  1. Very special SF Moeman, bikes, shears, lyricst, and players. Along with Bob and Lenny, there is John Prine.

    Just a note on Bob.
Looking back on all the concerts my favorite was the Rolling Thunder Review.
Totally unexpected, big band, short tour. Awesome.
Nice win for the boys. Good start for BBQ and the younglings.
Not liking the Shaw effect. Two suspensions after one game?
That's not grit, that's empty head.
    Go Habs

  9. Serious question. Will Tie Domi be listed on the Leafs' Top 100 Players of all time, about to be unveiled this afternoon? I have a sneaky feeling & I hope so. I need a good laugh today.

How fucking arrogant can an organization be to literally dig up 100 names?

    2. In 100 years of hockey, when Thomas Kablerle is the 37th best player in your team's history, that leaves little to explain the past 50 years of utter futility. And Donutboy at #48. Fucking hilarious. They really should have kept this list to a top 10.

  16. Well, it still hurts a bit, but since I still have this free NHL Centre Ice package, I'm going to tune in and watch PK's debut in Nashville. Watching the pre-game, I can't help be excited for him to be in Nashville. They're talking about him like he's a star, a stud defenceman, a dynamic player that will make a difference in all aspects of the game and not once mentioning how he's too, shall we say colourful for the team and the city of Nashville. This is good for PK - I am genuinely happy to see him be able to flourish and get the credit he deserves.

  17. Does placing TFS on IR save on the cap hit? And is the cap hit a very basic dollar amount divided by 365 to get a daily number? If so, they save almost $19K/day by putting him on the IR. Not sure, but actually curious if that's the case.

  18. PK!!! What a shot! Wish we had a guy like that on our team. Preds fans giving PK and the team a standing O.

Way to go PK!! That guy is going to rule in Nashville, unlike in Montreal where dinosaurs still roam the earth.

I see where he gave Price a nod when he scored his goal and did a lasso and cowboy hat act. You have fun PK and I don't think Laviolette will ban a triple low 5 if you want to bring it back.

I can't even comment on the laughable leaf list. I will say: Good on Dave Keon, a Quebecer for leading that list. Take that SFUckers and your CotU.

Whilst here, a tip of the hat to FHF leader moe for another great thread. Merci!

  20. Saint Paddy, I watched on TVA and Jose Theodore was trashing him for celebrating a goal, said it's one of those 'small' details that he won't change that will make him a problem with his teammates because they don't like that and the way he was dressed arriving at the rink. yeesh. I was actually surprised Bergeron came to his defence. The fans sure are embracing him, one was holding a sign saying 'thank you Marc Bergevin'. He made a great play defending that 2 on 1 in his end.
Not sure about that interference end of game when he was tousling with a guy that moved the net.
The captain named him player of the game. I'm very happy for him too.

Yeah, pretty sure emty did not want all the "controversy" in the room revealed. Or his incompetence scrutinized too closely. What a dork.

'No player suffered through the nightmare worse than Shea Weber, the Predators' No. 1 defenseman and captain. Game 7 proved to be his own personal house of horrors; he was on the ice for all five goals.'
