FastLane will run, and  make us blush
Sheriff's just that guy they hate to touch

C'mon shake

Well every time I see Slaf prance
Hey! Where'd he get those great big PANTS!
Just one beer, well just one rye
Just one stance die leaf die !

So let's shake
Mmm let's shake
C'mon let's shake
Yeah baby let's shake

(Bop! We do the bop, I really lie, act proud)

Let's shake

Took me a few days to collect myself to watch The Tragically Hip documentary on Prime.

    One episode in. Its great.

Early influence was a band called Teenage Head.

2 of the members went to my high school.

Like The Hip , TH played a LOT of high schools.

    The Hip covered 'Let's Shake!'

Thanks to Moe for the Ana
Now lets relax and slap these leaves around
    Go Habs

  6. Excellent moe!
SFU are indeed scum. It's bizarre the negative bias they have towards the Habs.

So fuck them and let's fucking go!

Started my after work round of golf par-par-par. I feel like the Habs are a par team right now, aiming for .500, but could get into the playoff race if they hang around until Wool is healthy and can chip in with more offence. Just can't wait to see how this team performs now they are all a year older.

  7. Kidz! Hope all is well. Once again moe thanks for keeping the lights on. DIE LEAF DIE!!!!

  11. Amazing. Leave it to the Habs to put an orchestra on the ice for opening night!

That ovation for Wool was awesome.

  13. We watched all of the Hip documentary, it is extremely well done, by Gord's brother Mike Downie. To me, the Hip are the quintessential Canadian band. As for playing in high schools, April Wine front man and Maritimer Myles Goodwin once said : "If you had a high school in your community we probably played in it."

Now, fuck the leaf, fuck the sfu and GO YOU FUCKING HABS GO ! ! ! !

    Wow
    Different intro
No English so we can go fuck ourselves
Very typical of this third world country of kaybek
Don’t think it was up there with some others
    Anyway
    Go Habs

  17. Sadly I am watching the SFU broadcast as my TVA feed is just not quite as crisp.

    It's as bad as ever.

    1. Me too, I don't have TVA but I'm keeping the sound low so butthurt's shrill voice doesn't offend my ears.

Don’t mind latendress and RDS is better

Looking good, two periods to go. Rock Fast Lane is looking like an absolute steal. The First Yoel and Powerhorse PK looks solid. Couple of buttman calls to start the season but what you going to do.
WatCHing at a freinds, absolute golden streams that would make Trumps mushroom appendege go ridged. Kodi with the add on sport titans located in Magnetic repository.

  20. They looked more assertive to start, good PP action and so far (knock wood) the PK doesn't completely suck.

  21. There's the Powerless Play we are used to.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Just a few observations ... Dach not good on the PP, too many bad passes ... Monty holding them in there, 3 posts for the leaves. Not trending very good for the Habs at the moment, refs are sure to start calling even up penalties in the 3rd.

Time to lower the Chocula dome of defense, hang in there boys, only 20 min of leaf splooge to wade through.

  29. Sam please keep proving me wrong all season!

Team Canada, you might want to keep an eye on this guy.

  30. Funny ... butthurt tried to break the shutout by mentioning that his leaf hadn't been shutout out since... whenever. Ha Ha, didn't work moron.

    Nice win boys
We were nervous at first but just picked up steam as the game went on
SammyBeau was lights out but we can’t give up 40 plus shots a night and score one goal
Ok so you could tell the dachster was rusty and fast lane is a jitterbug to be sure but looks small when the leaves are entering the zone
    Dunno about his longevity
Anyway no stupidity and no fucking injuries halalooya
    Bring on the beaners
    They must be still stinging
    Woot! The Cup is ours!
    Go Habs

    I'm curious
Was it because I was watching on TVA, or was there actually not one word in English during the opening ceremony?
    Anybody?
    Go Habs

  36. At the start of the game the camera shot was of Monty's eyes through his mask. He was dialed in from the very beginning.

David Savard played a strong game. Took the cheap shots from MiniMax and suckered him into taking the penalty, bided his time and later in the game leveled Max with a big hit. I hope AXman was watching that. Speaking of AX, I think Reeves tried to goad him into a fight but he wisely declined, probably telling Mr. Reeves 'maybe later' if you try something stupid.

All in all, even if the process was flawed the result was good. Take the W and move on.

  37. Good news regarding the English broadcasts. The five Monday night games will air on Amazon Prime instead of Sporstnot. That means 5 fewer Garry Galley games! Starting Thanksgiving Monday next week!
And the panel will include Bluenoser (even if he moved here as a kid) and former Hfx Moosehead and Saint John Flame Jody Shelley.
