered the Max Domi who had dominated the WJC. Turned out pretty well for me, he's been in my lineup all year long.
ReplyDeletethePrescient.
DeleteI'd like to propose we FHFriends make the NYI fans honourary FHFans for a day.
ReplyDelete... with that vote of confidence, I've added a short message and pic to the thread.
Delete... and St. Pad's IRIEish parody.
DeleteR.I.P. Katherine Helmond, a very eclectic and funny actress.
ReplyDeleteThe second Saku's skates hit the ice is simply WOW!

I like how the first guy to reply to her twitter called her and her leafool co-workers out on how the CBC and hnit insulate their beloved leaf. She tries to fend off the accusers saying she grew up a Habs fan, where did your "loyalty" go Tara? Sold your soul to the snet/hnit devil aka Rogers.
DeleteHayes is an arrogant leafool fucking idiot. I'd punch him in the face.
I follow none of them but happily surprised to see leafools re-tweeted by real fans and to be made to look like fools of the leaf.
DeleteFired up the BBQ, Wagu beef burgers baby!
ReplyDeleteOh my!
DeleteI'm also going to put a nice dollop of Dijon on my burger.
DeleteCongrats to Islander fans on making leafools and their arrogant fucking media shitheads squirm protecting little Johnny who had his feelings hurt last night. And welcome to FHFriends for the day.
ReplyDeleteIncluding hacks mirtle and seigel.
DeleteIn his early days mirtle spewed leaf chunks every day at the G&M. Back then we could comment directly with him/his articles. I called him out on his bias. He had me banned.
In his early days seigel spewed leaf chunks every day at the CP/tsn. Back then we could comment directly with him/his articles. I called him out on his bias. He had me banned.
I'd say 3 years ago.
Both these hacks are now at theathletic/twitter hacks that spew leaf chunks.
There are others...
Jake Evans is quietyl having a good rookie year in the AHL. Bet we see him soon. Nicks TJ for Two Jakes
ReplyDeleteBo for Bo derek's Beau John Evans. Trigger because he is a friend of Pooh Bear.
Sens continue their classy was with Frankienstien
ReplyDeleteIdea, seeing that snet//hnit will never broadcast a Habs game nationally on a Saturday night, why not do a Friday night game, regularly. Their leaf gets some weird schedule bonus of mostly TUE/THU/SAT games and ALL saturday night games, regardless of opponent or location, even forcing western teams to play early. I'll make it even easier, create an Original 6 Friday night game.
ReplyDeleteAck.
ReplyDeletewe are playing like a chorus line.
ReplyDeleteC’mon boys!
ReplyDeleteim seeing frolik for the first time. the kid (is he young?) has bite. i like how he didnt hesitate driving that rag into the crossbar just in case anybody has the idea to krieder TFS again...
ReplyDeletegood to see that on the back end coming from somebody not named wrongbenn. also very interesting to note his sweater number
what do u guys think of riding TFS in a b2b (again)? this cant be good for auntie's confidence heading into the playoffs eh?
ReplyDeleteTrue but these points are crucial, that’s the problem. Of course it could backfire and burn out TFS for the playoffs. The problem is they have lost games against easy opponents and now it’s a dogfight the rest of the way.
DeleteShould they make the playoffs TFS will have a few back 2 back ...
Deleteanti confidence is an oxymoron
DeleteA lot of very messy passing...get you shit together kids!
ReplyDeleteLucky to be down only 1-0.
Deleteat least that pp looked ...ok? apparently they had 4 shots?!
ReplyDeletewhenever they play the rags or the flyer's, i always lament the missed opportunity they coulda had vs the kings and vs the blackhawks. do u guys ever think of it like that?
They’ve had problems with the Flyers for years in the playoffs, and we know what happened with the Rangers a couple of years ago. But yeah, both of those teams are for the taking and it’s frustrating to think of what could have been.
Deleteim also very curious why u guys are ALWAYS on here? dont u guys have other things to do? none of u work evenings? nobody here has kids?
