So Hodge is revving his The Reporters show,
mostly hacks, except for Farber. It is now a pay for live show and their first guest
will be none other than
The ShanaPlan auteur.

Nice to see all the original Habs meeting
with the current generation, about time.

Nice job on trolling Hodge! Too bad even those that start out good end up getting assimilated by the SFU borg. As noted earlier, even Lebrun is now bowing to the leafies and tweeting about their daily routines. Hopefully a momentary lapse in judgement.
ReplyDeleteYee fuckin`haw about the reporters being back. Never watched an episode. Must have been a 2 for 1 special on leaf blowers at Canadian Tire so they couldn`t pass up the opportunity to fellate in front of a live audience. I wonder if price of admission includes a rain slicker?
BTW, poker night, so I'll get to tune into the 2nd period for a bit before hitting the hay.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'd pay $400 to see Dryden and Scottie before I'd pay $2 to see the leafoolfest.
11:00pm AT start ... isn't this a work night?? :-)
DeleteThe boss and his boss play poker too so we're all pretty sucked out on the last Thursday of the month!

Domi, Max: 11 GP, 3G, 7A, 11PTS, +3

howl if you got a reason
DeleteALSO: great headline on https://thehockeynews.com/news/article/ovechkin-says-leafs-have-to-play-differently-then-they-go-out-and-prove-him-absolutely-right
ReplyDelete"Ovechkin says Leafs ‘have to play differently,’ then they go out and prove him absolutely right"
The leafools were highly offended last night that the Great 8 took a shot at their lousy team. Truth hurts I guess. I'm so glad he won it for the Caps. Great karma...
DeleteWhat doesn't offend the leafoolSFU? (rhetorical)
DeleteGreat troll Moeman. You are defo getting the hang of the Twitter machine. JFW. GYFHG!
ReplyDeleteThx K3X.
DeleteIts fun.
Best so far is being blocked by that leafool mirtle.
I'm sure half of the SFU have me muted because I keep calling them fanboys.
Small My Bad as I thought the Habs were back home for the Stars game on Saturday. (title change)
ReplyDeleteI guess not all teams get the leaf luxury of almost all OCT games at home and barely a flight out of the Eastern conference.
we are going to be meeting a radical team tonite, lucky to win.
ReplyDeleteBBQ has finally been lit! 2-0.
ReplyDeleteNow kill it

