Maybe they are having a little too much fun.
    Play SOME defence FFS!

  3. Great first half but down a goal to #2 ranked Belgium. Should be tied or in the lead but lacking finish so far.

  4. Got the damn late game again in curling so no Habs for me tonight. How about HFBGYFHG...Have Fun But ..

  5. RDS - Carbo and Benoit Brunet mentioning how Sevans (no goals, one assist) and GI Finn (goose eggs) need to start producing. No argument here.

  6. When Caufield gets the puck in a shooting lane, he should just shoot the puck.

  7. Matheson's looking much much better tonight.

I tuned in with 12 minutes left in the second, 0-0 score, I guess the boys decided to tighten it up a little. From what I've seen Full Monty looks pretty good. I hope I don't jinx him but I would give him the net for a while. What do you have to lose? Nothing.

  13. Bullshit penalty on Powerhorse! Replay shows the puck deflected off the opposing player's stick before going out of play. Buttman call

Full Monty the anti-tank commander tonight. Much better effort tonight by the team in front of him. Jake the Snake probably thinking "Can I get some of that?"

  16. Sorry I missed this game. Mostly because our curling team was busy playing like the Tuesday night Habs in a 12-1 six end drubbing. Again, you never really lose in curling because the winners buy the drinks after the game.

Saw a few hi-lites on TSN, Habs were on after the Raptors, Leafs, Oilers, Canda Soccer, all the other soccer, Leafs again, and talking about soccer.

  17. Full Monty is looking like a real goalie. And that's the naked truth.

  18. If not on board with the Full Monty moniker, there's always Python or The Count (as in Monte CHristo...spelling be damned).

I like Full Monty and he should get the start in Chicago. Always go with the hot hand. Any bets the DACHter will be fired up for that game?

  21. I have been studying Monty of late. His leg movements are much better this season - especially when he is on his knees. He has clearly improved and his kicking is effortless. He made a save late in the 3rd with his right pad that was sublime... So give him some games and see what happens.

  25. RIP Borje. Gotta give the leaf some credit for honouring him before he passed. He truly looked like it meant the world to him to have that final goodbye.
