Will today be a Top o' da goalie award nomination day ? Good luck TFS™!
ReplyDeleteI think I saw the beginning of a triple-low-five there, good luck TFS.
DeleteI predict Rask, Bishop and (because they want a goalie from the West) Varlamov.
DeleteAnd I'm fine with it. We don't need no stinkin' individual awards. There's only one trophy that really means anything, and our boys have a decent shot at winning it.
Happy SF, all.
ReplyDeleteMiss Nancy sees, Marilyn, Blondie and is that Burt?
Marlon.
Deletedoh, I meant to type Brando, not sure if that's some Freudian thing.
DeleteWow see the leg room on that plane.
ReplyDeleteThe good old days.
Go Wings
Go Habs
Great Sexy Friday Moeman, nice to see Merlin getting some props. Hope Lurch has a heart of glass, and (Y) shatters it!
ReplyDeleteBishop, Rask, Varlamov named Vezina finalists. Too bad, I though TFS would be there.
ReplyDeleteAlright, so I don't know if anyone here has watched the "Who Knows You Best" for Hab players. It's two Hab guys sitting down and quizzing each other on who knows the other one the best. I thought the Lego/Subban one was going to be the best, but the Vodkov/gCHuck one is the winner through sheer awkwardness.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AimwdfNiBM
Best line:
Vodkov, "How many tattoos do I have and what do they mean?"
gCHuck, "Two. And, I think....I think just personal stuff...."
Vodkov, "Exactly."
Second choice:
Vodkov: "What three citizenships do I have?"
gCHuck: "...Russia....Canada....uh.....huh...."
Vodkov: "French Canadian is completely different."
gCHuck: *awkward laughter*
Vodkov: *leaves table*
Seriously hilarious.
Just watched the gKid/Tiny video. I learned that gKid's dad is a strength and conditioning coach. Wow, everything makes sense now. He also skipped the 7th grade. Everything is coming together now.
DeleteOk, seriously, hours of entertainment. gCHuck and CHarger almost come to blows over a "Name that flag" game. Seriously. Love to see the competitive nature of these guys.
DeleteI always love watCHing their videos.
DeleteI never saw these before. I'm supposed to go out soon. I may not. I'm dying here
DeleteI'm with O'man - this gCHuk-CHarger flag thing is the greatest video ever
DeleteI see Moey is shoeing off her leather pants and platform boots.
ReplyDeleteNo Vezina for Carey and I'm OK with it. He didn't really have the numbers for it.
Great Sexy Friday moe, laying on those rocks naked can't feel to good though.
Maybe, but his D leaving him out to dry many nights didn't help.
Delete@JohnLuTSNMtl: #Habs Therrien on Price not being a Vezina finalist: "I'm surprised and disappointed for Carey. In my opinion he should've been there."
ReplyDeleteSo NHL won't allow any round 2 to start if any 1st round who has to go to 7 and haven't completed first.
ReplyDeleteAnother great SF Moeman! The longer these other series go, the better...mostly. More games means tired legs and more chances of one of those brooon asshats to get hurt. From what I saw last night it won't be the red wings...shame. Go Habs Go!!
ReplyDeleteRIP Net Neutrality
ReplyDeletecountdown for Canada, expect the announcement on a Friday holiday weekend by a third level civil servant. Just like Harpo threw the Humpback whales under the tanker, the Canadian consumer will be neutered.
more stuff will happen to you like just happened to me. I went to watch the latest episode of Vikings, and somehow I missed episode 9. This make me furious because when I played the DVD of the last season of Breaking Bad I realized I had missed the episode prior to the finale. How much abuse can the MAN throw at me before I break down and pay tribute?
Deleteactually it was episode 8, I am now watching 8 and 9
DeleteHoly Fuck Batmann Astophin!!
DeleteThat Andy Warhol of Blondie should be his most valuable creation.
ReplyDeleteBon Vendredi Sexy mes ami(e)s!!! well done moe. Debbie is always sexy
ReplyDeleteNice job eMpTy sticking up for your goalie on the Vezina snub. I have no problem with the 3 candidates though. their stats were all better than TFS
I didn't realize that Jim Corsi, born in Montreal, played goalie for the Nordiques is the same guy who came up with Corsi stats everyone refers to today. You learn every something new every day.
ReplyDeleteand also the recently let go goalie coach for the Sabres.
DeleteTwo or three million people working hard could not come from Quebec. Fuck the Anglos and I am one. At the end of the day its tribalism. Conservatives tribe get strength from the south. Fuck the big C, be it Cancer or something that hits every citizen.
