So the sooks at leafnet must have said fuck ya, if we can't have the leaves on Saturday we don't want anybody. Which is 1000% perfectly fine by me thank you very much.
On the plus side, Tzar's really rounded into form the last few games. Kid Koho looks ready for a bigger role. He's about 75% of the way up the Bobby Smith-o-meter.
Zero, I am not less than zero but my only idea of a Sitrap is the intelligence displayed above. You do not have to be CISIS to conclude the Habs are losing. TFS is on the strap that does not move the puck to the posts and we are looking like a Disney Movie.
So the first was a stinking pile of shit. Druid proves once a gain he is fucking useless and the Habs get 3 shots... Fuck me they are not very good right now
She was making for the trades on the outside on the downhill run to the cup when your always two goals behind and no one can score and the ref is always taking the puck away and covering his eyes so he will not see a HAB speared in the face or clubbed like a baby seal. So you got to beat the other TEAM the Buttuman and the NBA. Well its like the Blues Brothers first movie and they had a lot less at their disposal than we do now. The Bro Blu accomplish thier goal against impossible odds. That is the speech I am giving if I was 4D. I would also tell them smoking did not help the Bro one bit.
Did you know their was an animated feature called the Power Horse and the Eagle. I am not big into prophesy but a high priest of conspiracy theory and you dont have to be me to know what that means about destiny. The Power Horse and the Eagle, you dont have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows, Bob wont mind that believe me. So back to the script and the prophecy. In the middles of a deadly plague that is best treated with RNA altered to change the DNA, we have a situation that has outcome excellent. Can the tires reach 200K with alot of braking and hard acceleration.
The last 11 periods, this team has scored 3 goals in total, none from any forward not named Toffoli. And in the stands, a young Cole Caufield, with three goals of his own in as many pro games, watches on.
the whole squad looks like they served time in Afganistain and they are having flashbacks, under this mental sate the puck looks 100% like some kind of clever IED targeted at Canadaians.
The last 3 games, this team has scored 3 goals in total, none from any forward not named Toffoli. And in the stands, a young Cole Caufield, with three goals of his own in as many pro games, dreams of going back to Wisconsin.
Its a total coincedence but perhaps a harbinger of better times, I have had already selected for my most game viewing pleasure the latest Liam Neeson movie. I expect he will against all odds kill a lot of people and be humble in a hard fought victory. We need a marksman, someone who the evil Capt Kird equivilant of the Mexicant.
Its a fireable offense to have a fire and a fire extinguisher at hand and not put out the flames. That is what Bergy is doing with WHiskey, sure it might be risky but stranger things have happened and we have not ruined any players lately doing it.
Salary cap my ass, get me Buttman on the phone and I will have whiskery on ice, the best whiskey and the best ice.
I have slept on it and the only practical solution is to move the team to Hamilton, everything else has been tried, young fast small player, young fast big players, old small slow players and big old slow players. We are out of options.
If bergevin is fired you are probably looking at another 5 year rebuild from the new guy. Whatever.
Ducharme is no different than julien. Let Bouchard have a shot.
drouin is never going to succeed in Montreal. Cut bait and see what you can get for him, a 4th rounder at best.
Price to back up. Keep Allen until Primeau is ready.
Weber looks done and shouldn't be dictating his ice time. 3rd pairing with 10-12 minutes a night against other team's 3rd line. If he can't accept that, waive him or see if Nashville will take him back and he can retire.
Lip the new Captain, a true leader.
KoHo the #1 center from now on. He will grow into it.
Keep Tatar, maybe Armia. Goodbye Leko, thank you for your service.
Too soon for such talk. Although I think Weber should be put on a two week sabbatical with the new guys onboard. I also subscribd to the notion that's what TFS's "lower body injury" was sll about. He was feeling low. Give Dish a couple games off later too. But Lep is the true leader, no question.
Thank goodness they are in Alberta for the next week or so, I won't be tempted to watch them live. I'll record and let the score dictate if I watch the game or not.
Life during wartime, thats the life we have , get ready https://thinkingaboot.blogspot.com/2011/10/not-survivalist.html Shortages, Zombies its all comming our way shortly, prepare or die saying, I wish I had listened to steve
true story about a freind of mine. He went to the beer store, thats a qusia monopoly in Ontario. He wanted his beer, but it was not here. He got other beer not as good and payed more/
Unless the West coast games are played in the afternoon, I won't be watching the next few games. Pretty sure it's gonna be a series of win one, lose 2, win one, tie and lose in oT, So 5 points...Let's see what happens.
I think they go 0 for Alberta just to make things tighter for themselves. It's what they have literally been doing for years. Barely getting in or barely missing. All late starts this week, I'll be getting my rest and saving myself tons of aggravation.
at the end of the day when it comes to winning the Stanley Cup we have lots of answers saying not probable in this generation. and many questions making me see, why I pay you give me nothing long time
You do not have to be King Soloman to figure this out. Divide the baby in two and give each half to the two parties disputing ownership. We are going to lose one of two games, at best. So just play the one game and let the other one go into the dustbin of history. Make the fucking playoffs and then be something we have not demonstrated except for 10 games
Got this message from a close friend who lives on a farm just outside Woodstock Ontario... It's a bit long so apologies... But the message resonates... She is on her early 30s.. 2 weeks ago, I tested positive for Covid 19. It’s honestly been the worst 2 weeks of my life. The physical symptoms of Covid are pretty darn awful. I’m only now just able to sit up at a computer screen without feeling like I’m going to vomit everywhere. Or stand up for more than 2 minutes without the overwhelming feeling that I am going to faint. But the mental anxiety, stress and emotion of seeing that positive test result? They are absolutely crippling. Overwhelming fear. Shame. Guilt. We let our guard down once. Just once. And Covid made a hasty home in my body and absolutely kicked my butt. This all happened around the same time that Ontario entered another lockdown and social media was full of outrage. I honestly didn’t have the energy or mental capacity to deal with it. Seeing everyone protesting without masks, I just wanted to scream IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!! This virus is not worth it. Risking your health or your loved ones health is not worth it. But I’m not here to be political, I’m just here to say I’m ok. We are coming out the other side of this. But I am so scared. This virus is really freaking scary. And I can never go through this again. So please. Please. Please. Be vigilant. Be safe. I want normalcy as much as the next person but I also don’t want to be flat out again, crying tears as my whole body is in a war with itself, trying to find the strength to drink water, praying that my children and husband will be ok.