Shaved the beard, playing lighter. Shot still leathal.
DeletePoor Galchenyuk. He had no points in 11 min. TOI last night while his team was beating the Flyers 7-1.
ReplyDeleteAnd he was -1. Yeesh
--SiM
La Femme Nikita was waived by a KHL team. How the hell does that happen? TT must have been drunk when he scouted those two.
DeleteNice win, boys. I watched most of the first two periods and they looked decent, except for KidKoho, who I think may need a little AHL seasoning or something. Strange seeing a smart player like him seem mentally out of it, flubbing plays at times.
ReplyDeleteTwas a good night. 4-1 by the Habs over a hot Arizona team, and not just the temp. I caught the last 10 minutes of the 2nd and echo SiM's comment above that KidJoker was not good from what I saw. Lacking the confidence he seemed to have in his rookie year, fighting the puck, turnovers. A couple of weeks in the 'A' worked for Meat last year, could do the same for the kid.
ReplyDeleteAnd on the brightest side of all, I took down $120 in my biggest win yet.
Kid KoHo to the AHL for a few weeks, bring up EAP, he's more than ready.
DeleteM my thought exactly.
DeleteSince it has a hockey reference, this CBC headline "Scheer's Conservatives missed scoring 'on an open net,' Peter MacKay says as leadership talk heats up" got me thinking.
ReplyDeleteI might lean Liberal, but I like Peter Mackay. I remember him getting hosed by Harper and Orchard when Harper won the leadership. Depending on the situation, if he were leader next election I might even give the local boy a nod. He is a true conservative, not one of those damned western reformers like Harper and Scheer. Not to mention he is punching well above his weight with his hot as hell wife, a former Miss World runner up. So seeing more of her would not be a bad thing.
Thumbs Up!!
DeleteI am a liberal trending towards solid socalist. My reason is that socialism works, I have lived it and no one can dispute it. I am talking Germany. I lived in Austria. This is how everyone should live.
DeleteHowever in the game of spending money foolishly I am weary of the current liberals. Problem is the Conservatives are no better. They will cut taxes for people who need no tax cut. IMHO the people who complian most about the carbon tax voluntary pay a stupid tax for driving a car that needs premium gas for no reason, or a pickup when they are windshield cowboys at best.
I don't know how things work in the countries you mentioned but two things that Canadian political parties need to look at is elimination of student debt (my son voted Green) and income tax reduction for seniors. I'm getting tired of footing the bill for our social assistance system while the wealthy hide their money offshore.
Deletepfffft. typical of YOU to say that che!
Deleteon my ballot last wk, there was a guy with the initials M-L beside his name. u guys know what mean?
A very convincing winn and a good game by TFS - No PP goals against and KidA gets a goal in his 500th game - Noice!
ReplyDeletearrrrrgh! im such an idiot! i had yd's game bookmarked a long time ago as an opportunity to go down and catch a cheap game. watching highlites, arena looked 80% at best? and now i just realised... i coulda wore off my hangover by going to tn's arz-sf game! see: told u im an idiot!
ReplyDeleteDano! GYFHG --SiM
ReplyDeleteDay off tomorrow so flipping back and forth between hockey and football as long as I can. Late night last night so not sure how long i'll make it.
ReplyDeleteThe m - I am kind of more interested in the football as I picked up Jimmy G to fill in for my injured Mahomes. 4 td passes already. Good trade for me, gave up a 2020 14th round for a 15th to get him. I also cashed in any chances of winning next year to make a run this year giving my 1st,3rd,6th picks for Saquon, Mike Evans, TY Hilton. I have a problem where I can't just sit back and let the chips fall. Go big or stay the fuck home.
Bah just turned back to see 2-1 vgk 1st intermission. Missed their 2nd goal. 1st one was a real snipe. TFS wouldn't have stopped it either.
ReplyDelete1. gotta admit. when LVK broke 2-2 and went up 4-2, i gave up and thought the boys would just go through the motions and skate off, win last night vs ARZ, lose this in 3rd with blockaid in net, not bad...
ReplyDelete2. remember im an idiot? team didnt give up and cashed it on the pp and kidG scores his second ugly one of the game! yeah!
3. gravvvvy time. so happy just to see OT. i was thinking to myself earlier, wasnt this road trip last yr, the one where dish went all crazy and introduced himself to the world!? for sure a crazy goal off a rush to win it in DAL, and something happened in LV last yr too didnt it?
...ergo: dish does it again!!
i love this team. i love their fight. i love how they make me look stupid doubting them, time after time! i know im on a candy high, but screw everybody. this team is cup ready. TFS just gotta catch lightning in a bottle and we going places!
good win boys! gyfhg!
4. oh yeah, patches got an assist so he is now career 250 + 250 = 500pts. wish him well.
Another good CHaracter come-from-behind third period road speCHial from the boys! Finish off October right, eh? Everyone came out to play and show the ex-captain what leadership looks like. Good on 'em.
ReplyDeleteFell asleep at 2-2. Wow !
DeleteWow, totally unexpected 2-0 so far, I thought they might win in AZ but wrote them off last night. Silver lining, should make the SFU STFU about impossibility of winning the second game of b2b. See, leafools. It can be done.
ReplyDeleteBut, but, but...how can a team possibly win the 2nd game of a back to back?!
ReplyDeleteWent to bed tired as hell at 2-2. Decided to record the rest and watch it this morning. A great way to start my day off, finishing watching this 'masterpiece'. Great to get the W for Blockaid, and while he made some big saves, goals 2-4 could be all pinned on him as stoppable/errors. We need him to be much better to help this team reach the playoffs. Hope this win gives him a bit of a confidence boost.
kidA will never get credit in the way of any awards (unless it's the Conn Smythe) but he never ceases to amaze me with his grit and drive and willingness to fight his way to the front of the net. Could also call him Oscar as he is the king of garbage goals, and I love it!
Now the trick is to beat a struggling Dallas team, as we've seen in the past the Habs can tend to play to the level of their opponents. And the effin broons next week. Woo!
Brendan Gallagher has more heart than two auston matthews...
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine the coverage there would be on the sfu sites if their putrid team were able to erase a 2 goal deficit for the W on the 2nd night of a back to back?! That of course is pure fantasy because that would never happen with that heartless, gutless pile of compost of a team. But IF it did, it would be a pure bukake fest.
ReplyDeleteWell said and the absolute truth.
Delete👍🏻
DeleteSomething is happening and you dont know what it is
ReplyDeleteMr Leafool//// I will leave it to others to complete.
We are on a pretty good roll, the only negative wave is MR Kokid Fool seems to me secamore slumping. I say send him to the AHL today. EAP Pool Dancer is not making a tidal wave, but lets give him an NHL window to look through.
We are better than the leaf is that not victory?

ReplyDeleteOn Nature Boy's first foray at Centre: 6-1 on faceoffs (no one else on the team won 50% of theirs), +1, no points, one hit, one block, over 13 min. TOI. Think he's good to stay there.
ReplyDeleteAnd they were on the road, so CJ couldn't protect him on match-ups even if he wanted.
