Love it with 3 minutes left in a one goal game how a ref in the neutral zone calls tripping on Gallagher behind the net when the Flame player clearly tripped over the back of the net. So could clearly not see what happened but a player fell down and Gallagher is there, ipso facto he must be guilty. Fuckers.
Frustrating game to watch. Markstrom beat them fair and square but man, iron twice for Josh. And yes, Whiskey needs to re-adjust his sights. I'm going to skip the Pissers game, probably watch football.
Fans always say Timmins and Bergy should have picked Brady Tkachuk instead of KK but what about Quinn Hughes? That guy might be the best pick in that draft. We can only hope Lane Hutson will be close to that good.
Regarding the scoring woes, depending on where Montreal is sitting in the standings come TDL and which teams have decided to start a rebuild, HuGo should look at finding a good scoring winger with his abundance of young D and his huge collection of draft picks.
So the Premier of Quebec is throwing $7mil in taxpayers money at the L.A. Kings to play in Quebec City next pre season. Does he like Pierre-Luc Dubois that much? The Habs not French enough perhaps? What a hater that guy is.
NRFPT gets the start tonight. Last game against Vegas was " best game Habs played since MSL became coach"...so methinks an element of lunchbag letdown is on the cards tonight...
Habs let that game get away from them...deserved a point but NRFPT really should have had a couple of those goals...His glove is a weak point right now...
Prima refuses to wear the pads for 3 periods. However we have three goalies, why not just play one each period and never be scored on again. Yodel is my hero, all the pundits pile on him, but he keeps on improving. What is wrong with powerhorse. He and Army are not fit for the regular season. Lets make a crazy deal with Edmonton, take Jack Campbell top prospects and a first in a package deal.
Know your rights ...

How 'bout dem Bills ? !
ReplyDeleteWhat is going on there anyway? They are way better than that...
DeleteThey haven't looked right all season.
DeleteI love to see it!
DeleteJust watched the Bills/Broncs replay. Exact replica of the 2010(?) Als win over Sask for the Grey Cup win. Brutal.
DeleteCan't wait until my Pats come out of their week 11 bye week for the barn burner vs the Giants in week 12...
ReplyDeleteHa! Looking forward to it!
DeleteIt's umlaut night! Gustav Lindström replaces Jordan Harris on defence and Jesse Ylönen takes Michael Pezzetta's spot at forward.
ReplyDeleteThe secret society of the Umlautinatti?
DeleteOnly Húsker Dü playing in the locker room tonight.
DeleteSlaf is gonna get a goal tonight...
ReplyDeleteGood first period, lots of pace.
ReplyDeleteD-umlaut! First as a Hab
ReplyDeletePowerhorse still with the asps in his stable.
ReplyDeleteBeen the same problem for years and years.
ReplyDeleteJust. Can't. Score.
Need an elite scorer desperately.
There's the Jackal we all know.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Marty has shortened his bench and parked #20. Good. He would get better results with RHP in his top 6.
ReplyDeleteThat's enough of this crap.

ReplyDeleteHappy to see Gallagher call out the refs for that shit call. How much will Bettman fine him for speaking the truth?
ReplyDeleteHope they play up to Vegas' level tonight.
ReplyDeleteI hope Josh scores a hat trick tonight.

ReplyDeleteI came in late to that pregame ceremony and thought they were preparing to burn Mario Tremblay's sweater to get rid of the bad Patrick Roy mojo.
ReplyDeleteBecause Pierre Lacroix was just entered into the Hall.
DeleteTJ!
ReplyDeleteTJ!
ReplyDeleteHondaCivic!
ReplyDeleteHonda Civic!
ReplyDeleteThat was a Primo period of hockey.
ReplyDeleteBy far the phrase I hear most watching these game is "...and (enter any Hab player name) just missed!" after taking a shot.
ReplyDeleteYodelin'!!
ReplyDeleteOoooooooooooooolanen!
ReplyDeleteThis game is nuts!
ReplyDeleteBut I really want to see the replay of the two Kuh-niggets skating into the Sherriff and falling down. Louis Cyr (LC).
Twoooooooooooooolanen
ReplyDeleteYodelin echo!
ReplyDeleteCrap. AX axed for the rest of the game. Hope it's not serious.
ReplyDeleteLep ended the dream of a stolen point. Onto the broons.
ReplyDeleteRed!
ReplyDeleteRed Barron!. There is hope?
ReplyDeleteHabs let that game get away from them...deserved a point but NRFPT really should have had a couple of those goals...His glove is a weak point right now...
ReplyDeleteRefused to watch as I despise vegas, a buttman made-up phony garbage team.
ReplyDeleteThose final 5 minutes were a total mess.