ReplyDeleteits amazing how u guys are here for even the crap matches and how u guys have so much to say for games that have nothing to do with us (nyi-CotU). i dont have the time to keep up like u guys. since im not here often / regularly, im always afraid u guys think im one of those typical bandwagoners. man, i thought i was a diehard, but u guys seem to have nothing to do except this!
I’m recently retired Oleg so plenty of time to pay attention to hockey now.
DeleteI'm in a contract with the previous owners.
DeleteI work for Kramer
Deleteoh... and what do u guys think of scarface? i really wanted him when they canned CHokula(?) i feel bad for how he was made a scapegoat when things dipped in trampa and got into a terribly run team with the turds.
ReplyDeleteHe's not quite 3 years and done in TAM and OTT. Maybe he'll replace babcock.
DeleteHe is a monster. To intense
DeleteI really don’t think that much of him, he hasn’t achieved anything much as an NHL coach and he’s definitely over-hyped by some of the disgruntled Habs fans that hate every coach we have and probably would have hated Bowman too.
DeleteTFS!
ReplyDeleteThe Rags are rag dolling us
ReplyDeleteKidA!
ReplyDeleteKid A
ReplyDeletesix seasons in until he cracked 30 there is hope for Leko
ReplyDeleteThank Christ for TFS tonight and wee Brendan who isn’t hurt.
ReplyDeletef-me... its scary how smart TA-Taaaaaar is. u see that freaking pass? i love watching talent like him, druid, dish, CHuck, vodkov and PFK play
ReplyDeleteGood action.
ReplyDeleteArmy!
ReplyDeletein his entire career here gCHuck never had a puck possession like Domini just had.
ReplyDeletecome on... be fair. CHuck was the best dangler after le professor left! and besides... domini, i wouldt put in that class cause he's more a sniper
DeleteArmy!!
ReplyDeleteIn the words of Bruce Springsteen, she aint no beauty but hey she's alright
ReplyDeleteMoe, is that Bradley Cooper in the pic of the day?
ReplyDeleteNYR goalie Hank.
DeleteTag line also said hi Moey ...
DeleteI saw that tag line moe, thank you! And Hank is a beauty, looks like a young Bradley in that pic,
Delete.
I was thinking Mattew Mconahey. He is my favorite guy of the past few years.
DeleteTag line almost rhymes with tan line.
DeleteArmy!
ReplyDeleteAgain!
Yesssss!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnother point for KidKo (as he eats away at the Habs rookie points record)!
ReplyDeleteI think if KidKo nudges the 50 point total, he will get rookie of the year opportunities.
DeleteARMY playing like a tank, not a Tank Commander
ReplyDeleteI see the CHockula like shell being lowered
ReplyDeletei got no problem with that. better to learn now than in game 85
DeleteKidA, NHL's 7th best goal scorer at 5on5.
ReplyDeleteI predict Domini becomes a maximum player
ReplyDeleteGMs vote for the Vezina. I think TFS might be in the running.
ReplyDeletenominations and decisions are at yr end. winners announced after the cup right?
Deletein that case, then ide like for him to be snubbed so he has something to say going for conn smythe award
DeleteAck.
ReplyDeleteSee that lil cat 'hanging on' in the above pics?
ReplyDeleteYes! Perfect.
Deleteof course this happened. claude's kid gets his first ever vs the habs. i love sports...
ReplyDelete... and booted from the game.
Deletehahhahha..... i dont know how i missed him getting a red card. but thats proof he is his son eh?
Deletethose stupid american announcers. i swear they said his goal was his first. i just checked and what they meant to say was his first ever goal vs the habs. big deal... whoop de doo...
Hattie for Army!
ReplyDeleteARMY HATTIE
ReplyDeleteSlow start, good team win.
ReplyDeleteWE needed that bad
ReplyDeleteGreat night FHFriends, lets do it again tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSounds good! Sweet dreams!
DeleteYou too Kate.
DeleteGreat to wake to a nice regulation win! And KotK gets another point! 8 more to go! So who gets the hattie tonight then? KidA's turn I reckon!
ReplyDeleteHe just had one, how about Leko or KidKO. I am worried about TFS, he has too big a heart to be whipped like a rented mule until the playoffs. I say bring up McNiven, can we call him double OO. The first James Bond was a Mcniven.
