  1. Nice one Moe.

I guess my prediction of Emilie Castonguay getting the AGM role in MTL was just off by about 4000km. Good luck to her in Vancity.

Go Habs! But not too hard.

Will REM show up the team that waived him? Ex-Habs always come back to haunt their old team.

I'll take a win, let Arizona pick 1st who cares besides buttman. They won't even be in Arizona next season, City of Glendale are giving them the boot. They've had enough of being fleeced by buttman carpet baggers.

People speculating that Petry wants out. OK, then why did he sign an extension in Montreal? He could have walked as a UFA couldn't he? Idiots.

Clark Kent and the Flash aren't stupid. Clark said there needed to be changes. He also said a lot of the reasons for the team being last are pure circumstances. Bring back Price and the Snake, shore up the D and see what happens. Oh, change the coach then watch, I bet you see big improvement.

    1. we gotta tank one more year. Biggest mistake we make, tank then make the playoffs. you have to do it at least two years in a row. WatCH Ottawa they are going to be a force.

Probably true, but two years of tanking would be painful for fans and even more so for the players. They would have to buy in. Arizona are deliberately tanking as part of their move plus they have no (zero) money, a true buttman welfare team. As I said, Montreal is more of circumstances.

  4. This is a night where Do Harm's system is being exposed. Again.

    1. Another 20+ in the first.

Is it the D? Or the system?

  7. If you believe anything you hear from the so called experts, Leko is apparently in demand as a trade chip. Though he has trouble putting it in the net, he does a lot of good things. If you can get a 2nd for him, see ya later. 3rd or lower though...shrug.

Nothing less than a 1st + for Leko. Look what Tampon Bay gave up for Coleman. And WrongSavard!

Guys like Kulak and Wideman will get low picks.

Do Harm's 'system' is basically the old Muhammed Ali rope-a-dope strategy, let your opponent wear themselves out shooting pucks then jump on them.

Some speculation that KidG, now known as the Lep, might in up in Van. or L.A. with bergy. I'd be OK with that as long as they don't give him away. I would strive for a nearly ripe prospect instead of picks in this transaction.

  11. Well fuck this. Think I'll check out MacGruber, yep that's how bad it is.

Yeah, that's it for me too.

  13. This team is so soft they could sign sponsorship deals selling three-ply toilet paper. Charmin is calling.

  14. The fifth goal. Off the side of CP30's head. Not even the end of the second period.

  15. 0:36 is all Devo played in this game. Blind-side headshot from Spurgeon took him out when the refs were busy watching Savard's elbow. Niw Spurgeon is too chicken shit to answer the bell when challenged by Powerhorse. This is just pathetic. Can't watch any more tonight.

  16. Turned back just in time to see the 7-2 goal. WrongBenn's first goal since forever. Big surprise. The astonishing part was the laziest ill timed decision to change by Hoffman I've ever seen. How do you decide to casually turn towards your bench when the opposing team just carried the puck over your Blueline.

It's time for our Dynamic Duo to start 💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣💣 this fucker up

Amen brother! Surely they have seen enough by now. The only problem might be the trade deadline is still almost two months away. They have to get some actual players back just to ice a team unless we want to watch the Rocket play the rest of the season. Honestly, the first move CK needs to make is give Do Harm his walking papers. Like, this morning.

No fans at the Bell Center might be a blessing in disguise.

I think I'm going to stop watching Habs games for a while, at least until the Dynamic Duo make a move of some kind. I despise seeing the youngsters being mismanaged by the incompetent coach.

    1. I hear ya.

Look at the thread title. I'm so lost I thought the 3 games were on the road.

I gave up at 5-2. The majority of the team has totally given up.

In fairness to the team, and verified by Powerhorse, they were gassed last night. It was the 5th game in 7 nights. Still, the coach has been unable to figure out player deployment and whatever his 'system' is, the players can't figure it out or it just doesn't work at the NHL level. Just because you have success at the junior level doesn't mean it will translate elsewhere. I hope Flash and Clark don't wait too much longer.

Bell Let's Talk ... what a bunch of hypocrisy, like they actually care about you and I. How many people did they fire or lay off last year again?

    1. I enjoyed the first 2 episodes. The last 2 have gone nowhere fast. What a waste of potential, like the youngsters in the Habs.

    2. Watched ‘Nobody’, Bob Odenkirk’s latest. Very violent. 8/10

  22. The biggest question surrounding the Beijing Olympics, is will they allow springboards in the players box. With DDD in the lineup its a game CHanger for the Canada team.

Go Ducks! Quack! Fuck the SFU!

Somebody on Twitter commented that Bell has turned tsn's Sportscenter into an all Toronto glorification promo. That's true, I haven't watched that show literally in years. Sportsnet is just as bad. I no longer have any of those channels. I use Youtube and DAZN for my sports needs. Fuck Bell and Rogers. Eventually I might even sign up for Elon Musk's Starlink.

Regarding Habs players up for grabs, whatever Flash and Clark decide, I'm OK with it. Give us a fast, skilled team that can score goals.

I think we have some absolute keepers, not many but some.
Problem is the length of all the contracts and the amount tie Clarks hands
The only forward veterans to keep are Toffee Powerhorse Devo and maybe Leko/Lord Byron.
The only D veterans are CHariot and Dish.
Everybody else goes for picks or a replacement. I will NEVER miss Druid.
Bringing the younglings up on D. Some are ready now some are close.
Sadly we are missing at least four forwards. If you take the five above and if you add Nature CC and Poeling maybe Add The Pez then that's 3 or 4 to fill. The forwards are the problem.
Luckily The Man From Krypton is an offensive leaning guy. That's happy for us.
If he can make some trades, off load some cap deal and wheel and who knows.
Deep rooted problem No. 2 is tho, where do we find a french coach. Do Harm was brought up through the System and sprinkled with international experience, bulletproof on paper, smelly in real life.
    BUT
We clearly have nowhere to go but up.
We couldn't beat the fucking Yotes.
Le Gros Bill would spin in his grave.
    Go Habs
