  1. Ah, the return of the silly Vegas Kuh-niggets! We shall fart in their general direction.

Did they bring a shrubbery this time?

  2. Be a good night to put money on 14 & 22 red on the roulette wheel. "I have no idea if those numbers are red in reality.

As usual, the pre-game is a dog's breakfast of leaf shite, followed by 2 minutes of Habs, followed by snet betting shit, fucking clown show. Had the tv on mute for all of it except Habs brief bit.

Not expecting a Habs win tonight, hopefully the shit stained broonz and douchebag ratface fuck over fashion model narcos and pajama boy.

Jake the Snake holding the fort, Habs should be down another 2 or 3 at least.

Still, better than watching that ducharme crap, that was awful last year.

  10. The Snake is keeping this game close for sure. Could be 8-2 by now easily. Still 12+ minutes to go.

  11. ...and 30 seconds later it's 5-2. That's all she wrote. Good night.

Don't forget to turn your clocks back before you turn in...

If the Habs want to compete, despite suspect goalies and rookie D, they have to get some secondary scoring going. The Suzuki line can't do it all, the other forwards have to dig down and do something to help.

    There we go, Slaf!

  15. I note for another game the Habs did not get a PP opportunity until the third period. Such disciplined opposition!

OK, I can watch this stuff every night. However, guys like Anderson, Monahan, Dvorak, Drouin, Armia have to be better. Hoffman and Lep, they look like they are finished in this league. There is more puck bobbling, missed passes and clumsy shooting than you can shake a stick at. The kids shouldn't have to carry the load.

    1. Dead on accurate. A highly entertaining third period. MonaHab will need time to acclimate after missing so much of the past two seasons and I expect him to pick it up eventually. Powerhorse has been pretty good but the others you mention are really sad sacks so far.

  17. 11 games into the season and not one but two of of forwards are on pace for 50-goal seasons. Decades since we've seen the like.

  19. Good movie, not great.

    Definitely a conversation starter.

Didn't know it won the Palmes d'Or.

Just my opinion, but I would put Monahan with PoHo and Slaf, give him two good wingers who can battle along the boards maybe they can get something going. The bottom 6, just throw them in the eMpTy blender and let the CHips fall. Also, I like Jake Allen but I would give the Full Monty a stretch of games to play, he seems to be the better goalie lately. What does Marty have to lose? Nothing, right?

No Giants either, I selected a few Bills for my fantasy football team so I will put their game on and maybe switch around a bit.
I should get outside for a walk though, 20 degrees today.

  22. The Powerhorse gets shut down for 2 games... It was a rough hit TBH so probably about right. Maybe Daddy's "illness" will have improved...?

That was a stupid move by Powerhorse, he's lucky he only got two. I would sit the Hoff, play Dadnyet and....... Release the PEZ!!!!!

REM on waivers, he hasn't looked that good lately. Maybe he was playing on a really bad team last season? Anyway, good luck to him, I hope another bad team will give him a shot. Looking forward to Pez getting back in the lineup.
