  1. So OV is suspended tonight because he refused to attend the farce in St. Louis. So I'm saying there's a chance.

I didn't catch much of the 'all-star' festivities. Sorry, any event with Chris Cryder involved ain't no all-star game. I did happen to tune into the ridiculous shooting event from the stands, and I caught a few hilites from the event later on. My big question is why was Rogers sucking so much Tkachuk cock all weekend? It was actually embarrassing, bizarre and cringe-worthy to watch.

I didn't see it live but congrats to BBQ with his 106.5 mph blast! And 56 year old Cape Bretoner Al MacInnis topping 100 mph! Best player to ever come out of NS not named Crosby...MacKinnon is still TBD. I refuse to acknowledge ratface.

    1. OV should've faked it like auston did.

I think they said that MacInnis' shot wasn't actually that fast but that they just posted his high score from previous events.

Agree, not sure what the attraction to tchachuks is.

    2. Russian bots. Al is king! I'll say it was a good idea to include some local alumni in the festivities. It is after all, just for the fans.

    1. He's a good story. Said he didn't figure he'd play in the NHL again, and here he is. I mean, he might not play again once kidA and Druid are back, but good for him getting to 500.

Helps his pension down the road...

Never forget his mocking of Lucy in the playoffs, one of the (few) hilights from the last decade.

  3. Okay I am so tired of Kobe. He was not part of my universe, and being force fed 24/7 makes me think the alleged Rape tapes are worth looking at.

I want to be woken by a unicorn run or a sell of of Nortel proportions.

Getting the tank warmed up Steve?

    2. RIP Montreal Canadiens 2019-2020 season. Is in it a pity is in it a shame. Lets see how well BBB can drive this tank. The worst thing was wasting having T17. I demand they be traded. The mock draft lottery simulator is your comfort zone now.

    1. I know we look through the same lens and see different pictures, NTTIAWIT. I would call just fucking win, a Draftex for this team. We have not just fucking winned for nearly half a century. No we need to tank and dive and take our coin from the hand of Buttman as it was said in the beginning. The league hates Montreal because they refuse to blow the big dick.

  5. I read this comment over at TSN: NHL legend Belfour arrested in Kentucky.

Guaranteed if it was a positive story the headline would read Leaf Legend Ed Belfour Rescues Kitten from Certain Death

All this talk of trade this guy trade that guy, I say the hell with it, keep your vets. I like Tatar, Petry, Weber, Price, those guys are needed the next year or two to help guide the kids. OK, this season is a wash, try again this fall, no need to throw out the baby with the bath water. I say all you have to do is get rid of the dinosaur coach and either install Ducharme or promote Bouchard to make some progress. Personally, Gerard Gallant would be my guy but Molson hasn't got the guts to do it.

    1. Well Well Well, the M has a soft spot for BBB. :) there is no right answer. Name me our last draft pick that was a stud? I will say PFK. Why is this? Bad drafting or bad devlopement or both?

No soft spot for bbb, I'd like to see him fired as well but he is currently coated in teflon it seems. I would agree about PFK but he is struggling lately, not sure if he has other things on his mind. As for drafting, other than Price I can't think of one other Habs first round pick that would be considered elite and I'm going back to the days of Lafleur. Saku was very good but not Sakic or Yzerman caliber. That's why I would be hesitant to trade players like I mentioned above, there are no guarantees a draft pick will be any where near as good. I fully expect the Habs will go on a run shortly and finish the season at about .500 or 82 points or so. They will pick around 10th unless the hockey gods bless them. Or, Molson cashes in his John Scott chip with buttman.

I know it seems like forever since the Habs played a playoff game but if you compare recent history with the wretched, putrid, fucking leaf take heart. From 2006 to 2016 the wpf leaf made the playoffs once. In the same stretch, the Canadiens missed 3 times and went to the conference finals twice losing both times. We know what happened with Toronto, it took a scorched earth plan to turn them around, I feel that is not necessary with Montreal. But, what do I know? Nothing.
