Happy long weekend Sunday afternoon...even if long weekends don't mean anything to you anymore my fellow Maritimer 😊.
I would like the boys to string together a 3 game streak then after beating the leaf tomorrow can regress to normal. By the sounds of it, that Slapshotsky kid might be the better draft target, so getting the 2nd pick might be the sweet spot.
My wife and sons have watched it, they say it's very good. Sons of Anarchy on horseback. I watched an episode but it wasn't for me. There are no nice people .
Costner and the scenery are the stars. Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton is killer. A little melodramatic and hokey enough for Red America but watchable, even though you can see everything coming a mile away and an episode earlier than the characters.
Two in a row first time this year indeed. Happy for the Hamburglar, CC, Dish, this team has come back to life courtesy of the progressive new coach Marty St. Louis, courtesy of the forward thinking Clark Kent and Flash Gorton. I actually have hope this team will be good again someday.
I just found out we play the dreaded Scott Leaft tonite. In case you missed it the leaf are like an all star team all the time, a trophy case of trophy candidates. Narco not only can score like a mutant, he is true leader and scholar of the game. Little Billie may not look like it but he perhaps the greatest prestidigitator on skates. Unfortunately much like his names sake Majac Johnson he disappears in the playoffs. On did is Rover Riely, and in net Cinderella the Fella. If we only win one more game this season, let it be tonite FREEDOM FREEDOM FREEDOM
Good news, the Desert Jackals won last night maintaining a 3 point lead over the last place Habs. The Release the Kraken are secure with a 9 point lead so the Habs should be picking first or second. They can afford to beat the wretched leaf tonight. Fuck the SFU.
