  2. I would put zero dollars on it, but if the Habs managed to go 2-12 this month while only beating the leaf and Bruins, I'd be a happy camper.

    1. Agree on all fronts ...
      Portuguese chicken joint (the best) closed down during the pandemic.
      I love it but don't indulge enough in great poutine.
      No question about Montreal having the most gorgeous women in the world.
      I thought the USA team had it at 5-3 ...
      The crowd at the CAN/CZE game will be nuts.

      When in Montreal go to The Chalet BBQ on Sherbrooke in NDG.
      Can't be beat.
      Go Canada

  6. Hmm Habs/Rags or Canada gold medal game. Tough choice ...

    A co-worker sold her gold medal game tickets for $3K. Says she has regrets it but also needed to replace her chimney. I suggested she should head someplace warm for a week instead.

    Some nice moves by Lane Hutson to help get the winner for the U.S. Help is on the way for our down trodden Habs.

      Raquel never had a Brazilian, you can in the words of Steven Segal, take that to the bank.

    I can not begin to describe how good a Swatz smoked meat sandwich is. The first time I ate one I had and orgasam. The third time I ate one I had an orgasam and a heart attack. I have been privileged and white enough to have eaten out everywhere. In every country and sometimes every city there is something indescribaly unique and delicious. I have tried the smoked meat in other venues in Montreal, nothing compared to Swatz as I told Prince.

    Speaking of salivating, can you imagine our Herb Tarlack working the phones on Lafrennier. Hey look how I got flecced on Drouid, you can sheepdip me twice as hard on this one.

    I saw some predictions earlier, Monahan and eddy out the door this March followed by Powerhorse at the draft. More youngsters on the way next season, (Y)2.0, Farrell and Beck along with Barron getting a full time gig and either Connor2.0, Fantilli or Leo.

    2. Oh For fuck sake.. Habs need that over rated fucking poser like they need Ducharme back behind the bench... Sorry if I offend by I am not having Drouin V2 and I hope that MSL is smart enough to know a waste of space playing on his heritage rather than his talent when he sees it. Pleas spare us all from it. Remind me what value the Habs will get for JD... If they get anything at all... Maybe a 4th rounder?

  12. Can someone explain to me why Monahagn has to be traded. Habs have sucked balls since he has been injured. Isn't he a key piece of their future or am I missing something?

  13. Habs are honouring PK later this month. Looks like they've decided to honour Halak tonight by giving him the night off. 16 minutes in. Zero shots.

  18. The Gatineau Olympiques just acquired Habs prospect Riley Kidney in a trade. They want to win this year in their 50th season in the Q. He'll face Sherbrooke's Joshua Roy of course. Should be fun.

  19. He gave his heart and soul, sacrificed his body nightly and he'll always rank up in my 'favourite Habs' list, but man o man Gallagher can no longer stay healthy. 4 more years at 6.5...it might be one of the rare cases where Hughes is the one that sends a pick and retains money. Maybe a 2nd round and retain $2.5...i don't know, there are many reasons I'm not a GM...but something in a trade for one of Vancouver's disgruntled. Gally can go home.

      I think it is likelier that Hughes trades Price's contract to a cap strapped team same as Weber. Then Gally goes on LTIR with the Habs. I agree, he was a little pit bull on the ice in his younger days but that is long over, unfortunately. Always loved his fearlessness. If you could have put Gallagher 's heart in drouin's body you would have had a player.

  20. Drouin = trying to be productive, might even fetch a little something at the trade deadline

    Daddynyet = hopeless. Send him down or sit him in the stands or better yet, send him home to visit family in Russia and never be allowed back by the current regime.

    Armia = dumb as rocks and possibly will flukily pot a couple goals now and then. May some starry-eyed GM equally dumb roll the dice and pick him up from us at the trade deadline. Maybe LA where Bergy has influence.

    Lep = looking exactly like what everyone said he would look like after a few years of playing Lep-style hockey. But making crazy $ on crazy term. There is nothing we can do about this, without some sort of a Steve Austin solution, but hey, one year of his pay is all it would take, eh?

  21. Now the D:

    Ghoul out 8 weeks is very sad and a little scary given that it's his knee.

    Munster = playing like crap or like someone trying to do too much and falling hopelessly short. Hopefully Maths (soon) and Savard returning to form will help him recover his game to tge point of being tradable by March.

    Savard = deserves our respect. Glad he's around. They miss him a lot when he's not in the lineup.

    Tweed = stud who is holding up well for a first grueling 82-game sxhedule, but expect that to fall apart any day just due to the laws of physics.

    Honda Civic = starting to look outmatched as other teams tighten their play with more discipline, but still steady and not a serious problem.

    Wifi = see Tweed above

    Maths = get healthy, dammit!