DeleteI have an admission to make, maybe I'm confessing my sins to the FHFpriests out there - I root for the Toronto Raptors. It's true
ReplyDeleteNow, I understand that rooting for something CotU is verboten. But I love hoops, and I guess it's nice to root for a Canadian team. And this Raptors team is easy to root for. They play hard, they play as a team, they are unselfish, they have no real superstars. The have scrapped together a real solid season after trading away their alleged best player, and have bought into the team concept. They are playing a team who tanked to get the Raps in the playoffs because they thought Raps would be easy pickings. Disrespect. There is a lot to root for here, and frankly, the city of Toronto doesn't deserve them. That doesn't prevent me from rooting for them tho.
So Go Raps Go.
Nothing to feel bad about. I don't follow the NBA much but many of my friends do here and at home, so I keep up mostly by following the Raps. I also follow the Blue Jays and since I hate both the Yankees and RedSox I root for them to win their division. Nothing to feel sorry about.
DeleteMy sports of choice are hockey, golf, a little BPL if I'm not doing anything Sunday morning and some NASCAR, especially the superspeedways. I played hockey and soccer in my youth, am an avid golfer now and always owned fast cars in my single days. I've owned a '69 Dodge Super Bee, '68 Mustang fastback, '69 Camaro RS, '78 & '80 Firebird Trans Ams and a '86 Cougar XR7 Turbo. Then I got married. After I retired I picked up a 2004 Mustang GT with a 4.6L V8 which I've modified and it may be the fastest thing I've ever owned. Not that I speed. There is a track nearby for that sort of thing. Giddyup!
DeleteSo a Stars guy just speared Perry in the "mid-section". He got 5 and a game, which I have no problem with. However let's look at the other similar incidents so far.
ReplyDeleteLucic: 1st time, nothing at all. 2nd time nothing in game and only fined $5000 after league wide outrage.
Perry: 2 minutes for 'hooking' or some such.
So now this no name guy gets 5 and a game. Consistency! I look forward to the explanation that the refs 'missed it' when Lucic gives Patches a vasectomy next round.
Plus, not surprisingly, the panel at tsn comparing the 2 and say this is much worse than luchicken. Garbutt(sp) is a 'repeat offender' he did it before. What is wrong the the hockey media world?
DeleteARLINGTON, VA. – The Washington Capitals will not renew the contract of vice president and general manager George McPhee and have relieved head coach Adam Oates of his duties, majority owner Ted Leonsis and president Dick Patrick announced today.
ReplyDeleteGO RED WINGS!
ReplyDeleteDitto
DeleteGO RED WINGS GO!
Hal Gill: "You're playing a game that you've loved & the only way to play it is with that passion you had when you were 7-yrs-old"
ReplyDeleteToo bad HMSCl has to play for the philthy.
Go Wings!
ReplyDeleteNeed to make Snoop an honorary FHFer for calling out a and old, white mouthy racist (infer cockroaches if you FHFeel):
ReplyDeletehttp://instagram.com/p/nQn7sxv9Cr/
McPhee and Oates given the boot in Washington. Ovie is a coach killer. And a cap space hog as well.
ReplyDelete"Ovie is a coach killer." - so what would it take to get Ovie?
DeleteActually I kid. As hard as many of us, myself more than included, have been on MT, he's doing a fine job so far in the playoffs. Maybe he does know a little bit about coaching after all.
Cash it.
ReplyDeleteC'mon, cash it.
ReplyDeleteWooo!
ReplyDeleteGoons get a 5 on 3 then interfere on the face off, non-call and they score, Babcock gave the ref a piece of his mind to the ref.
ReplyDeleteThe shaved ape is so ugly.
Looks like colon called down to the refs to tilt the game, again. What a fucking tainted team.
ReplyDeleteyep.
DeleteDallas Stars forward Ryan Garbutt was fined $1,474 -- the maximum allowable under the collective bargaining agreement -- by the NHL on Saturday for spearing Anaheim Ducks forward Corey Perry in the groin Friday night.
ReplyDeleteCheap jewels.
DeleteCrap
ReplyDelete3-1 broons
Delete#40 Zebra down and out after getting a puck to the head. Why couldn't that be timfuckingpeel or chrisfuckinglee?
ReplyDeleteHe's ok, back in the game.
DeleteNot looking good.....
ReplyDeleteLooks like we play the broons.
ReplyDeleteGo Habs Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK YOU BRUIN FUCKS WE'LL SEE YOU SOON
ReplyDeletei hope they're overconfident
DIE BROONS DIE
ReplyDeleteGet ready for your Bsucking HNIC
ReplyDeleteI pledge now not to watch any CBC coverage this round. RDS only
ReplyDeleteAlways RDS for me, can't fucking stand cbc or tsn.
Deletehttp://fourhockeyfans.blogspot.ca/2014/04/die-broons-die.html
ReplyDeleteok when does the series start. LET'S DO THIS THING
ReplyDeleteI think I heard that if any teams go to 7, they have to finish their games first.
DeleteCodere will allow certain bars to stay open till 6:00 am. starting weekend after the Grand Prix till July 4th Thurs, Fri and Sat.
ReplyDeleteCheers!
