I would love to see Price pull out his roping gear, tie up Nash, and dump him center ice. Turdbucket keeps trying to take him out. Fucking superstar shit.
Must say it's almost a pleasure listening to CBC tonight/this morning. Using player names, appropriate stats, mild praise for Hab players, actual description of what's going on. It's almost...competent.
Enjoy it while it lasts. If the leaf shut out the sens there coverage will instantly revert to tales of what it will eb like in the playoffs, discussions about appropriate timing for the parade will ensue and the rntire nation will be glued to their wirelesses awaiting news that the home team ahs won the cup...oh wait a second - this is 2013 - for a minute there I was confused and thought it was 1950whatever...never mind!
I know the Big M was a leaf before he was a Hab...but to me he was only a Hab. Isn't he in the HOF as a Hab? Could be wrong but to me he is always a Hab
The Rangers out shot and out hit the Habs but I never felt they were in any danger of losing to this outfit. It looked like a routine win. I wonder if the 2nd best team in the east (Boston) will ever catch them?
I wonder if Jeremy Jacobs will have the league launch an investigation into l'affaire Iginla and possible tampering by league face Sidney Crosby?
Fucking A Number One Saturday Special - that will be what O-Man goes out to get after a win like this. Like I said on Monday or Tuesday - this shit just got real!! A crucial week of games and the Habs take 4 out of 6 points and put in very decent effort against Pittsburg - the hottest team in the league. So fuck you leaf and broons and buttmann jacob and all you TFS haters. Fuck you all!
One last note before I crash - Steve - name me one country in the whole world not run by a penis!!
Go Habs Go!!
Merci Moeman - you make us all better people by bringing us all together!
To all who partake - happy easter - to everyone else - don't gorge yourselves on chocolate!
In l'esprit de pauline - a bientot mes chers FHF's!! Bonne nuit!! A bientot mes
Well, it's Sunday morning for me here, my Saturday night this week was spent trying not to die from a terrible cold. That's my life now that I'm in my 30s.
Radio guys mocking Cherry's love of Kadri. Hilarious!
"Cherry is toweling off Kadri here on national TV." "He's wearing a pink jacket, nice." "He hasn't kissed him yet." "He's been kissing him for three years."
After tonites stars on ice does anyone think there was a six million dollar player out there, TFS maybe, but he was barely tested, PFK, possibly, Kid G after that it was a total Mexicant operah
I have not watched Sleeper for at least twenty years, but as I remember it, it is brilliant. Not as clever as leaving your wife for your hot Korean daughter, but still clever.
JJ Mahoney's, the one in the Hyatt? I am in Seoul, but they've totally gentrified Itaewon. Adidas, Nike, CK, even Crocs have stores there. Hooker Hill was burned down by an Army guy after a, uh, disagreement with a prostitute so the military had to reinstate the midnight curfew. There's even a Taco Bell there now.
The good thing is that there are lots of good bars in Itaewon now, some even brewing their own beers. The bad thing is the Koreans aren't scared of the area anymore and are taking over. Kimchi burgers, bulgogi tacos, can't get a cab as a white guy. And not only the 'naughty' girls go to Itaewon anymore.
I used to go to Nashville's when I first got here (2005) to play darts and do...other things...every weekend. RMT (Rocky Mountain Tavern) opened up way on the other side of Itaewon which offered a nice Canadian alternative. But over the last few years so many more places have opened up and most of the sleazy places got bought out. Nashvilles is still there, but the last time I was there I almost got killed by a Russian mobster.
I used to live in Gangnam. Yeah, you can go to a 'booking club' where you buy a table and they bring girls over to you on a rotation (real girls they pull -literally- off the street and get them drunk).
And about Koreans: They like to say they work hard, they certainly go to great lengths to look like they are. In fact, maybe if they put as much effort into their work as they do into looking like they're working they would probably rule the world. My co-workers nap away the afternoon only to wake up at closing time to run around the room screaming about how busy they are. It's all a show. They think I'm lazy for doing all my work, and all their work, within my 8 hour day. Maybe the older generation deserves a lot of credit for getting this country where it is (with TONS of help from Japan, the US and other countries) but this generation...not so much.
Favourite place to play Brad? Ok, why not come on up, but you'll have to halve your contract first. In return the ladies at Chez Paree will give you 2for1 lap dances after every goal.
Brad Richards, Vincent Lecavalier, Martin St. Louis - all great players and won a Cup in Tampa Bay. Not one of them ever had the courage to play in the greatest hockey City in the world. Their loss.
The new hero in Toronto, Nazem Kadri. After what I saw last night, I guess HNIC has out away the Kesseltracker. Phil is probably grateful for that.
plug me in baby, orgasmitron me
