Wish I could get a better quality graphic for that last image. It's quite brilliant, left quite the divot in her ass.
Play a full 60 tonight and just might win. Limit El Capitan's minutes and just might win. Druid plays with just a bit of grit and learns to shoot, or just keep passing, and just might win. Eliminate simple errors, like taking the man instead of whiffing at the puck at the right time (looking at you Toffee) and just might win. Let in no softies, and just might win. That first one was only a little soft and as much on #6 as it was on Jake.
Loving the Narco edit on the top graphic. I'm thinking about 11 Gatineau Olympiques and four Québec Remparts players (from the Q) all fighting COVID-19 and for what? Hope they all enjoy a full recovery. Stay safe everyone.
Page Jerry says they are not real. Durid is not a full high priest to be sure, more like a Leko. At 6 mill a year we will have to move on, but where will we send him for what? Maybe he should study at the stick of CHomadore. Slow down grasshopper, let the pads feel you, then deceive them. Based upon last nights game we can not beat the leaf in 7. However the leaf cupboard was fully stocked except for Nylander, and we were missing our heart and one ankle.
Gonna be hard to watch hockey every other night if we continue to have these beautiful sunny evenings. Unless they can figure out how to win regularly, then I may remain in my cave.
I have struggled with my addictions and mostly lost. I announce another, I am into Jellystone now with Kevin Costner. its as ridiculous as the top office of the NHL referees but somehow it works.
Daughter 2 update. Starts work at her new shop next week! The boy just interviewed at the same place today and they already contacted him for references. So it seems they'll keep the wolves from their door for now anyway. Thanks for the good vibes!
Seems minor but a small thing like not calling the icing against the Jets after the Habs had them on the ropes for about 90 seconds could've been the difference maker. I have no clue why it was waved off...but it was (according to leafies because a lot of them are like Cherry) Habs loving Michel Cormier that waved it off
Whether he stays or goes I really don't care either way but I believe we have to accept that Jonathan Drouin has reached his potential. He is 26 years old and what you see is what you get. He's not a center, a power forward or an elite scorer. He can carry the puck until he hits the offensive zone then it's usually a turn over or a pass that's blocked. He doesn't drive play like Gallagher does. He won't go to the dirty areas. So, his role is basically to go up and down the wing. It was a miscalculation on bergevin's part to acquire him. How good would Sergachev look next to Weber? We'll never know.
As I mentioned Monday night, I figure the Habs are still 2-3 years away from being true contenders. I'm not sure KoHo or Nick will be true elite centers who put up points, they both need more strengthening, we'll probably know in that time frame.
CC just had a hella impressive debut to start his pro career. Joel Bouchard had praise for the "work" the Badgers' coaching had done and no kidding when you look at the highlights. First goal was his trademark one-timer with the quickest release I have ever seen. His assist was positively Lemieux-like with its craftiness, and he showed a Lep-like dogged determination scoring the GWG, cashing in his own rebound after flying in on the wing. What more can anyone ask for?
Jack Todd compares him to tge Roadrunner. Seems apt to me.
Okay, on second viewing, it wasn't a deft pass on his assist, but a TO defenceman that deflected CC's attempted shot staight to X-man's waiting stick, but good instincts and hands nonetheless.
Not one mention of CHC's ultra impressive intro to professional hockey on the SFU sites. If he were a leaf prospect, we'd know what his grandmother had for breakfast this morning.
And gCHuk has had more press in the past two weeks than he did the first 8 years of his career.
CotU clearly gives zero fucks about anything non leaf and they don't even try to hide that fact. I know this isn't news, but I'm still fucking bewildered by it every day. I guess professional journalism is an archaic ideal.

In the end...JFW.

ReplyDeleteHow was that not icing before?
ReplyDeleteSmelling a trade …
ReplyDeleteHow did I make out?

ReplyDeleteWorst refereeing in pro sports.

Yep beyond an enigma.
DeleteI doubt he gets protected in the Kraken draft (unless he has an incredible playoffs).
Yep tiger strips and chetta stripes. He is a Chetta
Delete‘Mank’ is a good movie.
ReplyDeleteCole Caulfield night on RDS.
ReplyDeleteGood luck kid.
CC44, light up those baby buds aka small shitpile.
DeleteThe young Hab just won the Hobie Baker.
DeleteIts a good sign but not a no speed limits sign. The recent history of Hoby Baker would say he is going to be all that and more.
DeleteWe should dump TFS and BBQ. just saying. We are not winning the cup with them so why keep up the pretence?
ReplyDeleteNot gonna happen, bergy is married to BBQ and Price is the $10.5 million hill he will die on.
DeleteHere is a trade for you
DeleteTFS to TO for Anderson the goalie and Nylander
CC !
ReplyDeleteHe looks like mini me Squid, and thats mini
DeleteCongrats Cole Caufield on winning the Hobey Baker. Jealous leafools will be trashing him immediately.
ReplyDeleteCC44 too good for the AHL, the Habs need that sniping ability NOW!!!
ReplyDeleteHoly fuck CC !
ReplyDeleteLaval won too. 5-3 score.
ReplyDeleteDo it again tomorrow.
DeleteCongrats to CHC! Cole Hobey Caufield!
ReplyDeleteCaught the hi-lites at https://youtu.be/WVPJROi2fi4
He might only have one more game with Laval...wow.

DeleteHoly Fuck Batmann, the legend of Whiskey may fire up the brand. Called up to the show before the playoff blow, he snipes his way into history.
