I took a look at the standings and it's time for MSL to make sure all the boys know: - it's not the time to lay off that check. ...not the time to fear a 90 mph shot block ...not the time to ever lose your man (or the puck) in your zone ...not the time to think about padding your stats. ...it's past the time for cliches like "getting down and dirty.

That is actually an accurate portrayal of my golf swing. Particularly during our Spring getaway one-nighter where golf is actually secondary...though I'm getting a bit old for keeping up with those young 40-somethings I 'golf' with. But I manage. A local course opened yesterday, but it's still a bit swampy for my liking. Incredible how quickly the snow disappeared here, though more might be on the way.
All of our snow disappeared as well after the heavy rain big wind last week. However, there won't be any golf courses opening around here anytime soon.
I usually bring out the shorts when spring arrives but not this year, it's still friggin' winter. Bah!
One thing I've never understood or was a fan of is the fans chanting "Referees suck!". If I'm a ref, that's more apt to make me put my whistle away regarding infractions against your team. And it appears they have done just that.
It might just be me but I find MSL isn't very good at in game adjustments. I know they've since scored but the Kapanen line has been neutered since they took Slaf off it. They basically have one line that can score. 7Evans Bull Duke Tex got nothing. Danno line useless without the Horse.

Pinch me I must be dreaming. The lead NHL story at tsn is Slaf's new buzz cut and the Habs beating up the Isles. Scroll down and there is only a small blip of the leaf taking out the goalie in the warm up. They are taking the tank very seriously.
I tankahoned the leaf, many many times, the best they got was number 8 spot. The leaf have no first round draft pick till 2028. I see a bargin bin Bergy
