  4. hahah! u guys see that?

emile lost a stick into the crowd. he requested that stick back so the ushers went to fetch it. emile gave that usher a different stick to trade instead.

hahahhaa... thats awesome. ive always thought it was BS that nfl, english premier league, mls, doesnt do that for balls. the worst i think is MLB asking for bats back! especially after escaping with your life, i think getting that bat signed should be a min PR cost!

  14. You know what I'm thinking, watching Lep speak post-game about his line-mates, Powerhorse and Devo, and how well his line has been producing lately? That Devo came over from the dismal AZ desert, the only (so lonely) NHL home he'd known...

I bet 11 and 17 have been in 28's ear all season, pushing what a high it'd be to feel the crowd in the Phone Booth behind you in a playoff game. Love how these guys are cookkng.

    From Grant McCagg :
    -80-point center.
    -35-goal winger.
    -60-point rookie defenceman.
    -21-year-old budding power forward.
-Two top-five picks on the way.

Been a long haul but gonna be worth it.

  17. the kid got nothing last night, but it was ok. he created lots still but more importantly as the season grinds down, he didnt get beat bad, didnt cough up bad giveaway, didnt get caught up ice, didnt get pushed off for a net front scramble, didnt do anything bad defensively.

this brought me to ask myself, why calder? why not norris?!

    from eric engels (SN):
    https://x.com/EricEngels/status/1907148607297614061

biggest knock against lil HBC's -9 rating:
    At 5-on-5, he's actually +6: 64 GF, 58 GA
    At 3-on-3, he's surprisingly -3: 1GF, 4GA
The main reason he's a minus this season: HE'S BEEN ON THE ICE FOR ALL 13 FCUKING empty net goals against. On the ice for one GF, so that's -12, right fcuking there!

i admit... i saw that -9 earlier and i thought that was enough to DQ him from the conversation, but with this new evidence... i rest my case. i know the following sequence of events doesnt line -up, but if PFK can win the norris, and be a HEALTHY PLAYOFF SCRATCH, and then get snubbed as the 7th defenseman on team canada, then the kid deserves it...

    check that: he deserves BOTH.

    Funny thing about the rags
They just went thru a complete tear down and had a couple of high picks and bonified good guys plus they won the miller sweepstakes just goes to show the delicate touch required for this
The balance required and the level of comit
Should be interesting if the leaf crash and burn as expected in the playoffs to see what they do when Jonny toronto and little mitchie bail on the sinking pile of compost
Also to watch dumbass destroy the flightless birds
I’m sorry but I just like what Hugo and Marty put out on the ice
To watch Powerhorse and gally owning their new spots

    That’s been a while
    Go Habs