So if the vaccine is offered, get it for your sake... And for your friends and family's sake. Be smart...
I'll be first.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to help her wipe that sand off her butt.
G Y F H G !!
I'll film it.

Not a band I'm familiar with but that song is a good message for players like Drouin, Don't Skate On By (the crease).
DeleteSo the sooks at leafnet must have said fuck ya, if we can't have the leaves on Saturday we don't want anybody. Which is 1000% perfectly fine by me thank you very much.
ReplyDeleteYay RDS again!
DeleteLB in Lep's spot with Dano and Tuna. GYFHG and may TFS be well-rested.
ReplyDelete10 seconds in and TFS already makes a play with the puck to get it to his D that Pomme just doesn't have in his toolbox.
DeleteOTOH Three minutes in and I'm already misding Pomme's ability to stop shots. -_-
ReplyDeleteSeven minutes in and it appears the Canadiens skaters are prepared to let TFS do 100% of the team's collective hockey playing today.
ReplyDeleteEric's worth staaled immediately after that OT goal vs the Oilers.
ReplyDeleteThere are stalled cars on the Decarie expressway that are outplaying him since that game.
DeleteScore a fucking PP goal FFS.
ReplyDeleteCash it!
ReplyDeleteOn the plus side, Tzar's really rounded into form the last few games. Kid Koho looks ready for a bigger role. He's about 75% of the way up the Bobby Smith-o-meter.
ReplyDeleteemoji of agreement
DeleteSixteen minutes in and that one shot on goal is the Habs' highlight of the game so far.
ReplyDeleteMurray was SO GOOD on that shot eh? What a talent.
DeleteDruid just learned he cannot svore by attempting to skate over thd goalie stick. Noted!
ReplyDeleteThis team is baffling. How are they so bad against lesser teams?
ReplyDeleteI have nothing good to day, so...
to say today
DeleteKill it!
ReplyDeleteCan Naturd come bsck to thd #1 PP unit please? Cash it!

Time out Time out
ReplyDelete5 hole bigger than the aforementioned expressway
ReplyDeleteHeh
DeleteOh man... TFS... Should have had that
ReplyDeleteIt's bad when the golf I've switched to is waaay more exciting than this game.
ReplyDeleteEven though the Canadian I tuned in to watch is playing like the Habs...
DeleteOn the flip side of s.i.m.’s logic, if you hold a team to 5 shots per period, you should win...
ReplyDeleteSeriously I am listening to the Night they Drove Old Dixe down from the Last Waltz and our dixe is getting driven down
ReplyDeleteThe last 11 periods, this team has scored 3 goals in total, none from any forward not named Toffoli. And in the stands, a young Cole Caufield, with three goals of his own in as many pro games, watches on.
ReplyDeleteToo bad somebody *cough* drouin *cough* wouldn't suddenly get an injury.
Deletethat sounds serious , you should take a game or two off
DeleteBBQ doing his bit, tried to take Tuna out just now.
DeleteCan't.
ReplyDeleteBeat.
Ottawa.
This game had 'L' written all over it.
ReplyDeleteI'll keep watching just because I like what I see from Tsar and KoHo.
14 shots.. 14 shots... Just fucking win... Go Habs Go!
ReplyDeleteGetter done
ReplyDeleteIs thd only thing the BBQ still good at yhe burning of his own brave teammates with unnecessarily rising hard shots??
ReplyDelete3' wide of the net to boot.
DeleteNo goals on their sticks tonight I'm affaid
ReplyDeleteI think its time we took a second look at the budget for the parade.
ReplyDeleteWaTcH the Tsar the puck dont die on his stick, thats why its called a good stick
ReplyDeletethe whole squad looks like they served time in Afganistain and they are having flashbacks, under this mental sate the puck looks 100% like some kind of clever IED targeted at Canadaians.
ReplyDeleteTFS has faced 13 shots... And let in 3 goals. This game is done
ReplyDeletesend out the goon squad goon them up because Saturday afternoon is afwly early on the a Saturday to be all fucked up.
ReplyDeleteMight as well have pulled thd goalie at the start of the first period, Ducharme.
ReplyDeleteF this team. Infuriating.
ReplyDeleteShut out by the Ottawa Senators. That's pretty special. I'm not going to pick on any one player they were all bad.
ReplyDeletePoor Matt Bedard, the Scotian Canadien may have to shut down his YouTube channel out of embarrassment.
The last 3 games, this team has scored 3 goals in total, none from any forward not named Toffoli. And in the stands, a young Cole Caufield, with three goals of his own in as many pro games, dreams of going back to Wisconsin.
ReplyDeleteNo words for how shit that was.
ReplyDeleteArtim Zub gets the money pinned to the board in the visitors dressing room, no doubt put there by Meat. Well done sir.
ReplyDeleteAs the Klingons say, revenge is a dish best served cold. Pretty chilly in the Habs room right now I'd guess.
